We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Service, the location, the room type are 100% great. I will definitely book here once return to Tuguegarao. What I love the most is the free airport service. Less hassle for their guests to search and commute to the hotel.🥰

This is our second time staying here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The place is very clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, making it easy to unwind. Their caretaker is also very accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for families looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay.
Hotel room was simple but clean, quiet, only supplying a little water and no kettle. For a hotel on the cheaper side it more or less met my expectations.
Shops and a shopping mall are close by.
The staff provided me a complementary airport shuttle run, which was much appreciated as Grab service is unavailable, and getting a taxi in this small remote city is cumbersome.
The only complaint I had was the noisy air conditioning unit. I decided to just turn it off to get a good night sleep, but that mightn't be an option for a hot and humid night.

IInvitéThis is a nice hotel on Batan Island in Batanes Province in the Philippines. Batan Island has limited facilities and Residencia de Basco is a very good hotel for Batan. The workers are as nice as can be and do as good a job as they know how. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was within walking distance from the beach. The AC was very effective but the hallways are open air. The dining hall was moderately Airconditioned. The room was adequately stocked with shampoo and soap with a shaving kit and make-up kit as well as two toothbrush kits supplied. The door lock did not work when we checked in but was repaired as soon as we brought it to the hotel's notice.
However, for the traveler, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but never serviced in the three days we stayed. The restaurant, important as there are limited eating facilities within walking distance, was not reliably opened. The selection of drinks was very strange, with multiple types of beer but no club soda available. When requesting room service, the meal was brought up on a tray and the tray was taken. Since they did not collect the dishes even when left in the hallway outside, it necessitated balancing multiple dishes to bring them back down to the Kitchen. In defense of the staff, as soon as they saw us carrying the dishes (on the next day of course) they ran to take them from us. When we went to settle the bill the night before (20:00) leaving as we needed to leave at 05:45 AM, we were told only cash was accepted. When we paid cash we were told there was no change available and we could pick up change in the morning. When morning came, still no change.
Wifi was nice when it worked but they use one-time vouchers which needed to be renewed every time the device lost the wifi signal. About 40% of the vouchers did not work and we requested vouchers multiple times a day for only two devices using perhaps 30 different vouchers in only three days. Since there is no cell phone coverage at the hotel, wifi was the only way to stay in touch.
All in all it was a nice stay but with very little effort and training it could have been much better.
IINFINIVAN, INC.From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were professional, patient, and helpful. We arrived at varying times due to shift rotations, and the staff accommodated our check-ins and room assignments efficiently. They were understanding of our group’s needs and provided quick assistance when we required extra keycards, directions to nearby stores, and help with logistics such as early morning check-outs.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, even though some of us had to sleep during daytime hours after night shifts. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to adjust — very important for technicians coming in from long hours in server rooms or outdoor installations.
The workspace setup in the rooms was decent, with desks and accessible power outlets. However, more ergonomic chairs and adjustable lighting would be a major improvement for those of us who have to log in remotely and work through tickets or troubleshooting after hours.
Wi-Fi performance was fair overall — adequate for emails, documentation, and remote access to most of our systems. That said, we did encounter intermittent connection issues during peak hours, which caused delays in remote diagnostic sessions. A dedicated high-speed option for business users would be a valuable addition.
Breakfast was solid, with a good mix of hot and cold items. However, as many of us work early mornings or late nights, more flexible dining hours — or at least a 24/7 grab-and-go station — would have made a big difference. Several times we returned late from jobs and had limited food options available. Having microwaves in all rooms (not just suites) would also help, especially for reheating meals during odd hours.
Parking was sufficient for our work vehicles and easy to access, which saved us time during morning departures. Being able to come and go at any hour without hassle made our daily schedules much smoother. We also appreciated that the hotel is located close to supply stores and quick-service restaurants.
IInvitéhotel is near at store visit, friendly staff, Breakfast buffet not better than expected, Room is basic and not so clean CR I am not comfortable.

RRayFinally, a decent hotel in this northern part of the Philippines. The rooms were big, tidy, with modern fittings (bathroom, hot water, aircon, large and comfortable bed). Cleanliness was up to standard. Some things can be improved like the lack of amenities or a decent place to eat but apparently - they serve breakfast meals. Location is good, proximity to NOVO mall and Save More Supermarket if you need so provisions, and the Florida Bus Terminal. Definitely - will book this hotel again if ever there's a chance to be in Aparri.
WWandererWomanI expected a queen size bed because that's what I booked but the size of the bed is like a double bed not queen. The room is small just right for its price, the staffs are kind and accommodating. even the waitresses at the restaurant are friendly. What I liked the most is that they have a free shuttle and they will drop you off at the airport, just ask at the front desk.
