The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.

Location is great. Near the Theatre district, Xscape and a short taxi ride to the Hub.  Perfect start to the evening with cocktails in the Fourteen Bar, overlooking the city. Staff all lovely. Breakfast had a good choice of pastries, cereal and full English. Room overlooked the park. Beds were very comfortable. Elemis toiletries in the shower. If you park in the multi storey for longer than 9 hours you can get it discounted down to £10. 

Un hôtel chinois, le service est bon, je donne d'abord une chambre avec un coin de la corne du deuxième étage, pas très ami pour les grandes têtes, puis la réception a aidé à changer la chambre du premier étage pour résoudre le problème de la tête, le service est toujours relativement intime. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly with us and we were very impressed with how well they treated us, they were extremely helpful to us as well as we had been able to get a good understanding about what was needed to be done to get our room service meals and meals were very delicious and fresh cooked. The room was very clean and very nice with open space for us to sit and relax and enjoy our evening.

La chambre est confortable et confortable. Deux négatifs mineurs : la télévision était petite et son emplacement a vraiment affecté l'espace de travail quand elle a été mise sur un ordinateur portable, une souris, etc. Deuxièmement, il y avait un odeur plutôt désagréable au sommet des escaliers comme le poisson de la chair. C'est un peu chouette, mais c'était un séjour absolument adorable et je le recommanderais à tout le monde.

Lovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de l'hôpital, à proximité des gares de bus et à proximité de la ville. La chambre est telle qu'elle est montrée dans les photos et est très bien équipée pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Les verres de vin et les tumbleurs qui se réfrigèrent dans le réfrigérateur étaient bienvenus! J'ai trouvé la chambre très propre et bien entretenue. Il y avait de bons stocks, beaucoup de sockets, y compris un couple de ports USB qui sont utiles.Les vues de la marine étaient très agréables et de caractère ajouté. Les gens que j'ai rencontrés pendant mon séjour étaient amis et utiles. En général, j'ai aimé mon séjour et j'ai eu deux bonnes nuits de repos.

This place is perfect and convienient for business stay. Room is very clean, cosy and internet quick enough for any teleconference meeting.Indoor desingn is very elegant.

The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh. The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷
