A good hotel to have a break from sightseeing and night life. A lot of places around to have a breakfast or snack. Close to Hamra street The staff is helpful in almost all aspects Had a bad luck while going to empty bar on rooftop which actually should be a good place to hang out in the hotel

L'hôtel qui habitait il y a quelques années, parce que la situation économique est moins favorable que jamais, le service est un peu moins bon que jamais. Mais la chambre est toujours propre et la position de l'hôtel est également bonne. Le petit-déjeuner est inconfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A proximité de la mer, le service est meilleur, mais les installations de la chambre sont relativement vieilles.

Les installations de la chambre sont très vieux et que vous voulez que les dents qu'il vous donne ne pas. . .

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable et utile. L'hôtel serait très bon pour un séjour familial, ou même des couples ou des amis! C'était un plaisir absolu de passer du temps à Beyrouth en étant hébergé dans cet hôtel.

Suite à mon dernier avis, voici quelques éléments à ajouter. Après le petit-déjeuner, le matin de mon départ, la réceptionniste est venue me demander de remplir un questionnaire. J'ai donné la note de 7 au plat, signe d'insatisfaction. Elle m'a demandé d'être plus précis sur ce que je voulais, alors j'ai écrit « riz frit et nouilles sautées ». Elle m'a dit que je pouvais le leur dire et qu'ils le prépareraient frais en cuisine. J'ai été vraiment surpris ; le service était vraiment excellent. Mais je le ferai la prochaine fois. Autre chose : il n'est pas nécessaire de changer des livres libanaises au Liban, car les dollars américains sont acceptés presque partout et le taux de change est meilleur qu'au bureau de change. Petit détail étrange : les chauffeurs Uber au Liban demandent souvent un supplément en plus du prix officiel. J'ai refusé, préférant même prendre un autre taxi. Cependant, parfois, lorsque les taxis sont difficiles à trouver, je suis obligé d'accepter le supplément.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.

Room was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.
