The room was disappointing. We booked a small double, but were given an accessible room instead. The sink was tiny and low down for wheelchair access, but uncomfortable for a 6ft 2 in male! No window so felt a bit claustrophobic. Only 1 coffee sachet between 2 of us. Seemed like the roomwas an after thought. We have stayed here many times and this was the worst room we have had. Bar and breakfast was fine though.

Le bureau de front était si utile, surtout quand j'ai réalisé que j'avais laissé mon téléphone cellulaire dans le taxi. Ils ont pu localiser la compagnie de taxi et récupérer mon téléphone et le livrer à ma chambre. Le petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner étaient raisonnables en raison de la nourriture incluant un appétit ou un déssert.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

The hotel is well located with Maccies next door and other shops. The room was tidy but the bed sheets didn't seem to be fresh. The bathroom had a faulty shower head and a cracked floor tile. Staff were present and friendly, quiet at night. Overall it's not to bad for the price you pay.

Le restaurant était un jour pour dîner et nous avons eu 2 petits-déjeuners et le repas était bon et abordable. Le petit-déjeuner était un service personnel (comme nous l'avons inclus) avec une grande variété et abondantes. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine à la fin, car cela signifie aller dehors et de retour à l'intérieur, car notre chambre n'était pas connectée à une route couverte vers la piscine. Il est très confortable et confortable.

If you want a budget hotel this fits the bill.The room was clean bed very comfortable - extra pillows in the wardrobe and tea and coffee making facilities - Just of M1 - so if you are travelling very convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked - good value. Staff were very polite and welcoming and will definitely stay again

Staff were so helpful and guided us through check in. We were given all the information we required and made our stay delightful.

Staff brilliant. Value brilliant. Absolute bargain.  Hot Breakfast was average which was an extra tenner but it had a good selection of cereal, toast, yoghurt. Rooms were basic but in a good way. Everything you need for a cheap stay. Clean. Only small gripe was pillows weren’t the best so next time I’ll bring my own. Some may like the more flat pillows. Thanks IBIS derby.
