The hotel is in a stunning location, our room was small but comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I have one single grouch about this hotel. I had an excellent dinner of fish and chips on our first evening. This was served (as is fairly common in pub restaurants) on top of paper printed with an article about the history of fish and chips. I know that there is paper in the food trade that is permitted for this use, BUT the paper turned into an objectionable mush under my peas and the tartar sauce, breaking into pieces and sticking to the batter of the fish. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic and I sincerely hope the Cliff Hotel will reconsider and stop what is in any event a totally unnecessary practice. Apart from that it's 10 out of 10 and we would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Arrivé à l'hôtel pour se faire dire que nous n'étions pas là car ils étaient pleins. Après un coup de fil nous avons été envoyés dans un hôtel partenaire, pour nous faire dire que nous n'étions pas là non plus mais un nouvel appartement en front de mer !!! La dame qui nous a accueillis nous a conduits à l'appartement, à 5 minutes, et nous avons été très impressionnés !! Nous y avons passé une nuit merveilleuse, très confortable et nous le recommandons pleinement. C'est au 4ème étage, donc j'avais une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le stationnement est sur la route partout où vous pouvez trouver une place. Le matin, nous sommes retournés au Four Seasons pour un copieux petit déjeuner complémentaire. Après la confusion initiale, nous avons été totalement satisfaits de notre séjour.

Very basic guest house. Great location. Great view of the sea. Walls felt a little thin and could hear conversations in other rooms.

Very helpful staff. Neat & clean, updated rooms. We had a family room with ample space to move around (1 Queen sized & 2 single beds). It’s a bit remote so had to have dinner in their restaurant. The menu was excellent & there was also an option to order Pizzas for takeaway to eat in the room which we did on our last day. On clear days we had a good walk around the golf course after dinner which was really enjoyable. Gym is small but the pool & steam room were relatively bigger and helped entertain the kids on a rainy day. Overall we would recommend this for 2-3 days short stays.

L'hôtel est très confortable et a été très confortable. Le restaurant est un restaurant très confortable et très confortable. Le personnel n'a pas eu de problèmes pour un séjour relaxant.

We rented the apartment and one single room. The staff are very friendly. Both place has harbour view. The apartment is not very close to the hotel and there is a 10 minutes walk. But the apartment is very lovely. The only thing is that there are no lifts In either place. Also, the window for the hotel room are very old and has the 2 wood boards instead of the curtains. It is very original, but not really sound proof.

C'est mon quatrième retour à cet hôtel qui est toujours propre et soutenu par un personnel amiable. Vous pouvez accéder à l'hôtel sans passer par le système d'une voie à Aberystwyth si vous le souhaitez, mais le centre est encore à une très facile distance de marche.

J'ai laissé ma fille à l'université et j'ai besoin d'un endroit pour rester quelques jours. La chambre était très propre. Comme d'Amérique, j'aimais que ma chambre avait sa propre salle de bain privée. La cuisine du restaurant était aussi bonne, même ma fille l'a plu. Tous les personnels que j'ai rencontrés étaient très aimables et utiles. Je resterais certainement là encore. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 1.

I needed a quick night stop on the way to Aberystwyth so this was only going to be a B&B stop. However, points of note are: (1) Friendly staff (2) In need of a good update - rooms OK but clearly in need of TLC (3) Room had a few places of thick dust and cobwebs (4) Hotel in the main had ”stuff” in the corridors and things piled-up in certain rooms which were visible

Lovely hotel, great staff and a wonderful location. However, there really ought to be a warning to guests regarding parking. Car park is 200 yards up a very, very steep hill and walking up with luggage is ”challenging” to even the fittest. Beware! Many thanks to Nicole who arranged a room on the 1st floor and a late check out.
