Nicely located near exit 4 of Hisayadori station. However, that is a stairs only exit. Exits with elevator are further away. There's a 24 hours convenience store next to it . Hotel utilize auto check in with some manual effort still required. Checkout are fully automated with the machines. Overall a nice hotel to stay and near the Sakae shopping area.

C'est une auberge de jeunesse. Les lits sont fermés par des rideaux avec lumière et prises de courant individuelles. La salle de bain est spacieuse et bien équipée. C'est proche de la gare donc pratique pour les voyageurs, mais le quartier n'est pas super.

I stayed at Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae for 2 nights, during my trip and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Sakae station, shopping areas, and many restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, Like most business hotels in Japan, the room size is a bit small, but it was still manageable for two people with luggage. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel also felt quiet and safe at night, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it is a good value hotel with a great location in Nagoya. I would recommend it for travelers who want a clean and convenient place to stay in the Sakae area.

Everything is good, good location (located near the AEON supermarket, just walk across the road and you will see a train station), quiet and less crowded compared to central nagoya, and the room is quite bigger than other hotels in japan

I recently stayed 9h Nine Hours in Nagoya and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hostel is its excellent location. It is conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it easy to travel around the city and to other destinations. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The sleeping pods are located on a different floor from the shower area, changing room, and luggage storage. On the positive side, this setup helps keep the sleeping area quiet and comfortable. I was able to rest well every night without being disturbed by noise. However, the separation of the facilities can be a little inconvenient. If you forget something in your luggage or need to grab an item, you have to take the elevator and move between floors. In addition, the shower and grooming area can get quite crowded during peak hours, especially in the early morning and late evening. At those times, you may need to wait for a shower, hair dryer, or space to get ready. Despite these minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

L'hôtel est tout près du métro, à quatre ou cinq minutes à pied. Je ne l'avais pas remarqué avant de réserver, mais cette rue a une ambiance un peu particulière le soir, haha, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Il y a un Lawson's et un FamilyMart juste en bas, ainsi qu'un fast-food Matsuya. Plusieurs restaurants très bien notés se trouvent à proximité, mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de les tester ! L'hôtel est à environ six ou sept stations de métro du Nagoya Dome, sans correspondance, soit environ 20 à 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique ! Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique, mais l'heure d'arrivée était stricte : possible uniquement à partir de 15h. Il y avait des sièges libres pour se reposer, et l'hôtel proposait même le petit-déjeuner ! Je ne l'ai cependant pas pris ! La chambre est petite mais elle est bien équipée. Elle est parfaite pour une personne, aucun problème majeur ! Si vous venez au Nagoya Dome pour un concert, vous pourriez envisager cet hôtel ! 🫶🏻

Hôtel un peu vieillot, l’odeur de tabac était horrible. J’ai dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte constamment pour pouvoir respirer correctement. La chambre est un peu vieille. Pas de prise usb et il y avait un peu de cendre au sol dans la chambre quand je suis arrivée. A part cela c’était tout de même propre. Chambre petite. Prix assez bas mais je ne recommande pas vraiment. Il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes pour aller à la gare ou prendre le bus ou le métro.

The hotel is also surrounded by eateries and convenience stores, as well as being only 5 minutes away from the Nagoya JR Station. However, the toilet was a little cramped, a minor issue.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!
