I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant.
Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction.
The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing.
Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

Le personnel était très confortable. Les chambres étaient agréables. Le centre-ville et l'absence de parking étaient la partie la plus frustrant. Le valet a fait que cela soit un peu plus confortable, mais nous avons attendu 30 minutes pour que le valet nous emmène notre voiture.

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs.

La comparaison des décisions prises par plusieurs magasins est très intéressante ! Les chambres sont grandes et propres, et le prix est élevé. Il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel et vous pouvez marcher directement jusqu'à la rivière en sortant de l'hôtel. L'inconvénient est que le wifi est trop lent

The workers were very nice, but the hotel is a little outdated and some parts were being renovated. For the price I paid I would expect a little better. But the front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. And it was close to the airport.

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

Quick overnight stay is fine, but basic. Whole first floor smelled like ***. Staff wasn't able to provide a bag breakfast when we left early, even though we had paid for breakfast included. Check in was an easy process.

VVallaSituated in a great location in the heart of the city in Downtown Houston with convenient access to the MetroLine Rail which is less than a 5 mins walking distance (Red line from Main Street and Green and Purple lines from Rusk Street). I was able to move around the city fairly easy.
For hotel facilities, I liked that there was a gym with free access, which included TV entertainment and a free-access laundry room with both washing machines and tumble dryers. There were drinking water fountains on each floor corridor for guests to refill on water and keep hydrated instead of requesting for more water bottles in their rooms. There were also vending machines available if preferred.
I was a little underwhelmed with the appearance of my first room. The weren't clean from the outside which affected my view. The bathroom mirrors were stained and the room space felt small even as a single guest. There was no mini fridge which I've found to be a hotel room standard and it would've been practical for storing cool drinks and snacks especially in the Texas summer heat. However, there was manually controlled air conditioning which helped. There was also no safe in my room for me to store my valuables and important travel documents which I found puzzling. Hence I requested a room change which the staff assisted me with. The second room was much better as it was a larger space which included an additional arm chair along with a small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave and a wash-hand basin). The room was cleaner, however there was still no safe. When I enquired about it, I learnt that only some of the rooms have safes which is odd to not to be a feature in all the rooms, so I shared this feedback. Overall, the room decor was simplistic and suited towards business trip/travellers which I didn't mind. However, the rooms could be refurbished to look more modern and minimalist.
The staff were okay. They were helpful in assisting me with a room change when I wasn't happy but I didn't feel like I received exceptional customer service from any particular individual. Upon arriving, I didn't feel properly welcomed and informed about the facilities and a few staff members came across a little nonchalant in addressing queries and issues. For example, I requested a mini fridge to be added to my first room on day 1 which was meant to arrive the same day but instead arrived at my new room the following day when I made the room request showing a slow response time for when I actually needed it. Also my checkout process was very quick and I was informed that my deposit would return to my original payment card within 5 working days which did not happen and I had to follow up with manager who said he would email me to check in on the progress of the refund but I never received any further communication. I had to raise the issue with card provider who told me the the payment was marked as a pending refundable deposit and should the hotel not confirm my refund, then it would automatically be refunded back to my account after 30 days. It was extremely frustrating having to wait an entire month to receive a deposit, when I stayed in other hotels during my time in Texas whereby the deposit refund was instant upon me checking out. Needless to say that my overall experience was okay but could've been better, especially if I was staying there for the entirety of my trip. A few days staying there was enough and I would rate it a 3* rather than a 4* hotel realistically.

GGwenyvere9Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar.
I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight!
Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine.

IInvitéMuch better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

HH KBreraCe n'est pas le plus grave éclat que j'ai jamais eu, les photos ne trompent pas tellement comme un hôtel et un hôtel, c'est plus probable un motel de 5ème niveau si trompent si cher pour la qualité des chambres réelles. La ligne téléphonique était morte, j'ai dû entrer dans le lobby pour le service , je vais apprécier ce lieu - 1000 si possible , l'emplacement est super mais aucun contrôle de qualité de stationnement ne peut conduire et utiliser une présomption d'être une plage privée pour les invités, au check
J'ai demandé un certain type de référence # et ou de déclaration et il m'a été dit de demander trip.com pour mon temps de vérification et ou de vérifier la déclaration après cette lacune
De honnêteté de la remise je me suis très préoccupé de payer pour le temps supplémentaire et ou incidents que je n'ai jamais utilisé et quand je demande une sorte de preuves et ou une déclaration imprimée, ils appellent la sécurité pour me chasser et si ils n'ont pas été parce que j'ai inturné mon téléphone camera sur

