J'ai passé un séjour incroyable au Grand Hyams Hotel. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et serviable, veillant toujours à ce que je sois à l'aise. La chambre était impeccable et confortable, et les petites attentions comme le mot de bienvenue se sont vraiment démarquées. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et l'emplacement était parfait pour explorer. Je reviendrai certainement !

本來沒對它抱有特別大的希望，畢竟價格不貴，沒想到酒店一切都非常好，還送了我們免費spa,spa房非常漂亮舒適。
酒店承包了整個沙灘，玻璃海，海水湛藍清澈，很多海上項目都不用收費。
看到我們很晚入住，自動幫我們延遲退房到下午4點.非常感動。
酒店一切都是那麼美好，房間超温馨舒適，乾淨整潔。早餐好吃，品種豐富。

The staff at Casa especially Ms Thuy and Ricky are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to assist and provide service and have initiative on observing the habits of their guests. Their high level of a service makes the stay at Casa very warm and enjoyable.
The sea facing and closeness to the sea is truly amazing. We booked ocean villa and the beach is right at our balcony with a quiet beach. The sound of the waves really makes it very relaxing.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour à Anantara. Il y avait tellement d'attention et de soins et nous avons été accueillis. A part le personnel/service notre villa frontale de la plage était si rêveuse. Nous allons certainement revenir. mention spéciale à Andrew merci pour tout.

It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable.
Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean.
Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess.
Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time.
It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.

The friendliest staff, in the friendliest hotel, in the friendliest city I've visited in Vietnam. Check-in was a breeze, the room was great, substantial breakfast and this may be strange comment, but the pillows smelled amazing!!! Could not recommend this place enough to anyone passing through Pleiku.

DDenis SinkWe stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a new hotel, so it has a few things that could be better. I'll start with the first one. Construction is still happening on some floors, so there will be noise from time to time. During breakfast, the place gets crowded, and the staff don't always manage to clear dirty dishes or replenish items on the buffet promptly. Some dishes, like the rice buns, had cooled down and were a bit hard.
The room was okay, but the bathroom was a problem. The bathtub moved a little bit, and water leaked onto the floor. It took a long time for the water to dry.
The good things are that the room was clean, and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. We want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Skybar on the 24th and 25th floors. We often stopped by for snacks and drinks there. The location is a big plus. It is five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a shopping mall. The view from the room was stunning.
In short, the hotel tries to maintain a high standard. If they keep working hard, I think they could match the quality of international 4-star hotels with excellent service in about a year.

JJoe GuyAbsolutely fantastic highly recommend this hotel it was immaculate everything about it right from the bedding to the room to the floor to the showers in the towels to the sheets to the mattress outstanding not only was the price unbelievably incredible $11.60 per night Australian the service the staff is there translator for everything that we asked . In my opinion this is one of the best hotels we stayed in In Viet Nam so far and believe me with setting for the few it’s always a really good feeling when you strip the beds and check out and even the mattress is immaculate and the pillows so absolutely 100% guarantee you’ll love it here and location is perfect you can hire a motorbike from reception there so helpful it’s the best I wouldn’t even think of going down the street for the extra or the under whatever you want to pay but yeah if you want to pay 60 bucks that’s great but why did you pay $60 when you can pay 11 and to be honest with you you’re probably gonna get a bit around a cleaner room and better service

IInvitéVery nice and clean resort with beautiful decor, lovely pools and private beach. However it’s 30 minutes drive from the airport and same distance but in a different direction from the City. Therefore there are very limited options to eat or play outside the resort. The kitchen facilities in the villa are not for use unless a significant surcharge is applied (about $50 a day). This should have been made clear in the booking. The restaurant in the resort does not serve lunch so diners are recommended to use another restaurant in the resort next door. The restaurant in the resort does serve evening meals but the quality is not so good while the price is high. Breakfast options are also limited, with almost no local specialties.

EEvoFunkWe stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

!!! The hotel is clean and staff are lovely. The room itself is large and bed is comfortable. Nice pool too. We did find a few cockroach’s in the room, but we don’t mind getting rid of them to be honest (we get that Asia have a lot of them!) One thing I would say is that the breakfast is very disappointing - pho is mainly fish (even the beef meatloaf option is made with fish broth) which I couldn’t eat. There is not a lot of option and also there are no cards stating what each cuisine is.

NNhi Ngọc YếnC'est un bon séjour. Il prend 5 minutes à pied de la mer. C'est la première fois que j'ai voyageu au Vietnam. L'hôte est vraiment amiable. Nous louerons la moto et ils m'ont présenté partout où nous voulons aller. La chambre est belle, propre, confortable, sophistiquée. Le séjour a un superbe toit. La nuit, nous avons bu Quy Nhon bière avec l'hôte et son mari. C'est une belle vibe. Ils m' font sentir que je reviens chez moi. Je suis sûr que je reviendrai ici et que je boirai avec eux ^^
