I found my one night stay at the Highlander Hotel to be very pleasant. My room was a generous double en suite and was spotless. As a solo traveller on a pedal bike I was pleased that there was a secure shed where I could leave my bike in confidence. The staff were very helpful over this and again when I reported that the tv wasn't receiving a signal. This was sorted very quickly with a new aerial cable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit and a choice of hot dishes. Great value and I'd certainly go back.

非常驚喜的酒店，在英國十幾天感覺最舒服的酒店！酒店在河邊，有自己獨立的花園和停車場，很安全便利，環境安靜、優美宜人！房間設施齊全，乾濕分離兩用非常方便合理，床品及毛巾都幹整潔舒適，提供一次性的拖鞋、牙刷、棉簽、剔須刀、梳子和針線包，這在英國的酒店是非常罕見的！每一位服務員都彬彬有禮，主動幫忙把行李送到房間，耐心帶我們去挑選喜歡的房間，餐食可口！各服務細節都非常細緻周到！感覺非常棒，又讓酒店安排了一晚在一樓可以走出陽台的房間，享受着綠草如茵，參天大樹，小鳥鳴叫的大自然的味道，還在草地上發現了野生大靈芝，非常愝意！以後來蘇格蘭高地肯定會再次入住！

Oui, je pouvais vérifier précocement, ce qui était vraiment utile. La chambre était sans place, et il y avait du thé, du café, et même un biscuit très impressionné. Je suis allé au gym, qui était bien équipé, même avec des cloches jusqu'à 20 kg et une banquette. La piscine et la sauna étaient parfaites après ma séance, et les douches étaient de grande qualité et très propres. J'ai fait un repas au restaurant 10 sur 10. Superbe sélection et servi immédiatement. Je serai certainement de retour; pour le prix, il est difficile de battre.

Bon accueil. Propre. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Parking disponible. Restaurant dans l'hôtel ou Pub juste à côté.

We experienced car breakdown on our way to the hotel and missed the check-in time, but the staff allowed us to amend our check-in date. We appreciated their sympathy and help. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. The bus stop is just a minute away from the hotel entrance, providing convenient access to Aviemore.

Immense hôtel où certains voyageurs se perdent. Mais très bonne atmosphère et staff aidant. Chambres et lits néanmoins un peu petits. Je recommanderais moyennement cet hôtel

L'hôtel est bien situé, avec une belle vue sur le lac. Il est également proche du centre-ville de Fort William, ainsi que des supermarchés et des restaurants. La chambre était propre, même si les installations étaient un peu vétustes. Le petit-déjeuner était correct.

La chambre est très propre, plus confortable, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, parfois il y a un peu de chaleur. La température de la chambre est différente, vous pouvez demander à la réception. Mais il n'y a pas de problème de vivre.

Perfect hotel if you’re visiting the area. Lovely location and views of the river and cathedral. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are of a high standard. Excellent drinks variety with the distillery and brewery on site. Service is impeccable. Great breakfast.
