First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

DDeedeeliteTrès bonne position. Carrefour est juste à côté de la porte. Starbucks aussi à côté de la porte. Facile à localiser. Chambre est grande et propre aussi. Valeur pour l'argent. Les meubles de chambre sont datés autrement que cela est tout bon

AABIGAEL SALVADORI just have issue as the room was not that soundproof you can hear everyone walking at corridor, plus the water from the other rooms (maybe bathroom) and doorbell for the other room it seems they are knocking to your door as well.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

MMohammadQ8Le centre-ville de Corniche Khobar est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable. Le personnel était non seulement professionnel, mais aussi exceptionnellement ami, ce qui a fait de mon expérience encore plus agréable.

IInvitéNew aparthotel. Clean, comfortable. Loves the pillow & bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are several towers & the reception for check-in is at the 1st tower after the main gate.
They provide iron/ironing board, drinking water, kettle & microwave, toiletries. Need to ask for more towels, though.
Our 3 bedroom suite has a very nice view of the Jubail Bay. There are several cafe/restaurants nearby

IInvitéI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and transport. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.
