Le restaurant a été très bien accueilli et très confortable. La position de l'hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, en particulier du salon du ciel. La chambre d'hôtel était de bonne taille et il était super pour se détendre sur le balcon avec une vue sur le jardin / terrain des hôtels et le côté montagneux environnant.

Petit-déjeuner complet inclus, même si l'appli le précise. Télévision par câble avec 70 chaînes ! Sèche-cheveux sur demande. Ascenseur, chaussons, eau minérale, shampoing, savon, brosse à dents et dentifrice. Proche du quartier commerçant, à 5 minutes à pied d'un nouveau et immense centre commercial.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

I had a pleasant stay at El Hotel Bandung. The hotel is nice and well-maintained, with clean rooms and a very convenient bathroom setup, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and attentive, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a universal or triple plug outlet. Since my charger has a different plug orientation, it was a bit challenging to charge my devices. Adding more universal outlets would greatly improve guest convenience. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service, cleanliness, and satisfying breakfast options — definitely worth considering when staying in Bandung.

It is easy to access to the mall and hotel. The security of the hotel need to be improved. Many persons can enter the hotel easily, although maybe they are not guests. Maybe they are people coming to the mall but want to enter the hotel. The guard must instruct them to enter through scan equipment. Thank you.

Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time. Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁 It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.
