Le personnel de l'hôtel était très confortable et très confortable. La nourriture était aussi excellente tous les repas que nous avions été délicieux et bien préparés. Nous voudrions en particulier féliciter un membre du personnel ALDI RUSTANDI qui s'est présenté pendant notre séjour. Son bonté et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait une différence et ont fait de notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Nous vous remercions de cette belle expérience, nous serions ravis de rester ici et de recommander très fortement cet hôtel à d'autres personnes.

No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.

Le petit déjeuner est plutôt décevant, le café blanc (américain ou long-black-doesnt avoir une que je suppose) est aqueux,,Pas d'arôme de café mauvais goût. Les prix sont trop élevés pour les clients et les clients. Top (seulement adapté à l'extérieur, quand la Pluie est terminée. Il devrait y avoir des moyens de fournir une partie intérieure.. La pluie était juste éclatée Lorsque j'avais un verre de vin. Eveeythibg est mouillé. Ezeot haute chaise au bar. Et il n'y a pas de musique. La musique en direct ou DJ est seulement samedi. La salle de salon de design minimaliste, spacieux et moderne. Mais, pas de touche à l'atmosphère parahyangan ou sundan. Except angklung ornements au sol M. Ceci pourrait être en jakrta ou dans toute autre ville métropolitaine. Exécuter le long corridor au G étage connecté à Pelataran Resto La chambre de luxe avec lit de taille King et vue sur la montagne est grande. Wifi et TV sont également très belles. Cependant, la structure de la salle de bain (douche) avec trop de murs de séparation en bois donne plutôt un petit sentiment spacieux. La piscine est trop petite pour deux hôtels adjacents Tower (Pullman et Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

I loved the facilities, everything from the playground, pool, to the water park was perfect for a vacation with kids! It’s truly a great place for a family getaway. However, the location is quite close to a main road. During our stay, there was an event at night that was very loud, and I couldn’t sleep until around 1 AM.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

La location de l'hôtel est excellente, très proche de Pascal 23 et confortablement proche du chemin de fer de grande vitesse de Whoosh, qui a fait très facile de se déplacer. Le petit déjeuner est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La variété était limitée par rapport à d'autres hôtels de Bandung. J'espérais avoir une sélection plus large, y compris les options occidentales, indonésiennes et chinoises. J'attends toujours avec impatience une bonne sélection de jamu quand en Indonésie, mais malheureusement, les jamu et les jus ici ont été assez dilués. Le service pendant le petit déjeuner pourrait également être plus attentif nous avons dû rappeler quelques fois au personnel notre latte, car il a été perdu à deux reprises. Toutefois, malgré ces points mineurs, le service et l'expérience globales étaient encore très bons. Je voudrais mentionner en particulier Mme Ayu de l'équipe de relations invités, qui était exceptionnellement amicale, aideuse et qui s'est vraiment rendue à un mile supplémentaire. Elle nous a aidé avec des réservations de spa pendant deux jours et elle nous a même suivi personnellement par un message pour nous rappeler et vérifier si tout s'est bien passé après nos traitements. En tant que personne travaillant dans le secteur bancaire, je suis vraiment reconnaissant de ce niveau de service personnalisé, qui crée vraiment une expérience «wow » pour le client.
