Séjour agréable. L'hôtel est un peu excentré, mais la station de métro est à proximité et permet de rejoindre la plupart des attractions en 30 minutes. Le petit-déjeuner était simple, mais j'ai eu un doute : j'étais le seul à qui l'on a demandé ma clé de chambre. J'ai d'ailleurs sauté le petit-déjeuner plusieurs jours, car il était généralement identique tous les jours. Trois heures avant mon départ, il y a eu une coupure de courant dans ma chambre. Je ne sais pas pourquoi. J'ai donc quitté l'hôtel plus tôt que prévu. Le personnel a dit ne pas savoir ce qui s'était passé. Quoi qu'il en soit, pour le prix, c'était un bon séjour. L'hôtel est généralement très fréquenté le week-end, car il est proche de la gare routière.

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am.
Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious .
I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold.
Excellent option for three days in Santiago.
Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

Il y a environ 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro, donc si vous avez des choses lourdes, vous pouvez avoir des problèmes.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très professionnel et la sécurité excellente. Je me suis sentie en sécurité dès mon arrivée. Des gardes étaient présents à l'entrée toute la journée et un portail de sécurité était installé. Une fontaine à eau, proposant à la fois de l'eau purifiée et de l'eau gazeuse, se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée.

Très bel hôtel ! La chambre est agréable et propre. Il est situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, tout en étant à quelques pas du centre commercial Costenera. Les produits de toilette sont de qualité, mais contrairement à la plupart des hôtels, il n'y a ni brosse à dents ni dentifrice. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent ! L'hôtel propose un large choix de plats sains. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! 👍🏻

Le style de décoration de l'hôtel est très ancien, avec les caractéristiques, c'est que les installations de la chambre sont plus anciennes et le petit déjeuner est encore plus riche, parce que dans la vieille ville, l'environnement est relativement complexe, mais il y a toujours un sentiment de sécurité.

L'emplacement est très bon, le service est très bon, l'environnement est rétro, l'eau chaude du bain est très bonne. En face de la porte se trouve le mont Sainte-Lucie. Il ne faut que quelques minutes à pied pour rejoindre la place des armes, la galerie d'art et le musée. Tourner à gauche à l'entrée de l'hôtel au feu rouge. Un petit supermarché a tout. Le petit déjeuner est au dernier étage. Après s'être assis, il y a une personne spéciale à manger. Bref, à recommander !

hôtel très bien situé. Bons équipements. Cleaning régulière, à l'intérieur du réservoir, beaucoup de saleté de ne jamais être hygiénisé. Peu de place pour garder les vêtements, malgré avoir deux lits de couple. Hôtel de passage rapide deux ou trois nuits. L'hôtel offre sabote liquide et shampooing, mais le savon liquide est limité pour quelques nuits, nous laissons le pot vide et ils ne repose pas, à la réception au questionnaire sont grossiers et disent qu'il était une courtoisie et vous dérangez.

IInvitéI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

IInvitéThis is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience.
I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect:
- staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests.
- check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff.
Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

SSparklyTravelerLoved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags!
There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good.
The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags.
Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!!
Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. IInvitéCe fut mon meilleur séjour de ce voyage de 21 jours en Amérique du Sud. Le Hilton Garden Inn propose des chambres au design exceptionnel, notamment la salle de bain.
J'ai eu un accident à Torres del Paine et j'ai dû prendre un vol de Puerto Natales au Chili pour me faire opérer. Après l'opération, j'ai séjourné au Hilton Garden Inn.
Dans d'autres hôtels, il m'aurait été impossible de me laver les cheveux, car il ne me restait qu'une main. Ici, j'ai pu prendre une douche et me laver les cheveux sans problème.
L'enregistrement rapide et la gentillesse du personnel m'ont vraiment agréablement surpris, et ils parlent anglais en plus !
À Punta Arenas, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal avec la langue, surtout à l'hôpital.
La chambre était impeccable, l'oreiller parfait et les draps d'une douceur incroyable.
Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, bien meilleur que tout ce que j'ai pu goûter dans d'autres hôtels à Puerto Natales et à Punta Arenas.
Je suis rentré chez moi, mais cet hôtel me manque déjà. J'ai hâte de remercier chaleureusement tout le personnel.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. J'y ai d'ailleurs rencontré de nombreux joueurs de football.
