Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor.

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

We were served by this pretty young lady Ms Elsa Chang at the reception counter. She was very polite and helpful, her smile brightened our days. She was very conscientious of promoting dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which we eventually took up her recommendation for the hotel breakfast. The breakfast spread was good with a range of wide choices including western and the local Tian Jin breakfast. Our room was upgraded and decorated for our wedding anniversary with the hotel's compliment. The hotel was located nearby the Ancient Cultural street, which is a stone throw away. Perfect view of the river from the window but the Tian Jin's eye can only be seen from the changing room. The hotel was accommodating to our request for late check out. Ms Elsa was at the reception when we check out and she sent us off with her beautiful smile. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Les chambres sont si proches que vous pouvez entendre les rougeurs et les ronflements dans la chambre à côté de vous. Le premier soir, il y avait des invités avec des enfants qui séjournaient dans la chambre à côté d'eux. les enfants étaient dans la pièce, il y avait des cris bruyants et des sauts, le père criait et frappait l'enfant... Il est également recommandé de mettre un chausse-pied à l'entrée pour des raisons d'hygiène et de commodité.

Stayed here for one night as a birthday gift for my partner. First things first, this is a luxury hotel & it packs a decent luxury punch for it's price, around 1200rmb per night. Even before you arrive, you're met by the eye catching building on your walk from Tianjin railway station - around 15 to 20 minutes. That it features on various silhouettes of the Tianjin skyline on posters and advertisements throughout the city is testament to how highly thought of the building is in the city. Perhaps not the most important factor, but it does add to the excitement if you're not a regular luxury hotel booker. The lobby can be entered from the main road or riverfront & is spacious & well designed, opulent yet modern and even somewhat cozy of an evening. Unfortunately, upon check in there were no rooms available however, & we had to wait. Not ideal. Once the room *was* available, we were walked there by our incredibly friendly butler who returned shortly afterwards with some excellent coffee & biscuits that were some of the best I've eaten in China. The room is spacious, with huge windows offering an unbeatable view of the river, which lights up at night as the buildings reflect from it's surface. The bed is comfortable, and bathroom clean, but the temperature was stifilingly hot. Perhaps there was a way to control this & it was user error on our part, but in such a luxury hotel with everything planned to apparent perfection, I'd have assumed they would have made this quite simple. It was 10c outside, which doesn't require the heating turned up so high that it makes you sweat. But nor is it so hot that one should have to turn on the A/C in mid February. The room comes stocked with everything you would need & more. Plenty of water, tea, coffee, & 24h contact with a butler. What it lacked was towels. Again, maybe there were some more hidden, but I shouldn't have to search. & I'm sure the butler would have brought some more had I asked, but I shouldn't need to for over 1000rmb per night. This hasn't been an issue in far cheaper hotels. I did like that the bathroom toiletries were eco friendly, even down to the toothpaste 'tube'. I worried at the time that the toothpaste in a sachet was too small & would dry up overnight, but this didn't end up being the case. The shower itself was just fine, but a little disappointing for a pricey hotel. It seemed to lack a bit of pressure, & I've had far better in hotels at far more than half the price. The only other issue I'd take is the cleanliness of the windows and frames. They're the highlight of the room & should be celebrated, so it's a little disappointing that they show some dirt and staines. Again, in a cheaper hotel I'd barely notice this, but a 1000rmb+ one must be held to a higher standard. One thing I have absolutely no complaints about is the food. The breakfast offering had a great blend of Chinese & Western food, and plenty of it. Staff, as was the case throughout the stay, were friendly & beyond helpful & we both left very full only wishing we could try even more. Lovely view across the frozen river as we ate, too. A really nice way to start the day & a great way to leave a lasting memory as we checked out. All in all, it really was a wonderful stay, and I'm only being sometimes critical because I hold expensive hotels to a high standard & I know that this hotel in particular *can* reach that standard. I've given cleanliness a 5 because Trip doesn't offer half stars & 4 brought the overall rating down lower than I think seems fair, given I did genuinely have a very nice time. With a few little improvements this would easily be a 5/5 across the board.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois. Cette fois, j'ai réservé une chambre avec une fenêtre intérieure, je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'espace soit bien pire qu'une chambre avec une fenêtre extérieure. pour une meilleure expérience. Vous devez glisser votre carte pour monter à l'étage, ce qui semble plus sûr et plus privé. Vous pouvez désormais monter à l'étage sans glisser votre carte. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans cette réservation d'hôtel. J'ai utilisé des points Ctrip pour échanger deux petits-déjeuners. moins de variétés qu'avant. Le beurre et la confiture ne sont plus conditionnés en petits morceaux. Si vous souhaitez en étaler sur du pain, vous n'aurez plus envie de l'étaler lorsque vous le verrez versé dans un grand bol. Il y a un nouveau restaurant Yifashun à côté, ce qui est beaucoup plus pratique pour manger.

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room, good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!

J'ai appelé l'hôtel avant l'enregistrement pour confirmer les exigences en matière de tests Covid. La réceptionniste Linda était très serviable et sympathique. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. L'hôtel est bien situé avec de nombreux centres commerciaux environnants. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas génial, il faisait froid et il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un bon séjour.

On a l'impression que Westin est en déclin. Hormis le bon petit-déjeuner, je n'ai trouvé aucun autre avantage de cet hôtel cinq étoiles. J'ai d'abord réservé une nuit via Ctrip, puis j'ai décidé que je n'avais pas assez de temps, j'ai donc réservé deux nuits supplémentaires. Après mon arrivée au magasin, j'ai demandé au personnel de service de fusionner les deux réservations, mais la réception n'a pas réussi à comprendre. Donc, après être resté une journée, je suis allé à la réception pour m'enregistrer à nouveau. Après avoir appuyé sur le bouton, vous ne pouvez pas voir quel ascenseur arrive, et l'invite lorsque l'ascenseur spécifique arrive n'est pas évidente, vous devez donc garder un œil sur chaque ascenseur. Les installations sont vieilles, les prises sont desserrées et les serviettes sont de mauvaise qualité. 

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est soigneusement choisi : le métro et le bus touristique sont facilement accessibles, et les restaurants Zhengyang Village Roast Duck et Goubuli Steamed Buns sont à un peu plus de dix minutes à pied, permettant à ceux qui sont loin de chez eux de goûter à la chaleur de leur pays d'origine. Cette beauté des « paysages animés juste en bas et de la ville animée juste au coin de la rue » est précisément la qualité la plus précieuse de l'hôtel. Les normes d’hygiène sont incroyables. Les draps étaient impeccables lorsque la lumière du soleil les pénétrait, et les interstices de la salle de bain étaient aussi propres que neufs, ce qui m'a fait, moi qui étais habituée à désinfecter, baisser complètement ma garde. Ce niveau de minutie « obsédé par la propreté » ne peut être atteint qu’avec une gestion minutieuse. Ce qui rend vraiment cet endroit spécial, c'est l'art du service de M. Zhu Guoqing - une carte de visite vivante de l'hospitalité orientale - qui a vraiment rendu ce séjour sublime. Lorsqu'il a appris que je ne me sentais pas bien, il m'a discrètement surclassé dans une chambre calme avec une belle vue lorsque la fenêtre était ouverte... Son service est comme une tasse de thé à la bonne température - professionnel mais pas délibéré, et une approche « de cœur à cœur » qui ne peut pas être reproduite dans les manuels. Il s'avère que « vous faire sentir comme chez vous » n'a jamais été un slogan publicitaire, mais la chaleur créée par des employés comme M. Zhu avec un service sincère !
