Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. L'aéroport est à 20 minutes de l'hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et honnête, et n'a rien demandé de plus. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous cherchez un hébergement économique. Photo ci-jointe.

Premièrement, l'hôtel n'a pas une chambre avec deux lits qui ne sont pas des lits doubles. L'hôtel a pris un tour en chambre en second lit, mais il a pris l'espace de séjour dans la chambre, et il était très petit et couché. Malheureusement, rien à voir avec la photo de l'annonce… c'est typiquement indien, et l'hôtel est situé dans une rue secondaire inaccessible en voiture. Ma chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre. Le personnel était sympathique. Il y avait même une serviette propre et du papier toilette, mais pour 14 €, c'était tout à fait correct.

Rooms are very old, the swimming pool is closed, the room was not ready upon my arrival, and I had to wait to check in. breakfasts are varied and delicious the price is definitely too high for such hotel condition

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to the Airport.

The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff was highly professional, polite, and always available to assist. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. The management deserves appreciation for maintaining such high standards across the property. Cleanliness was excellent in every corner, which is something I value a lot while traveling. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
