Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.

Excellent hotel with incredible staff. People go the extra mile here. I’ve been managed by young intelligent and very capable ladies.  They make the hotel run like clockwork.  There is an excellent Italian restaurant with beautiful authentic dishes.  As well, the Indonesian food is above par with some exciting stand out dishes; the duck, the beef rib (iga bakar) as well Lumpia and fish cakes.  Love the pool too.

All your staffs are absolutely stunning and very inspiring. They are great workers they deserve more applause and honorarium. Im in the field of hospitality industries also and I experienced an amazing feeling in your Hotel Keep it up.. Allahumma baarik Faisal Al Filibiny

Nous sommes arrivés la nuit, avec les bienvenus de tous les gentils personnels. Une zone assez froide de moins de 20 degrés Celsius, presque .... déjà repas ... beaucoup de menu ... bon délicieux ... L'hôtel ... piscine et bains n'a pas eu le temps d'utiliser ... Nous avons choisi de aller à Ciater pour plonger dans l'eau chaude ... l'emplacement n'est pas loin. Chérie, il y a un peu de lacune, nous devons aller en haut de l'hôtel ... , qui est beaucoup de vols que je pense sont très annonçants, en particulier dans le restaurant où le petit déjeuner est, Dès que l'un a entré dans la chambre, parce que nous voulions profiter de l'air frais, nous avons ouvert la porte de balcon, mais beaucoup de vols volant vers la chambre. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra bientôt améliorer cette condition, Espérons que la prochaine fois nous pourrons obtenir un bonus plus agréable .... ne voulons pas de bonus de vols .... heheheeee l'Eminence réussie et beaucoup vivent

The experience was excellent. Booked this room specifically because the toilet uses a jet shower instead of a bidet, which was very comfortable and convenient for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. The staff were very helpful and assisted with transferring our baggage when we had to change rooms for the next stay, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Love, love the experience — we would definitely stay here again.

The room is big and very convinience ....clean . The price is good cause include breakfast .... The breakfast is delicious and the location on top of the roof is good .....

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.
