La chambre était spacieuse mais avait besoin de réparations sur la peinture et les draps devaient être remplacés.

A newly renovated hotel — it was a very pleasant stay! The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as well, right in the center of the Alam Sutera area. Very ecommended!

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience.
One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Le service de l'hôtel était excellent : le personnel était toujours attentionné, poli et prêt à rendre service. L'emplacement est un atout majeur, très pratique grâce à sa proximité avec l'aéroport, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. De plus, la présence de plusieurs commerces de proximité à proximité immédiate de l'établissement rend le séjour encore plus pratique et confortable. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Was looking forward for this trip for an event near ICE BSD. Definitely worth it. You’ll be greeted with porter offering help with your luggages, check-in was breezy.
The breakfast spread is to die for. You can get a taste of Indonesia and I enjoyed every bite.
Will definitely visit again, didn’t manage to make use of the gym and pool, maybe will use that then.

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

IInvitéUn hôtel confortable et propre, bénéficiant d'un emplacement stratégique : accès direct au centre commercial Bintaro Jaya Xchange. Le personnel était sympathique et nous a même permis un départ tardif, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était bien équipée : télévision, climatisation, mini-réfrigérateur, fer à repasser, shampoing, après-shampoing, lait corporel, et bien plus encore. Merci à DoubleTree d'avoir rendu notre séjour agréable !

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

IInvitéJ'ai oublié de réserver le service de prise en charge à l'avance et je n'ai pas trouvé le service BUS 24h/24. Je suis venu à l'hôtel et j'ai pris un taxi moi-même, pas Grab.
L'hôtel est propre et le personnel de la réception est très hospitalier. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux, félicitez-le en cinq points !
Le bruit lors de l'enregistrement la nuit est pratiquement négligeable.

IInvitéAt the Lobby, while waiting for the Uber, I was advised not to put my feet up on the chair nor eat in the lobby area. Yet two days we had stayed there, we had witnessed that a group of people were literally eating, and a few people were taking a nap on the couch with their feet up.

KKusumaUn bon hôtel de front de plage. Il était de mon hôtel préféré depuis 2015. Cependant, il est très décevant maintenant. Pour ce prix, il y a beaucoup de choses qu'ils peuvent améliorer, en particulier la qualité de l'alimentation. Il est difficile de trouver un restaurant approprié dans cette région, j'espérais vraiment que nous pourrions compter sur le restaurant de l'hôtel pendant notre séjour, mais nous sommes déçus. Le dîner de buffet est tout mauvais, trop doux, trop salés, pas frais de mer (poissons rattés), la viande est aussi trop sec et pas frais, peut-être déjà congelée pendant trop longtemps, mais le prix n'est pas bon marché. La chambre est un peu obsolète, la salle de bain n'a pas de hanger, où nous attendons de mettre notre toile quand on prend la douche? Sur le sol? J'aime vraiment cet hôtel, c'est pourquoi j'ai écrit cette révision honnête et j'espère qu'elle s'améliorera pour que nous puissions revoir cet hôtel dans notre futur voyage.

Notre récente séjour à Amaris était une plaisir absolue, parfaitement située pour tout le monde qui a besoin d'un accès convenable à l'aéroport sans sacrifier le confort ou un grand repas. Le personnel était accueillant et efficace dès notre arrivée, ce qui fait un rhume.
L'hôtel est un grand plus, mais il est très stressé de se rendre à l'aéroport, à l'aéroport, à un court bus gratuit. Le service de navettes complimentaires était rapide et fiable, un touche considérable que nous apprécions beaucoup.
L'une des caractéristiques de notre séjour était le petit déjeuner. Les petits déjeuners d'hôtel à l'aéroport peuvent être une réflexion, mais ici il était un vrai point de vue. La diffusion était impressionnante, avec une grande variété d'options chaudes et froides pour s'adapter à chaque palais. Les œufs engrais étaient fluffy, le bacon était crisp, et il y avait une merveilleuse sélection de fruits frais, pâtisseries et yogurts.
La chambre était propre, calme et confortable, offrant un repos de nuit avant notre voyage.
En général, nous recommandons fortement à Amaris de tout le monde à la recherche d'un séjour confortable et confortable près de l'aéroport.
