Séjour abordable et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix au cœur de Cheng De. L'enregistrement a été très rapide, même pour moi qui ne suis pas citoyen de la RPC. La chambre était très propre et bien rangée, mais le lit pourrait être plus confortable. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient fournis : brosse à dents, serviette, bonnet de douche et savon. Les toilettes sont spacieuses et équipées d'un puissant radiateur. Cependant, elles sont peut-être un peu vétustes.
Le personnel est sympathique et m'a même offert un surclassement gratuit dans une chambre avec fenêtre. Ils m'ont accueilli à ma sortie et à mon retour.

這趟秦皇島之旅最驚喜的選擇，就是日出沙灘酒店！從預訂時的貼心確認，到入住後的全程體驗，每一處細節都讓人忍不住想打滿分。
酒店的位置堪稱“寶藏”——出門走30米就踩進細軟沙灘，推開門就能聽見海浪聲，完全是把家安在了海邊。
房間設施質感十足，床墊軟硬度剛好，睡了兩晚徹底緩解了旅途疲憊，還有極米百寸巨幕投影，晚上伴着海浪聲看電影太愜意。衞生更是無可挑剔，床單被罩帶着淡淡清香，衞生間乾濕分離做得徹底，連角落都乾乾淨淨，每天還會主動補充礦泉水，細節裏全是用心。
服務暖到人心坎裏！前台小姐姐全程笑臉相迎，還貼心告知了最佳趕海時間，甚至免費提供了小童趕海工具。帶娃玩累了中午能隨時回酒店休息，傍晚去淺灘戲水。周邊交通也方便，租輛小電驢去鴿子窩也很快，完全不用為出行發愁。
住了三天根本沒住夠，下次來秦皇島一定還選這裏，已經把連結分享給所有要去海邊的朋友啦！

C'est bien. Les chambres semblent un peu vieillottes mais correctes. Nous y retournerions volontiers, il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité, à proximité de la gare de l'Est et c'est un hôtel bien fait. Le service de bagagerie et le room service étaient très bons. La réception pourrait sourire davantage ; cela m'a semblé un effort de me donner une deuxième clé de chambre. Également la question de savoir « garderez-vous votre clé de chambre ou nous la donnerez-vous si vous sortez ? » C'est juste bizarre. Je recommande le poulet fondu à 200 m, très bon.

L'hôtel est au centre de la ville, très proche de la gare, vous pouvez arriver à pied et avoir un parking souterrain. La chambre est très chaleureuse et confortable, l'isolement sonore est bon, la réception est enthousiaste et polie, en général, il est un ancien hôtel de qualité recommandé!!

La position de l'hôtel est bonne, très proche de l'autoroute à grande vitesse, le salon est climatisé, la salle de réception préparée est très intime, la chambre est propre et propre, le restaurant est riche en plats, le parking sous terre est disponible gratuitement; Mais l'évaluation objective, la chambre est un peu petite, à partir de la position, pas d'or en pouces. Le numéro 18 de séjour, l'ouverture de la fenêtre au sommeil au fond du bouton continue a sonné à temps. Les conducteurs n'ont pas tenu compte que c'était la nuit profonde. La fermeture de la fenêtre est calme dans le dos, mais cinq minutes après l'ouverture de la climatisation, j'ai vu un peu de même, L'air conditionné est fermé, le son n'est pas petit. Après avoir vu la situation de Dougie dans les bâtiments, la grande chambre devrait être plus calme. C'est mon avis sur cet hôtel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, pratique pour accéder à tout le centre-ville. La réception m'a immédiatement surclassé. La chambre était standard, sans technologie sophistiquée, propre et confortable, avec un matelas confortable. Les oreillers étaient particulièrement agréables, sans la moindre odeur. J'ai une certaine phobie des germes et je trouve toujours mes oreillers odorants après les avoir lavés ; j'apporte donc toujours ma propre taie d'oreiller. Cette fois, ce fut une expérience formidable. Le service de navette de l'hôtel vers les attractions pendant les vacances témoigne également de l'attention portée à son service. La cuisine du restaurant du deuxième étage est délicieuse et abordable, et l'hôtel propose également un large choix de plats à emporter le soir.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et serviable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose une variété d'options et est de bonne qualité. Les prix de l'hôtel sont raisonnables et compétitifs par rapport aux autres hôtels du quartier. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas idéal car il n'y a pas beaucoup de magasins ou de restaurants à proximité. Cependant, il y a un centre commercial à 10 minutes à pied qui propose plusieurs chaînes de restauration rapide occidentales telles que KFC, Subway et McDonald's.

This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps.
There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all.
Would definitely come back to this hotel again !

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

BBay Yeowhôtel à une distance de marche vers Chengde Mountain Resort . Beaucoup de restaurants et de rues de shopping autour de l'hôtel. La chambre d'hôtel est spacieuse. Le lit est très confortable. Avoir un bon sommeil après une longue marche au Mountain Resort et aux temples environnants. Le petit déjeuner est très varié.

IInvitéThis is my second time at Aranya, and I have to say, it is a beautiful, tranquil resort. The room had wonderful energy and was very very clean. We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

IInvitéC'est vraiment une maison trop satisfaisante. Nous avons fixé trois chambres pour cinq personnes, et il a été mis à jour. La chambre est grande, décorée en 2023, propre et hygiénique! Très calme, la clé est particulièrement proche de la ville antique, sous le mur de la ville antique, marcher sous le paysage de la ville antique, c'est un voyage parfait! Leurs familles sont également un hôtel de 5 étoiles de pays, vraiment bon et peu coûteux. Nous avons coûté 306 yuan à 5 personnes, chacun a commandé son propre amour! La main m'aime bien! La viande bovine est plus délicieuse que le biftek!
Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de goûts sans goût, la prochaine fois, vivre ici!

GGLENYSThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

IInvitéDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

服務：相比假期滿房來説，週末入住比較舒服。前台小夥Allen提前做好了房卡，辦入住非常快。 我們為了不外出吃飯不叫外賣，選了帶晚餐自助的套餐，很合適。餐廳的主廚及他的團隊、服務員Apple、Leo、戴花鏡的大姐都依然保持對工作的熱情。這都是我悄悄看了他們的名牌～
設施：雖然不是新酒店了，但設施我們沒有遇到壞了或很舊的情況。健身房和泳池很好，這也是我們一家經常來這家酒店的重要原因之一。
衞生：我們住過很多次，房間和公共區域都挺乾淨的。
環境：酒店附近50米有個公園，附近是孔雀城小區，很安靜。離潮白河也挺近的。
