Hôtels avec avec parking à Durham, Royaume-Uni

A lovely traditional country house hotel. The public rooms were just what you expected, old world charm, the food excellent but the best asset  was the friendly and helpful staff. Unable to comment on bedrooms as we were in an accessible room which wasn’t great, good parking though. Needs attention to basic customer requirements, overall a great few days

Bags of character, they play up to the castle theme and that's a good thing! I normally hate single rooms but was made up with this one. So comfy...PS it's *******

Très agréable. La chambre était propre et auto-assistance. Le restaurant à côté était délicieux. J'ai beaucoup mangé... La demoiselle de garde avait le bec clair pour notre population étrangère, a ralenti et a compris.

Beautiful hotel around the corner from Beamish site,very clean,room good size with bath and shower, food and drink beautifully presented,staff superb, walking paths for all capabilities of you want a stroll

Absolutely wonderful. Id stayed at Durham Royal County before with my girlfriend. However she didn't come with ne this time due to reasons that she had. The staff at the hotel were lovely about it and made me feel better about tge situation and a lovely note and complementary drinks for me to come back to in my room. All I can say is thankyou and I'll look forward to staying with you again soon. Thanks Matthew

10年前から何度か利用してます。場所は駅から近く部屋は清潔でスタッフが親切でとても良いと思います。しかしアメニティーが以前より減っていおり、スリッパがありませんでしたので少し残念です。朝食は典型的なイギリスの料理で大変おいしいです。

J'ai été à Hartlepool de nombreuses fois dans le passé séjourné dans différents endroits au cours des années mais le Grand Hotel j'ai aimé le personnel agréable chambres spacieuses emplacement idéal J'ai rencontré un client rude qui n'était pas très agréable malgré le personnel agissant tout g Ils pouvaient pour elle, donc je devais lui dire que je serai si rude, certainement restera encore et aussi o e mention à la maison de curry dans le même bâtiment excellente nourriture et encore un bon personnel

A very pleasant stopover stay on a journey north. Plenty of car parking, food was good (we got a great deal on a 3 course set menu for £20), cooked breakfast was really tasty and cooked fresh to order, the grounds and setting were lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is ideal and the grounds were beautiful and quiet! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional! The only downside was that our room had only one plug socket that we could use.....just not enough these days, even just for basic needs..... very poor unfortuneatly. Air conditioning would have been welcomed, we would therefore definitely avoid this Hotel in summer months for this reason alone. One other small irritant, our bathroom had a glass shelf above the sink which tilited heavily towards the sink, so we had to be very careful to ensure things didn't keep falling over. Our breakfasts were excellent (apart from the Omelettes), and the service staff were very welcoming....a great start to any day!

Reception staff lovely. Food lovely and motel well presented.  Couple of issues in room - couldn’t get the shower riser to work but only there one night so managed. However not a fan of two single beds zipped together as zip is felt and disrupts sleep. Also wasn’t a fan of the mattress ended with bad back.
