I chose this hotel because it is the only five-star hotel in Myanmar. I want you to know that the communication was terrible and the service was very poor.Before we are check in date we requested for 10th floor and they gave to me 9 th only that doesn’t not matter but my first feeling really down it ! And then big hotel big accommodations and big parking area is not available, that is really crazy for me the security sad we can parking at the in front of storage *** the storage is for kitchen how crazy of the service! Before get this place security sad we need to parking at the Marketplace , we stay at these brand hotel and parking at Marketplace how crazy of the management? Room good enough clean breakfast are also perfect but all of the customers service is too harsh to even match Lotte Hotel name.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. The staff are well-trained and very hospitable. The facilities and amenities are worth the pay. Food is also fantastic. Overall, this hotel deserves an excellent remark upon your check out.

The location is good however room cleanliness need to be improve; beside I found out that toilet bowl & floor are not maintain well. Plus, few power outages along my stays where I fell not comfortable & secure - what if I am stuck inside the life? Anyway I found the breakfast serving is good with variety foods.

great location. good hotel at great below market rate. breakfast probably less International Novotel standard as many are low produces. overall, services very localized. happy that Novotel still around despite f current Myanmar situation. hang on there.

Deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Sedona Yangon dans un mois. Le petit déjeuner à D'Cusine a montré une amélioration avec plus de variétés. Le niveau de service était aussi excellent que le habituel pendant le séjour. A proximité de la vallée d'or (pas à pied) où vous pouvez trouver un restaurant Rangoon Tea House.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s formerly known as Rosewood Yangon and now reopened for 8 months. Everything is excellent, very friendly, patient and helpful staff, extraordinary service. The hotel’s history dates back to 1927 so it’s absolutely a historical building. The decoration is very exquisite, breakfast is tasty and there are many choices. The location is also good and safe, very near to Sule Plaza, General Post Office and British Embassy. On terrace you can see the river view. I want to especially express my gratitude to Vanessa and Swar, they provided me with a lot of detailed information so I can know more about this hotel, this city and this country. Please make sure they can receive this feedback and my appreciation! Meanwhile, the front desk Moo Thaw, Luca showed me the hospitality. Next time I come to Yangon, I would consider choosing this hotel again, and also I will recommend it to my friends. Hope you can keep this level 😃

Our recent visit to the Governor's Residence was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Everything, from the moment we arrived, was truly exceptional. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing incredible flavors and presentation. It was clear that immense care and culinary skill went into every bite. Equally impressive was the fantastic service. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine warmth and efficiency truly elevated the entire meal. Overall, the entire experience at the Governor's Residence was out of this world. It was a memorable occasion that exceeded all expectations. We can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a truly premier dining and hospitality experience.

The hotel was very comfortable and made me feel safe and sound as well , food was delicious and their wine collection are great . Will surely return to this hotel in coming visits. Every staffs are so welcoming and warm to everyone .

Rapport sur l'hébergement 2024, partie 6 S'agissant des salles de fitness À l'heure actuelle, l'électricité de la salle de sport est toujours fermée et vous pouvez demander à la réception en cas d'utilisation. Tous les équipements sont récents et nouveaux et n'ont pratiquement pas été utilisés. Tout au long de mon séjour, un client l'utilise pratiquement tous les jours. Mais, veuillez noter que le feu de la lumière est très électriquement désactivé et que les coureurs ont soudain arrêté en raison de l'électricité.

hôtel à proximité de la plupart des ambassades. Chambres agréables, mais avec une salle de bains avec date. Bon personnel. Recommandé.
