IInvitéMa déception a été avec la réception. la gestion doit former et mieux forger l'équipe de la réception.L'air conditionné n'était pas en bonne santé et la seconde nuit a rompu de matin.J'ai été hébergée pendant 7 jours et je ne m'attendais pas à passer Donc, dans un hôtel 4 étoiles encore payant un tarif élevé sur Réveillon.
La piscine est un délicieux et le petit-déjeuner est très bon et l'academie est petite plus donné à utiliser.

SsemsenThe hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet.

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

DDave travel expertThe location is very good but most of the people who work there do not speak the English language. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the sauna and lobby area where you can rest. Breakfast is fine, but dinner can be better. We came to check in the area while it was extremely cold outside and we stood in front of the checking desk, I felt cold air coming from the ceiling AC and we felt even worse. There is a fan inside the elevator which I personally do not like during cold weather, but generally speaking the hotel is good. I came to this hotel with my girlfriend and I got out single so I do not recommend it for couples

IInvitéOne of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

IInvitéI had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

IInvitéGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

IInvitéI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

FFabio RechBom hotel e localização. Atendimento cordial e bons cômodos. Camas confortáveis. Banheiro com ducha velha, mas ainda aceitável. Split antigo e barulhento.
