Hôtels avec Wi-Fi à Mascate, Oman

Beautifully designed property, new so everything is sparkling clean and it has been constructed to a very high standard. All the staff were really nice and friendly, the hotel was very quiet. It’s located on a quiet beach, with a nice promenade to walk/jog along and a few restaurants along there too. A couple of cons- our bath didn’t hold water so wasn’t useable (it was leaking water). While we are also completely aware that it is an important religious celebration, the pool area was basically a construction site the day before Ramadan while they drilled in decorations- this could have been done a bit more thoughtfully rather than with workmen there (and drilling) throughout the day.

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel. L'emplacement était particulièrement pratique et le personnel était incroyablement serviable. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier la réceptionniste pour son service amical et attentionné. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel à d'autres. En guise de suggestion d'amélioration, il serait bénéfique que le coût du petit-déjeuner soit inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Actuellement, il est répertorié comme une dépense distincte. Cela rendrait la budgétisation et la tarification globale plus transparentes pour les clients. Merci encore pour cet excellent séjour !

L'hôtel est très propre, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux et le prix est également très bon marché. Il y a des supermarchés et un restaurant délicieux à pied, très bon.

Très bon hôtel, bon service, bon emplacement, bonnes installations de chambre, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je tiens également à exprimer ma gratitude à la réception et au portier de l’hôtel ! Après avoir réglé ma note, j'ai demandé au portier de l'hôtel de m'organiser un taxi pour me rendre à l'aéroport. En entrant dans le hall de l'aéroport, je me suis rappelé que j'avais oublié mon sac à dos sur le siège arrière du taxi. J'ai rapidement appelé la réception de l'hôtel, et l'hôtel a rapidement contacté le chauffeur et, selon mes souhaits, a demandé au chauffeur de me livrer le sac à dos à l'aéroport à temps. Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel et au chauffeur de taxi !

Super hôtel, les employés sont super professionnels je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour la propreté, la super piscine à débordement avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes de Mascate . La piscine est ouverte très tôt le matin jusqu’à tard le soir et la salle de sport est ouverte H 24 je remercie fortement les réceptionniste pour leur disponibilités et leur accueil.

Disappointing week in a disappointing hotel. From the moment we landed in Oman, the intercontinental hotel was not helpful. When we asked for a taxi, they wouldn’t help us and we had to arrange ourselves. When we asked if we had a sea view, we were told “we had a partial sea view” which was actually a car park and a loud generator which rattled on all through the night. The generator was so loud we had to keep the balcony doors closed all the time. However, one night, even with the doors closed we were kept awake until 3am with loud bangs and clatters from hotel staff loading up vans with furniture after an event at the hotel. When we asked about booking the onsite restaurants, we were told they were all closed apart from the main one. Multiple times when we went to the main restaurant we were told it was too busy and we had to wait and come back later. When we did get into the restaurant, we often had to wait long times for food to be replaced or we given paper cups because they’d run out of glasses! When we tried to get the WiFi at the pool, there was none. When we tried to use the creams in the room, they’d run out. The staff were lovely and the food was nice but altogether, we didn’t feel looked after and definitely don’t feel this is a 5* hotel.

L'hôtel était décevant. Presque tout le monde. Le seul avantage est que nous sommes arrivés à 13 heures et n'avons pas eu à attendre jusqu'à 15 heures. De l'eau et du café ont également été apportés rapidement dans la chambre. Inconvénients : - situé à côté de l'autoroute et face au viaduc, les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas mais le bruit est quand même audible - tout dans la chambre est assez vieux, les toilettes fonctionnent par intermittence, la climatisation est très bruyante la nuit, si vous avez le sommeil léger cela peut déranger - les prises ne sont pas adaptées aux appareils européens ; il faut demander un adaptateur, qui est long à transporter ; - il y a un sèche-cheveux, mais il n'y a pas de type de prise requis dans les toilettes, vous devez l'utiliser à table où il n'y a pas de miroir - le plus désagréable : en sortant de l'hôtel vous êtes attaqué par des chauffeurs de taxi, si vous commandez un taxi même via une demande depuis l'hôtel, vous n'aurez le choix qu'un taxi de luxe pour 12 rials, et si vous mettez un point près de la clôture on peut partir pour 1 rial, et quand le deuxième taxi rentre à l'intérieur puis les chauffeurs de taxi qui lui portent plainte sur le territoire, c'était extrêmement désagréable

Une expérience incroyable au JW Marriott, Muscat Mon séjour au JW Marriott Muscat a été incroyable du début à la fin. La piscine était fantastique, propre, spacieuse et parfaite pour se détendre. La nourriture était un autre point fort, avec une grande variété d'options délicieuses qui répondaient à tous les goûts. Le personnel était sympathique et attentionné, veillant à ce que tout se passe bien tout au long de mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience luxueuse et confortable à Mascate !

Très bel hôtel de construction récente. Très bien équipé. Personnel très chaleureux, souriant et à l'écoute. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul petit point négatif est l'emplacement loin du centre ville et le prix un peu excessif du petit déjeuner (même si le buffet est très varié et bien garni) et le room service

Every thing was great, clean, nice , tasty food at the restaurant  The only thing which really needs attention from hotel management in the bed and pillows need change to a more comfortable ones as we got back and neck pains due to the current ones..although they provided us with double coverings but still the situation is not that comfy
