Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food.
Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home.
The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs.
My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling.
Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence.
I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.
Its super near by to airport but don't know why taxi go around however when return from hotel just 6 mins walk to airport, room is clean not too big as picture and staff is good check in smooth. Nothing around any food or drinks but hotel give water its enough
I stayed with family at this hotel for 3 days it was very good experience, the hotel was clean and rooms big and services very good also have space for walk in hotel like park and many activities, like boating,🧘♀️, etc

Maintenance needs to be improved. Basic necessities are not provided in some of the rooms. Bathroom fittings in some of the rooms were faulty. Though the staff were co-operative and helpful, except for the time taken for preparing the final bill during check out. Better maintenance and service can help them to retain their customers. Customers are coming only based on the old goodwill.
Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.
Surclassement de la chambre en bord de mer, mais les équipements de la chambre sont trop vieux, l'isolation phonique est également médiocre ! Plus le dîner total de plus de 850 RMB par nuit, ça ne vaut pas le coup !
I had a wonderful stay at State Beach Resort & Spa in Kannur. The room was beautifully designed with aesthetic interiors, offering a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Waking up to the panoramic beach view right from my room was truly refreshing. The morning buffet was delightful, providing a good variety of dishes to start the day. The restaurant served delicious meals, and dining with the sea as a backdrop enhanced the experience. Overall, it’s a perfect getaway spot for those looking to unwind and enjoy the serene coastal beauty of Kannur.
Мне всё очень понравилось) завтрак, конечно, скудноват для европейца, но в целом было что покушать) номера классные, а частный пляж - просто отвал. Персонал на 1000/10, ночью помогли мне вызвать такси в аэропорт! В общем - для своей цены лучше не найти, всем рекомендую)

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

IInvitéWe had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us.
Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best.
Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff.
Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views.
The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage.
Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us.
Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste

At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night )
We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access.
Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally.
I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for.
Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season.
Room service was good. The room was clean.
Room offered a great pool view.
We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options.
Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous.
Stay here if you get good deals.

Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours.
