This hotel locates next to the JR Fukui station, which is quite important because the required public transportation for tourists are all start from here, including the bus, JR, and local railway. However, you can tell this hotel is quite old and only has refrained limited part such as the wall paper, which does not mean much to me. The air condition is not cooling, the toilet flush leaks frequently, these points are not often seen for a hotel in Japan. The hotel offer free breakfast like some of the business hotel.

My wife and I have had a 2-night stay at this Hotel Keifuku Fukui Ekimae Room #707 from 11 to 13 October 2025. The Hotel is just a 1-minute walk away from the Fukui Station. Its reception is small, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor behind the Hotel. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 2 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in simple English. As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with eateries are within walking distance. The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is very small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the very small bathroom (the WC is right next to the bathroom room) - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower. We believe the Hotel is quite old as the general fittings and fixtures are very dated, but it is clean and well maintained. At SGD S$107 per night, we find it not value for money at all, and, if the rate is remained the same or gets higher, we will choose to stay else where if we travel to Fukui again.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. La première nuit de la chambre était un peu chaude (nous allions à Fukui en été), mais il était OK la deuxième nuit. Vous pouvez choisir votre propre cuillère et équipement (shampooing, conditionnement, sels de bain, coton, kit de soudage, etc) du 5ème étage - si drôle ! Mais la réception est au 5ème étage (pas le 1er). L'hôtel a fourni un rack de lavage à sec pour vous permettre de se faire sec dans la chambre. Le shampooing, le conditionnement et la mousse de corps (fabriqué avec Royal Jelly) ont fait de mes cheveux vraiment doux et gérés! Très pratique de conduire à Tojinbo Cliffs aussi!

Un hôtel confortablement situé avec toutes les essences. Les transports publics, les restaurants et le Centre d'information touristique sont à quelques pas. Le personnel est ami et l'hôtel est propre. Les chambres sont de bonne taille pour les couples. La salle de bains publique lui donne un bon touch après avoir quitté une journée entière.

Staying Dormy Inn many time in different cities in Japan. Most attractive thing are having public Onsen, seafood rice in breakfast and free soup noodles at night. Rental price is reasonable.

Notre hôtel préféré pour cette visite. Aime la belle chambre avec lit confortable et salle de bain moderne avec un énorme bain. Nous pouvons également voir le soleil sortir de notre fenêtre pleine hauteur qui a une grande vue sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec des décorations de dinosaures sur les tables. L'hôtel avait également une activité de dinosaure pour les enfants. La situation était également excellente. Près de la gare et des boutiques avec de nombreuses options alimentaires.

Дом с богатой историей и очень красивым и свежим ремонтом. Уютно, чистые комнаты, просторная общая комната и кухня, ванная-онсен. Чай, кофе, вода для всех гостей. В доме я была единственной гостьей, потрясающая атмосфера жизни в большом традиционном доме за такую цену. Был радушный прием, большое спасибо!

Great hotel in Fukui. Modern clean with friendly and patient staff. Breakfast was great and they continue serving coffee through until 10 if you want to top up your caffeine intake. The hotel is about 20 steps from the JR station right next door as well as the Echigo Railway. The up side of this was I was able to dash to the hotel and leave my bag there saving me a few hundred yen on a locker and then boarding the Echigo railway for a day trip to Katsuyama. The down side is you do get a fair bit of noise from the trains trundling past. Overall though it very happy.

La chambre était exactement comme je l'avais imaginée, de style japonais, et très confortable. Le balcon était équipé d'un lavabo, ce qui était pratique pour les groupes plus importants. L'onsen (source thermale) était fantastique. Des boissons étaient offertes en soirée et on pouvait se détendre agréablement dans le hall. Trois magasins discount se trouvaient en face de l'hôtel, parfaits pour ceux qui souhaitaient faire du shopping.

フロントノ対応は、良くうれしかったです。近くの食事案内もすぐ対応してくれて良かったです。部屋の風呂もゆったりできたし、シャワーも良かった。
