Hôtel économique. En raison de la fête hindoue des 11 et 12 mars, il n’y avait pas d’autres options. Préparez-vous à vous adapter à une légère odeur de moisi le premier jour jusqu'à ce que votre nez s'adapte. J'ai réservé une chambre Deluxe (avec terrasse), à ​​l'arrivée il s'est avéré que cette chambre était la chambre de la première photo (avec une porte blanche) : elle a un niveau d'odeur plus élevé et partage des murs avec les chambres voisines. Nous avons dû payer un supplément pour changer de chambre pour une chambre avec une fenêtre panoramique (deuxième photo). Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. Pendant le Ramadan, seuls deux points de restauration sont ouverts à Teluh Nipah sur Coral Beach. Des serviettes de plage sont disponibles sur demande.

Le cadre est magnifique et l'atmosphère très apaisante, mais les chambres sont trop petites et, bien que les toilettes soient spacieuses, la douche est trop rudimentaire. Malgré ces inconvénients, ma famille espère revenir ; peut-être qu'une autre chambre nous offrirait une expérience différente.

The location is excellent, with Ipoh Parade just next door and directly connected to the hotel. It is also only a short Grab ride from popular attractions such as Concubine Lane. The Chinese restaurant on Level 1 is very good—spacious, comfortable, and not crowded. The prices are reasonable, and my family thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. The breakfast spread offers a good variety of choices. Our package also included supper, featuring simple but comforting items such as red bean and black rice dessert soup, plain porridge, and warm soya milk—a nice way to end the night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would gladly return.

Bon hôtel avec une petite piscine qui était fermée pendant notre séjour. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel précisément pour sa piscine. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Le directeur devait nous contacter, mais nous n'avons toujours rien reçu.

The apartment is huge and very convenient. Within all the dining and shopping area. Lots of parking and the upper level is very quiet. The apartment is clean with check in was easy.

+ très bien situé, très proche du centre-ville, de la gare, de Gerbang Malam, de nombreux magasins et restaurants à distance de marche. Le personnel est tout simplement génial, toujours prêt à aider. Le WiFi est correct, l'eau chaude, le sèche-cheveux, le distributeur d'eau à chaque étage. La climatisation est vieille, mais fonctionne bien. - peut clairement être amélioré en termes de propreté, la poussière est partout. La fenêtre est sale aussi. Les draps peuvent également être améliorés, certains avaient des taches et des petits trous.

From day 1st to last, staffs were very friendly, attentive and service orientated. Kdos to front office team and house keeping who made out stay awesome and memorable. Location would have been a little better if more shopping malls and variety of food selections are nearby. Overall everything else was just perfect for a regular traveler who needs just a comfortable stay with basic needs.

Je suis de l'Ipoh et j'ai apporté mes amis ici pour un court passage . Quel magnifique hôtel de séjour . Passer à des restaurants et attractions célèbres. Facile à saisir . A côté d'un restaurant, il y a un bon restaurant à dîner, surtout le tou fu fa !!! Le restaurant japonais est très bien situé à côté de l' hôtel .

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.
