Le meilleur hôtel que j'ai jamais connu à Bandung. Le petit déjeuner, le grand ambiance, le grand service. La piscine est belle et la chambre de luxe est assez grande pour 4 personnes dans une chambre . Je recommande cet hôtel .

Had an amazing stay at Gaia Hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us with a cute chocolate cake and card, such a thoughtful gesture (though they did accidentally misgender me as “Mr” instead of “Mrs” 😅). The hotel is located a little further uphill, so if your activities are around the Lembang area, it’s perfect. If you’re heading into the city, do plan ahead as it takes about 30 minutes each way. We specifically chose Gaia Hotel for its amenities, and it did not disappoint. The gym was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find free Reformer Pilates classes, bouldering, and plenty of outdoor activities. The property is spotless, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Our only regret was not booking a garden view — though the city view we had was still lovely. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return on our next visit to Bandung.

J'ai eu quelques mauvaises surprises lors de mon séjour à l'Aston Pasteur de Bandung : 1. À mon arrivée, la réception m'a simplement demandé mon nom sans vérifier les détails de ma réservation. Elle m'a immédiatement annoncé que ma réservation était annulée et que je devais recevoir une notification par e-mail. Or, je n'ai reçu aucune notification d'annulation, ce qui n'est pas très agréable après mon arrivée depuis Jakarta. Au bout d'un moment, le réceptionniste m'a annoncé que les chambres étaient disponibles. Pourquoi toutes ces actions au début ? Même si c'était une erreur, on aurait pu l'éviter en vérifiant bien avant de déclarer l'annulation ? 2. Ma chambre était au 6e étage, loin de l'ascenseur. Pourtant, le dimanche matin, j'entendais comme une répétition de chant dans une salle paroissiale, avec tous les tambours et les voix, puis plus tard, la messe. C'était très désagréable, car j'avais envie de me reposer et de dormir. 3. Il y a quatre ascenseurs mais ils sont très lents et bondés, je dois attendre plus de 10 minutes juste pour descendre pendant l'heure de départ, car l'ascenseur est ouvert avec plein de monde.

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.

SUPER RECOMMANDÉ !!! Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas séjourné à Puncak, peut-être plus de 15 ans, je suis revenu ici avec les enfants et j'ai décidé de rester au Royal Safari Garden, et c'était le bon choix. Emplacement : très stratégique, avec supérette SM, parc safari et snack. Installations : complètes !!! Pas seulement des chambres, mais aussi un mini zoo, un spectacle d'oiseaux, un parc aquatique, un petit-déjeuner avec des animaux, une aire de jeux, une salle de jeux et bien plus encore. Service : tout le monde était très sympathique, depuis la sécurité, la réception, le concierge, l'équipe du restaurant, jusqu'à la fréquentation de la piscine, tout le monde était très bien, sympathique et très serviable. Recommandation personnelle, si vous pouvez rester plus d'1 nuit car ce ne sera pas suffisant si vous passez la nuit, un hôtel très agréable pour des vacances en famille. L'hôtel dispose d'une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable M. Mohamad Kiki et son chef dans le restaurant de toit du ciel. Le petit déjeuner était super. J'ai eu beaucoup de temps là. Mais beaucoup de choses ont besoin d'être améliorées, les chaînes de télévision, la plupart des chaînes ne fonctionnent pas et aucun canal de film. Le Wi-Fi est très lent. Les serviettes sont vieux. Les désserts du café et du restaurant doivent être améliorés. L' hôtel est l' un des meilleurs hôtels que j' ai jamais séjournés.

The hotel was excellent! The room was clean, the amenities were complete, and the breakfast was varied and never boring. The kids were happy too because there were plenty of activities — for little kids, teens, and adults. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the location — traffic was quite bad. But luckily, there were so many things to do inside the hotel that we never felt bored. There were also some restaurants outside, even if just a few. We’ll definitely be back for sure!
