C'était un excellent séjour, même si ce n'était que pour une nuit. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Je tiens à souligner l'accueil chaleureux de la réception le jour de notre arrivée : le monsieur qui nous a accueillis était extrêmement sympathique, a pris soin de nous présenter l'hôtel dans les moindres détails et nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Ce service attentionné a fait toute la différence et a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Je le recommande !

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. Service de chambre presque pas comme il devrait , Aucune feuille de modification pendant trois jours Billow couvre plus de 4 jours les mêmes serviettes En. Une semaine seulement la chambre a été vidée une fois. Bovins presque non travaillés , déchirés Pas de pantalon

Excellent hôtel dans l'ensemble. Très bien situé et personnel sympathique et superbe terrain / vue. L'expérience pourrait être considérablement améliorée avec seulement deux petits changements : 1. Service au bord de la piscine - dans l'état actuel des choses, vous devez vous procurer votre propre nourriture et vos boissons. Ajouter une application ou un système d'appel serait génial. Un serveur/serveuse de piscine serait incroyable. 2. De meilleurs matelas. Ils se sentaient assez durs, comme un matelas économique qui ne convient pas à un bel hôtel.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans un appartement. On nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt, ce qui était très appréciable. L'appartement était très spacieux et disposait de tout le nécessaire. Le balcon était immense et offrait une vue magnifique. Le seul bémol : la chambre et la salle de bain étaient vraiment chaudes. Il y avait la climatisation dans le salon, mais elle était inefficace dans le reste de l'appartement. Nous avons dormi la porte de la chambre ouverte, mais nous avons été littéralement dévorés par les moustiques ! Nous ne sommes pas sûrs de relouer un appartement, mais si les chambres sont climatisées, nous essaierons.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Bon emplacement. Super personnel. Joli petit hôtel. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Great hotel for slow and relaxing visit to the island. It is a bit out of the way and you need a car. But if you are not in a hurry, this is a perfect hotel. It’s right on the hiking trail and only 20 mins to the airport. It’s also only a few minute drive to the highway to get around the island for sightseeing.
