Very satisfied with the service. Since arrived very early st hotel around 10am. Reception counter allow us to leave our luggages at the hotel so as we can conviniently proceed with our activities before come back in the evening for check in.

Simple, adequate accommodation. Our room was on the third floor with steep stairs. No toilet paper. Dirty tray with glasses. We would have liked some breakfast options for Western travellers -something like scrambled egg would have been appreciated!

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

La chambre est vieille, mais le service est bon. Le petit-déjeuner est simple. La cuisine indonésienne ne nous convient peut-être pas. La piscine est belle, mais nous n'avons pas le temps d'en profiter.

Kamarnya nyaman buat solo traveller, dekat juga ke daerah kampus, plus harganya ramah dikantong.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'hôtel Ayani et avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. La chambre était correcte, pas très grande mais elle était propre. Il y avait la climatisation et une bouilloire électrique et cela fonctionnait. La salle de bain était correcte, avec beaucoup d'eau chaude et une très bonne douche. La literie était propre et le lit bon. Il y avait le wifi et cela fonctionnait parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet composé principalement de plats locaux. Malheureusement les plats chauds étaient froids. L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville. L'hôtel lui-même est soigné et bien rangé et nous pouvons certainement recommander de séjourner ici.

A very nice hotel with real value for money. Plenty of eateries nearby and not very far from town center. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.
