Lim Ket Kai Luxe has been my go-to hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Mainly because there are very few choices. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet has enough selections and variety. It is most ideal because of its location. Accessible to all sorts of transportation (public, TNVS, etc), while it is geographically far from the Laguindingan Airport, the airport shuttle service terminal is located strategically at the Lim Ket Kai Mall nearby. A big plus for those who plan to commute to and from the airport. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness and wellness center (although I didn't get to visit and use this trip).

Idéalement situé, à proximité des centres commerciaux et des restaurants, l'hôtel Red Planet propose un personnel professionnel et serviable. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront les équipements des chambres, notamment avec des téléviseurs connectés, ce qui serait très pratique pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Je reviendrai avec plaisir ! The renovated Seda Centrio were pleasantly alluring and minimalistic. I like the warm Filipino hospitality imbibe into its rooms, amenities, and also the wonderful staff. Great choices of Breakfast buffet down to their in-house dining. The pool and the gym were renovated as well as the whole building was glammed up to the standards. Recommended for those who want to stay in CDO and feel the ”Mabuhay!” spirit.

The price we’ve got from through Trip.Com is very much reasonable or lower than many in the area. The staffs are so accommodating and friendly. We’ll for sure go back to this place.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had hot water, which was nice. The room had no window, but it was okay for a short stay. It was a bit funny that the door didn’t really close properly, but honestly it didn’t bother me much. In general, a decent place to stay in Cagayan de Oro. Sa pangkalahatan, okay naman ang hotel para sa presyo nito. Mabait at matulungin ang staff, at may mainit na tubig ang kuwarto na malaking plus. Wala lang bintana ang kuwarto, pero ayos lang para sa maikling pananatili. Medyo nakakatawa lang na hindi masyadong nagsasara nang maayos ang pinto, pero hindi naman ito naging malaking problema para sa akin. Sa kabuuan, maayos naman itong matuluyan sa Cagayan de Oro.

La chambre est belle, c'est juste que quand je demande de nettoyer, ils ont fait le sol en bourré seulement comme il est au-delà de 5h et il n'y a pas de garde-fous disponible. 😒 Nous nettoyons le sol avec un nettoyage humide car ils ne peuvent faire rien, car le garde-fournir est disponible que pendant 8-5pm 🙄 La salle de bain n'a pas de bidet aussi 😔

Very clean, modernised rooms, bed very comfortable, aircon old style hole in the wall mounted but okay, and key card which also turns on the power. Unfortunately, fridge and aircon go off too when you go out. After the bad rap breakfast has been getting, we made sure we went early (soon after opening at 6.00am), and it was more than satisfactory. Two staff were trying very hard to make sure we were happy... probably as a consequence of the bad reviews. Front desk very efficient, very handy commercial laundromat on ground floor where you can wash and dry two suitcases full of clothes for 260 pesos. A couple of minor issues we had were dealt with straight away. Very central location with a 5 minute walk to several shopping malls. CONS: Trip.com does not warn you that you will have to pay 2000 peso refundable deposit when you arrive.

We were super satisfied! Not just for the amenities and the ambiance of the hotel, but the staff are all friendly and accommodating! The sunset feeling also takes it all. Thank you so much UNWND!

The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the heat outside. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have added more value to the overall experience. Additionally, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, affecting the overall comfort and tranquility. Soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the quality of stay for future guests.
