J'ai eu quelques mauvaises surprises lors de mon séjour à l'Aston Pasteur de Bandung : 1. À mon arrivée, la réception m'a simplement demandé mon nom sans vérifier les détails de ma réservation. Elle m'a immédiatement annoncé que ma réservation était annulée et que je devais recevoir une notification par e-mail. Or, je n'ai reçu aucune notification d'annulation, ce qui n'est pas très agréable après mon arrivée depuis Jakarta. Au bout d'un moment, le réceptionniste m'a annoncé que les chambres étaient disponibles. Pourquoi toutes ces actions au début ? Même si c'était une erreur, on aurait pu l'éviter en vérifiant bien avant de déclarer l'annulation ? 2. Ma chambre était au 6e étage, loin de l'ascenseur. Pourtant, le dimanche matin, j'entendais comme une répétition de chant dans une salle paroissiale, avec tous les tambours et les voix, puis plus tard, la messe. C'était très désagréable, car j'avais envie de me reposer et de dormir. 3. Il y a quatre ascenseurs mais ils sont très lents et bondés, je dois attendre plus de 10 minutes juste pour descendre pendant l'heure de départ, car l'ascenseur est ouvert avec plein de monde.

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

Nous avons eu récemment l'occasion de rester à votre hôtel et dans l'ensemble, je suis très reconnaissante de l'hospitalité et des installations fournies, mais je voudrais partager quelques réactions constructives concernant les pièges dans la chambre. Les coussins étaient trop fermes et malheureusement affectaient la qualité du sommeil pendant mon séjour. Pour un hôtel de la norme de Pullman, je pense qu'il serait merveilleux de fournir aux clients un menu de pillow ou au moins un choix entre les pillows doux, moyens et fermes, pour répondre à différentes préférences. En outre, les serviettes se sentaient plutôt fines et ne reflètent pas la qualité de luxe attendue d'une propriété Pullman. Pour un hôtel de ce calibre, je pense qu'il serait bénéfique de fournir des options pour les pillows plus doux ainsi que des serviettes plus épaisses et plus confortables pour les invités. J'espère que cette suggestion aidera à améliorer l'expérience des clients dans l'ensemble à l'avenir. Petit-déjeuner approximativement.

I had a great stay at Swiss-Belresort Bandung. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the green hills, and the bed was super comfy. I really enjoyed the breakfast – there were lots of tasty options, both local and international. The pool area was also very nice and perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful and away from the busy city, which made it a perfect place to rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la chambre King Premium, la chambre était spacieuse, très propre avec lit de taille King avec 4 pièges, il y avait un long canapé attaché à la fenêtre pour que nous puissions refroidir le café tout en regardant par la vue de la ville à l'extérieur. Tous les membres du personnel étaient au-delà de la réponse amicale et rapide, surtout quand nous avons demandé des serviettes et des serviettes supplémentaires, pas plus de 10 minutes 👏🏻 L'hôtel était très stratégique, nous pouvions atteindre la rue riau dans les marches, il y avait de nombreux cafés, restaurants, restaurants et usines de fabrique. **My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

It is a good and nice hotel to stay. The room are clean and comfortable. The location is good and right next to a shopping centre with a supermarket. There is a lot of food choices around and also in the supermarket. There are also pharmacies if needed. Good central location. Did not manage to take photos.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.
