My partner and I stayed for one night bed and breakfast. On arrival we were not asked for identification, which surprised us, but wasn’t a problem for us either. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. There was a good selection of teas, coffee with kettle, and a couple of ginger biscuits. There was also a mini fridge, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. The shower looked new and was excellent as used in the morning. The plug on the sink didn’t work so had to leave the tap running when shaving but again it wasn’t a problem. The breakfast consisted of continental and cooked and this was excellent also. Overall we would recommend staying here as it’s a great central location with excellent facilities.

1. Cet hôtel est proche de Tesco à Erkin, la position est vraiment très bonne, à pied à High Street, etc., à l'église, plus loin, mais la marche est toujours possible. 2. L'hôtel est sur un vieux crépuscule de jardin, je suis un peu surpris quand je viens de conduire dans la porte du jardin, l'environnement est très bon. La chambre est également très grande et le lit est très classique. Les installations et le logiciel sont très bons. Le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner anglais traditionnel, très grand dans le jardin, très pratique de stationnement. Il est très pratique de conduire ici dans des régions comme Spersey et je trouve plus pratique de vivre à Erkin que dans Dufftown.

The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, they helped us carry our bags to the room (there’s no lift, so it was highly appreciated). The room was spacious enough, with a big bathroom. Unfortunately there’s no luggage rack, just the chairs. It’s not the best if you have big or small trolleys. The breakfast was good, you can choose if you want to eat at the restaurant or in the room or if you’re in a hurry you can ask for a take away, nice options.

Superb accomodation! Very cozy with delicious breakfast. Definitely far from our expectation! Hosts are friendly and helpful! Re: check-out time - the one stated in Trip.com is not aligned with the host's expected check-out time. Suggest Trip.com to communicate with the host to ensure everyone is on the same page to avoid embarassing situation from happening again in the near future. Thanks!

Enjoyed everything about our stay at Argyle House. Rooms were comfy and spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the owner was especially friendly and welcoming. There was even complimentary local whisky in the room! It’s in a great location across the road from a free car park and with beautiful hills and scenery all around. Great place to stay!

Macbeth's Hillock is located between Forres and Nairn. The pod is cosy and well equipped, also there is a barbecue you can use. The place is peaceful and perfect for couples. The communication with the host was quick and solved all our queries. A huge thank you to Karen and George for making our stay so memorable.

Bon restaurant et facile à check-in. Quand je me suis déplacé et me suis senti, le sol était complètement humide le matin pendant le petit déjeuner, pas de signe de plancher humide ou quoi que ce soit. Il aurait pu être vraiment mauvais si je me suis déplacé et me suis senti ce matin. Je ne pouvais pas imaginer!

Stayed there for just one night as a stopover on a road trip, and haven’t used the restaurant / breakfast. Clean and convenient but in a pretty uninspiring location. Free parking.

Great stay, the restaurant was nice and food really good. Lovely warm room and comfy bed. A great find for a great price will stay again
