Hotel is located outside of the city centre. It takes 5 mins by bus and 25 mins by walk to reach the city centre. The bus stop is nearby. Not much food options near the hotel, only there are KFC and a fish and chips shop. The hotel is clean, room is cleaned every day. Breakfast is English style with same menu every day. The breakfast is served from 7 am which is late as we had to catch coach for daytrip which starts from city centre at 7:30. Though I had booked room with breakfast from Trip.com, the receptionist was asking to book the breakfast again as it seems trip.com doesn't share the breakfast booking with hotel. So receptionist asked to show the proof of breakfast booking which was awkward. Other than this minor issues, overall experience was good.

Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

First let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

This is a genuinely nice hotel sat right on the banks of the River Ness and a few minutes walk from the center of Inverness. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a good range of choices and was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly and were very happy to fuss over my small child!

Très grand hôtel. Les plus chers autour aussi, ne vous trouvez pas vraiment quand les gens réservent des hôtels bon marché et se plaignent qu'il n'est pas 5* 😂. Location est étonnante. Le lac est beau. Le personnel est vraiment sympa. Les chambres ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin et sont assez spacieux. La nourriture est vraiment bonne, bien que peu coûteuse mais encore bonne taille.

The hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat. The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch. There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

Plus loin, il y a plus d'une demi-heure à Inverness. Cette visite est très satisfaisante dans un hôtel, comme le Burg, j'ai entendu dire que de nombreux mariages se tiendront ici. L'hôtel est doré par tous les endroits avec des lumières magnifiques, ainsi que des photos de Chaplin, et j'ai aussi acheté des belles fenêtres à l'hôtel. Ils se promenaient dans la petite ville en marche dans le jardin de l'hôtel et se promenaient involontairement dans la prière des résidents locaux.

Perfect airport hotel and very close to the terminal. I was able to check in for my flight, then return to the hotel for breakfast. Warm, comfortable, and very convenient.

Cet hôtel était le point de départ idéal pour explorer l'île de Skye ! L'enregistrement s'est fait sans problème, il y avait de nombreuses places de parking (à proximité et à l'écart), le café et le petit-déjeuner proposaient un choix varié, et nous avons également dîné à l'hôtel : c'était excellent. Il est indiqué que l'eau chaude peut ne pas être disponible en permanence, mais nous avons eu de l'eau chaude à chaque douche, avec une excellente pression ! C'était un hôtel abordable et très pratique !

La chambre était très bien et propre, mais on entendait tous les bruits de la chambre du dessus. À 6 h du matin, une personne en particulier a décidé de faire ses 10 000 pas quotidiens dans sa chambre, et on aurait dit qu'un éléphant marchait. Impossible de dormir, nous avons donc dû nous lever et avons quitté l'hôtel à 7 h 15. Je m'étais plaint la veille, mais comme l'hôtel était complet, je n'avais pas d'autre solution. On m'a dit que c'était à cause de la structure en bois, donc c'était visiblement un problème connu et ils ne devraient pas réserver les deux chambres en même temps. Il y avait aussi deux chiens derrière la réception, qui était sans personnel, et l'un d'eux a aboyé sans arrêt pendant une heure, pendant notre dîner. Une fois le dîner terminé, ils ont commencé à apporter des céréales pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin, sans les couvrir ; je trouve ça très peu hygiénique. Les prix des boissons alcoolisées étaient également exorbitants (35,50 £ la bouteille de vin). Bref, une mauvaise expérience que je ne recommande pas.
