« L'emplacement est très bon. Il est à côté de l'entrée de la ligne de métro 3 et il y a un tramway en bas. Il se trouve à dix minutes à pied de la jetée de la place Jinwan, où vous pourrez vous promener le long de la rivière Haihe. Il est également très proche du pont Jiefang. « Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, l'hôtel nous a contactés pour connaître nos besoins. Nous avions réservé trois chambres au total et avions donc demandé qu'elles soient toutes au même étage ! À notre arrivée, un réceptionniste nous a surclassés d'une chambre supérieure avec lit king-size à une chambre supérieure familiale ! Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et confortables. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner : un large choix et un pain délicieux ! L'hôtel a même fait livrer nos plats à emporter par un robot ! De nombreuses attractions se trouvent à proximité, certaines accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. Le lendemain soir, les billets de train étant chers et mon enfant souffrant, nous comptions annuler deux chambres et payer des frais supplémentaires. Mais la réception nous a offert le séjour jusqu'à 16 h ! Un geste vraiment attentionné ; je donne à cet hôtel la note de 10/10 ! Bravo ! »

WWCTWA very new hotel with everything superb duper new!  Pros - clean and new (but towels, linen due to new cause a lot of dust flying everywhere.) Housekeepers are very friendly and polite. Front desk, also friendly but need more practicing on check-in procedure (standardize). Room very spacious and comfortable!!!! Oh ya, the breakfast just perfect!!! Lovely and full!!! The laundry room makes our trip just perfect!!!  Cons - Location far away from Subway Station (1km away). Road along the way from Subway to Hotel not so smooth, inconvenient to walk with Luggages (Suggest to take DiDi ehailing)  However, locations available for many foods/restaurants. (McDonald’s within 1 mins distance, and 3-5 mins away for restaurants/coffee shops nearby.) you may also enjoy the rental bicycle (blue color pay with Alipay) to anywhere, superb convenient too!!

RRosario Suresh MARIETres bon acceuil, les personnelles sympas chambre vu sur la rivière était top, même un peu vieux est très bien entretenu et le lits très comfortable, la vue de notre chambre surtout le soir avec les jeux de lumières sur le pont et des immeubles. Le petit déjeuner gratuit et le buffet midi payant étaient correctes. Le dinner sur la terrace au bord de la rivière était sympa aussi. Bien centré, toutes les activités et les lieux touristiques ne sont pas très loins. U nous avons passé un week-end sympa malgré un temps de pluie.

J'avais initialement prévu d'y passer une nuit avec ma femme pour mon anniversaire en octobre afin de profiter de son hospitalité haut de gamme. Ma fille étant de retour de Shanghai à Pékin, nous avons décalé nos préparatifs pour cet anniversaire. J'ai le sentiment que le service et les prestations du Four Seasons sont à la hauteur de sa réputation, et je tiens sincèrement à lui attribuer une note de 5 étoiles. Je me demandais aussi ce qui rendait le Four Seasons unique et supérieur aux autres hôtels.