MMINL'hôtel est à environ 10-15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport ; il est propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur ; les conditions sanitaires sont propres ; il n'y a rien dans la chambre, la cafetière, la tasse, tout doit aller à la réception ; la chambre est insonorisée, le bruit de l'avion se fait entendre ; Il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde, il n'y a pas d'affaires autour, il n'y a pas de restaurant, de supermarché ; il n'est pas commode de marcher; Je pense toujours que le petit-déjeuner est similaire à l'hôtel dans lequel j'ai vécu. Il y a un restaurant spécial, petit-déjeuner buffet américain typique : pain aux œufs sur le plat, petit-déjeuner, yaourt, fruits, etc. En attente ; le résultat fut décevant, juste en face de la réception de l'hôtel, avec des barils de café et des bains à remous ; quelques biscuits ; rien d'autre; transfert pour une nuit dédiée.

AAllgoHôtel très fonctionnel avec petit déjeuner basique et un joli parc calme à proximité, à 20 minutes du centre-ville d'Austin.
J'ai séjourné à la fois dans une chambre basique avec un lit queen et dans une suite (elles se sont avérées identiques), autour de l'éclipse du Texas en avril 2024.
Avantages :
* Même la chambre la plus basique est très fonctionnelle : bureau et chaise ergonomique pour travailler sur ordinateur, mini-réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, canapé, lit confortable
* Petit déjeuner basique jusqu'à 9h : burritos et biscuits au micro-ondes, œufs durs, lait et céréales, pommes, oranges, café, jus
* Personnel très serviable (a gardé mes bagages, a reçu les colis, a imprimé les étiquettes, a prolongé ma réservation plusieurs fois)
* Joli parc calme pour se promener ou faire du jogging, à 3 minutes à pied (le sentier MetCenter Hike & Bike). Presque personne à chaque fois que j'y suis allé.
* Petite salle de fitness avec 3 machines cardio
* Service de navette à 8 $ vers l'aéroport, plus prise en charge gratuite depuis l'aéroport
* L'ascenseur fonctionne maintenant
Inconvénients :
* Le Wi-Fi était extrêmement rapide dans le hall, mais au 3e étage, il était instable et se déconnectait brièvement plusieurs fois par heure. Comme la plupart des autres hôtels, le Wi-Fi vous expulse également 2 fois par jour et vous devez vous connecter (avec le même mot de passe). Je ne comprends pas vraiment l'intérêt de cela, et si la déconnexion se produit pendant un appel vidéo, vous êtes foutu jusqu'à ce que vous vous reconnectiez 💥, OU si vous êtes sur votre téléphone, il passe aux données et consomme de la bande passante pour gérer la vidéo. Microtel, veuillez arrêter cette pratique stupide.
* Le Wi-Fi du téléviseur n'a fonctionné que le premier jour (afin que d'autres appareils puissent s'y connecter et y diffuser), et jamais depuis.
* Le quartier n'a rien d'intéressant à moins de 5 minutes à pied, mais se trouve à environ 15 minutes en Uber du centre-ville d'Austin. Les Ubers mettent environ 5 minutes pour arriver. Donc, comptez 20 minutes pour arriver au centre-ville.
* Les murs ne sont pas très épais, donc je pouvais entendre les voisins cogner des objets dessus, mais dans l'ensemble, les deux chambres étaient calmes.
* Le matelas grinçait un tout petit peu.
* Le petit-déjeuner se termine à 9 heures. D'autres endroits proposent le petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10 heures.
* La suite est peut-être légèrement plus grande, mais je n'ai vu AUCUN avantage par rapport à la chambre de base. Cela ne vaut vraiment pas la différence de prix. Exactement la même disposition et le même mobilier. Je ne vois pas pourquoi ils facturent plus cher.
