Très mauvais service de réception, beaucoup de confusion avec un séjour prolongé et une facturation incorrecte et enfin pas envoyé de facture pour le séjour.

De la part de la famille Panchal, un grand merci à Perenia, Rashi et Mayank de la réception, à la charmante serveuse de nuit du bar du port et au serveur nagalandais, extrêmement sympathique et compétent, du restaurant indien. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a été des plus agréables et mémorables, et ils ont vraiment fait preuve d'une grande attention. Ma mère y avait séjourné il y a 50 ans – je n'en avais aucune idée. Personne n'a refusé de nous accueillir, ils ont tout fait pour nous satisfaire. Le personnel est même venu nous saluer à l'extérieur. Mes parents ont adoré leur séjour et en parlent encore.

Right in the middle of Koregaon park with amazing roof top pool and brilliant rooms with a nice bath tub. highly recommended

Terrible wifi internet in all area of hotel during 5 nights stay and even can’t use it on my last day of stay. As business travel so internet is the key .

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Le Wi-Fi de la chambre 626 était inutilisable pendant tout mon séjour, malgré les deux tentatives du responsable de service pour le réparer. Le réseau téléphonique était également inopérant dans la chambre, alors qu'à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, tout fonctionnait parfaitement. J'ai ensuite changé de chambre (la 669). Le Wi-Fi et le réseau téléphonique étaient meilleurs, mais instables. Le personnel était très serviable et accueillant.

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy. A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and pleasant stay.
