Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. De l'accueil chaleureux et informatif (nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis) jusqu'au départ, tout était parfait. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, la zone piétonne étant à deux pas. Seul petit bémol : certains éléments (comme le riz au lait) auraient pu être réapprovisionnés plus rapidement au buffet du petit-déjeuner, copieux et excellent. (Nous avons pris notre petit-déjeuner entre 8 h et 9 h.)

朝ごはんが豪華でとても美味しかった。 湖を臨むロケーションはムーミンの世界に入り込んだかのようで、散歩するだけでも楽しい。 残念ながらオーロラを見ることはできなかったのですが、ガラスの天井から見る空は曇り空でも美しく、できることならこの空を見るためだけでも連泊したかった。 湖に飛びこむサウナ体験はものすごく満足度が高い。直前のメールにも関わらず予約をとってくださったアプッカチームの方に感謝です。 英語が拙く、スタッフの方を混乱させて申し訳なく思いながらも、本当に楽しい滞在でした。

We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. Le logement est très mal situé, en bord de route, ce qui empêche de bien dormir. Le lieu a des lumières qui clignotent jusqu’à 3 heures du matin, ce qui empêche d’observer les étoiles ou de regarder les aurores boréales. Si vous souhaitez rattraper votre sommeil le matin, oubliez cette idée ! Les Husky aboient des 8 heures du matin. La salle d’eau est toute petite, l’accès à l’eau chaude est de 15 minutes (puis eau froide pendant 30 minutes) et pour bénéficier d’un sauna (dans un autre endroit) il faut payer environ 100 euros. J’ai payé 10 euros de plus pour avoir un lit bébé alors que le prix du lieu est déjà clairement très surcôté ! Le restaurant n’est pas très bon et les gens qui se sont enregistrés à la réception ou sont sur le départ traversent en plein milieu créant un courant d’air horrible. J’ai du quémander du lait chaud lors du petit déjeuner (qui n’est pas proposé). Par ailleurs, les boissons sont en plus et ce même en demi-pension. La chambre est clairement trop petite pour deux adultes et un enfant (+ un bébé). Les activités sont hors de prix. Nous avions séjourné à plusieurs endroits et pris une nuit seulement dans ce logement et heureusement !! Un rapport qualité prix qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur.

L’hôtel santa holidays village est super pour les familles. Attention aux réservation que vous faites sur Trip, on a réservé un chalet pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, arrivés pour le Check-in on nous dit que Trip a réservé uniquement pour deux adultes et donc les enfants doivent être payés en extras. Ce n’est pas sérieux pour TRIP de ne pas communiquer le vrai tarif dès la réservation. Ce site manque de transparence( il note juste une remarque disant que des frais supplémentaires peuvent être facturés par l’hôtel pour les enfants sans vous dire combien et surtout sans vous dire qu’il ont réservé uniquement pour deux personnes ). Donc le pire c’est d’avoir une chambre qui n’est même pas adapté pour une famille. A santa claus on a dû payé 30€/nuit par enfant( heureusement on avait réservé un chalet donc suffisamment grand pour 4). Nous avons eu la même expérience dans un autre hôtel sur la même période (apukka resort ) qui nous a facturé 100€ par nuit et par enfant dans un igloo, heureusement que l’igloo qui nous ont attribué pouvait accueillir 2 enfants autrement on aurait été sans possibilité de nous héberger à 4.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .

The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错
