I like the location — it’s only 5 minutes to Sakae Station and 10 minutes to the airport limousine bus terminal (Oasis 21). There are lots of restaurants, 24/7 convenience stores, supermarkets, and even tax-free shops where you can find almost everything you need. From NGO Airport, you can take the limousine bus and get off at the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel stop — it’s just a 1-minute walk to the hotel. However, when going back to the airport, you need to take the bus from Oasis 21. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend walking on the street instead of using the subway route. The staff are generally good, but some are not very nice.

Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité du marché aux poissons, offrant de nombreuses options de restauration. À moins de 30 minutes à pied du château de Nagoya, et à 5 minutes de la gare. Nombreux commerces et passages souterrains à proximité. Chambre confortable, oreillers et lit agréables. Climatisation silencieuse. Personnel serviable et sympathique, qui semble parler anglais.

I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

フロントスタッフの方の対応は非常に良いです。 あえていえばホテル自体が古いのでしょうがないですが、エアコンの温度や風量調節ができないのが、残念なところです。 また部屋全体は暗めなので、鏡の前だけ蛍光灯をつけていただけると助かります。

L'hôtel est nouveau et propre. Le système d'enregistrement automatique est convenable. Les chambres doivent être prises du lobby et transportées dans la chambre. La chambre est décente et raisonnable pour le prix. Le seul élément négatif est que le climatiseur n'a pas fonctionné, probablement parce qu'il est hiver, donc la chambre a eu un peu de chaleur. La salle de bain est propre et dispose d'un bain.

The location is great!!! We got the corner room which was just sufficient for the 4 of us. I liked that the toilet was spacious and the hotel was generous with the towels. Even provided as extra bed at no charge! Thank you!!! Definitely will come back again. We even caught a glimpse of Mount Fuji before leaving.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Ryugu a été absolument fantastique ! Tout d'abord, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel. La source thermale en plein air offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan, que ce soit au lever ou au coucher du soleil. Se prélasser dans la source thermale tout en admirant la vue sur la mer est un luxe incomparable. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables, avec un style japonais moderne qui crée une atmosphère de tranquillité et de détente. Avec la vue sur l'océan juste devant la fenêtre, séjourner dans la chambre donnait l'impression d'être au paradis ; je n'avais aucune envie de partir. Le dîner était un repas kaiseki traditionnel, chaque plat étant préparé avec soin à partir d'une abondance d'ingrédients frais et locaux, aussi délicieux que beaux à regarder. Les sashimis et les grillades étaient particulièrement savoureux et incroyablement copieux. Le personnel était également incroyablement aimable et accueillant. De l'arrivée au départ, j'ai bénéficié d'un service attentionné tout au long de mon séjour. Leur méticulosité était vraiment touchante. C'est un hôtel thermal où je retournerai sans hésiter, et je le recommande vivement à mes amis et à ma famille !

Amazing stay for lego lovers. The entire hotel is filled with elements of decorations made of lego. Kids will love it here as there are various areas to play with lego and room provides a box of lego for play too! Legoland is right in front of the hotel.

Location is great just a few mins walk from Nagoya station. Hotel is good and the staff are all really friendly. The only concern was the equipment and the deco were not in their best condition. (Etc the air purifier did not work, kettle with missing cover)

We stayed in a triple room with three beds, which was quite spacious by Japanese standards. The hotel is within walking distance from Sakae Station, and we walked several times to Osu, which is about two train stops away. The walk itself was enjoyable, with plenty of shopping options and eateries along the way. However, the downside is that the hotel feels very outdated. The beds are very hard, and the windows are quite small. The room is carpeted and feels slightly musty, although an air purifier is provided. The bathroom is especially old-looking — the toilet has a yellowish tone and the bidet system is outdated. That said, from what I observed, many hotels in Nagoya seem to have smaller windows and older designs. Front desk service is basic, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, Nagoya is a great city to visit, but next time I would look forward to staying at a higher-quality hotel. With newer options like the upcoming Conrad near Sakae Station, the accommodation experience in Nagoya will hopefully improve significantly.
