Nous sommes retournés dans cet hôtel pour la seconde fois car notre première expérience fut superbe et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, le lit relativement grand. Les deux restaurants sont très bien. Nous recommandons le buffet pour le restaurant North27 et d'aller au restaurant Kebab Que E le soir pour dîner pour une très belle expérience indienne avec des plats cuisinés face à vous derrière une vitre. Ma première chambre était bruyante et, m'étant réveillé tôt le matin sans pouvoir me rendormir, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui m'a été accordé immédiatement. Grâce à eux, j'ai pu passer un séjour reposant. Cet établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel, avec un bar sur le toit offrant une vue imprenable sur le Taj Mahal, accessible à pied. Cependant, il pourrait ne pas convenir à ceux qui préfèrent les restaurants locaux.

C'est un café sur un toit-terrasse avec vue sur le Taj Mahal, et on peut y boire du chai à volonté et gratuitement. Le personnel était très aimable et accueillant, et même si ce n'était qu'un court séjour d'une journée, ce fut un moment inoubliable.

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect the rich Mughal heritage. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Very nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Le séjour était confortable , J'étais avec mon collègue de bureau, était là pour un voyage d'affaires, imaginer la situation où une personne se trouve dans la chambre peut clairement voir l'activité de la salle de bain à travers la porte glissante, il était très embarrassant et a besoin d'une attention immédiate

L'hôtel est un peu en dehors de la ville et pas très conforme aux normes Marriott. la nourriture n'est pas fraîche. La chambre est bien, petite mais confortable. Le personnel est toujours là pour vous aider et sympathique. Mais vérifiez bien, car les surcharges semblent se produire assez souvent. La piscine est super sympa, tout comme la salle de sport bien équipée. Beaucoup de touristes internationaux. Le Taj Mahal est proche et agréable !
