C'est un bon hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel de la réception est très serviable, notamment M. Aryan, particulièrement aimable et serviable. Le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner sont corrects. Le personnel du restaurant aurait besoin d'une formation complémentaire en matière de service et d'accueil des clients. Le nouveau cuisinier, qui prépare les omelettes et autres plats, aurait également besoin d'une formation. J'ai dû rappeler le chef car la première omelette était crue et sans goût. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été moyen, d'autant plus que je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Lalit de New Delhi. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été incroyablement accueillant et attentionné, me faisant sentir comme chez moi. La chambre était spacieuse, élégamment décorée et dotée de tout le confort moderne. Les restaurants de l'hôtel proposaient un choix fantastique de plats, avec un service exceptionnel. L'emplacement était également idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable.
Nous avons utilisé le chauffeur et la voiture de l'hôtel - il était excellent et extrêmement calme dans des conditions de circulation chaotiques
La chambre était belle et très confortable,
l'emplacement est juste à côté de l'aéroport, à peine à 10 minutes en voiture, à environ 3 km de l'aéroport de Delhi, donc l'une des bonnes options à proximité de l'aéroport,

IInvitéL'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai jamais séjourné. Lits doux, douches grandes, le meilleur bureau de voyage que j'ai eu le plaisir de faire des affaires avec. Le plus bon conducteur aussi. Trip à Agra pour voir Taj Mahal a été fait sans ennuis. Et tout à Delhi que je voulais visiter

Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur.
La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite.
La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

IInvitéThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

IInvitéI made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room.
When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room.
The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies.
During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping.
Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.
