Le café de table est un bon café et un chocolat chaud. Le chef du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner doit apprendre à communiquer plus. Et au lieu de s'excuser pour l'erreur, elle a fait une excuse en disant qu'elle m'avait entendu dire « espagnol » et s'est assuré que j'avais commandé des sardines. Ce comportement est inacceptable car (1) elle aurait dû se désoler de l'erreur et (2) elle aurait dû me dire d'abord que le chorizo n'était pas disponible et si je préfère une autre option plutôt que ses actions mentionnées ci-dessus. J'espère que son superviseur pourra prendre des mesures correctives à cet égard.

The hotel is a very relaxing place. The swimming pool is also great. The breakfast buffet is also worth having. Very nice experience

Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The location is excellent-right in the city and close to tourist spots, restaurants, and grocery stores. However, the shower heater sometimes doesn't work, and there is occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the water. Breaktast is decent-while the options are limited, it is filling. It mainly consists of Filipino dishes, which may not be very suitable for foreign guests' tastes. Overall, everything else was satisfactory.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and feel that the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Things were clean and service was on point. The food really impressed me as well. Specifically the chicken satay and the clubhouse sandwich. The only issues would be that the shower had no hot water so cold showers only. Also, we placed some chocolate on the table and an hour later there were ants everywhere. Aside from that it was great.

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont petites, la santé est correcte, l'emplacement est pratique, le personnel de service est très enthousiaste et le service de massage en chambre peut soulager la fatigue de la journée, bien.

This my second time booking this hotel. The first time was really bad. This time it was ok. The floor is not sticky anymore but the bathroom smells like urine even the first time i entered. But it has improved; maybe because i booked a better type of room. The breakfast is what is so sad. Taste is not good. I hope they improve the taste and the time. I hope breakfast is open earlier and closes late to accommodate earlier flights. 2.8/5

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any request. The amenities were impressive, including a well-maintained gym, clean pool, and a great breakfast selection. The only downside was the parking situation. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis, which can be inconvenient, especially during peak hours. It would be great if the hotel could consider expanding the parking area or offering reserved spots. Overall, a great experience with everything you’d expect from a quality hotel—just plan ahead for parking.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Gwandalan House. We appreciate the prompt arrival of their airport service which allowed us to arrive at the hotel with no hassle at all. The room was very comfortable with nice pillows, warm water and efficient aircon. The breakfast was also good. The plaza and boulevard is also walking distance from the hotel but if you're tired it is also very easy to hail a trike which costs 15-20php per person. Will book this hotel again the next time we visit Dipolog.
