Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

Vers 14 heures du soir, j'ai appelé le service client smart et j'ai demandé deux bouteilles d'eau. Personne ne l'a livré avant 10 heures le deuxième jour. D'autres articles commandés via le service client intelligent ont également été ignorés. J'ai appelé la réception pour demander de l'eau après dix heures, mais elle n'avait toujours pas été livrée à une heure. Je suis en colère, un si grand hôtel ne fournit même pas d'eau ? Je pensais qu'il y avait peu de monde à la réception, mais Lou a vu sept ou huit filles discuter ensemble à la réception. Tout simplement sans voix. J'ai apporté un diffuseur et je me suis contenté d'une nuit. Je ne reviendrai pas à l'avenir.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

a famous brand with certain confidence in the quality. not bad to ride share-bike to the hotel from public transport stops. booked the package with seafood buffet hotpot dinner, which was good as expected with unlimited hairy crabs, beer & wine provided. the night view of my room of the river was excellent.

Il est également recommandé de mettre un chausse-pied à l'entrée pour des raisons d'hygiène et de commodité.

Tout d'abord, je me suis enregistré dans une chambre surclassée, puis les installations de soutien étaient très complètes, y compris des cuisinières à induction et des micro-ondes, des casseroles, des poêles, de la vaisselle, etc. Il y avait aussi un réfrigérateur et une machine à laver, mais je ne savais pas où les sécher après le lavage. Je suis très heureuse d'avoir une coiffeuse dédiée dans la maison, mais ce serait parfait si elle pouvait avoir une lampe de maquillage. Il n'y a pas de prise dans la zone de maquillage, mais il n'y a pas de place pour brancher le sèche-cheveux. La conception des poubelles sur l'île est plutôt bonne, dans l'ensemble elle est très bien, sauf que la poubelle dans la salle de bain est un peu petite et l'eau dans le lavabo de la salle de bain est un peu lente, ce qui est vraiment bien. D’ailleurs, les haut-parleurs sont également parfaits pour jouer les chansons de Deng Ziqi hahahaha ! A côté se trouve le Centre sportif olympique. C'est si proche que j'y suis allé à pied pour écouter le concert. Malheureusement, j'ai oublié de prendre des photos.

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

We booked the deluxe family suite. It was a very comfy suite with 2 Queen beds in a separate room. We could watch TV at night without disturbing our child sleeping. We wanted to extend our stay in Novotel, front desk lady 朱桐欣 was very helpful and patience to guide me to join as a member so I could save more. 谢谢你! Service is good. We will stay here again if we stop by Tianjin again.
