Hôtels avec parking à Höfuðborgarsvæðið, Islande

Booked this place because I wanted a private bathroom, the budget guest houses/hostels in this price range tend to have shared facilities. The name cabin, gives it away, the room was small, although I didn't travel that far to sit in my room. There are social areas on each floor, where you can sit and eat a takeaway or chat with friends, and a bar on the ground floor, breakfast was substantial. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my trip.

Lovely clean and spacious room. Nice little kitchen area with microwave to heat food. Buffet breakfast was OK. Personally not to my taste, but that is only my opinion. The 16 year old with us loved the waffles with the choice of toppings! The porridge which I do enjoy was good day 1 but very watery day 2. Choice of bread that could be toasted, margarine (Sorry I am a butter fan!), preserves, ham, cheese,boiled eggs, tomatoes etc. Free coffee wasn't great - again I'm a coffee snob and like a good cup of filter coffee. I did notice there was coffee to buy. The room was great and the staff very helpful. We were able to park right outside our room. Good location for Reykjavik by car, Thingvellir National Park etc. We travelled from here to both and also to Snaefellsnes Peninsula, which was worth the drive. Also we visited Rekyholt, Barnafoss and Hraunfossar waterfalls, Deildartunguhver Thermal Spring - try the tomato soup!

Гарний готель. Дуже стильний екстер'єр. Готель дуже зручно розташований на шляху з аеропорту Keflavik до Рейк'явіку. Ми зупинялися в день заїзду в Ісландію та в два останні дні після подорожі по всьому острову перед поверненням додому. Гарний сніданок. Дуже важливо, що є свій ресторан, якій працює з 18:00 до 22:00, бо в Ісландії знайти поїсти після 17:00 це челендж ще той... Безкоштовний паркінг. Поруч (метрів 500 пішки) є супермаркет. Також поруч з готелем зупинка автобуса Аеропорт-Рейк'явік (50 метрів) для тих хто не орендує автомобіль. Дуже рекомендую, якщо під час бронювання Вас влаштує ціна на цей готель! З мінусів вода в крані пахне сіркою, але це ж Ісландія - країна геотермальних джерел!)) P.S. в готелі для відвідувачів є безкоштовно купальня з геотермальною теплою водою + сауна. Працюють до 22:00.

レンタカー利用には駐車場も結構数があり、シンプルで快適でした。 早朝出発も鍵返却も明確、ボックス朝食も前夜に届けていただきました。

We had no issues here. Our room was comfortable. It even had a deep tub to soak in. They had a nice dessert plate and card on our arrival for our anniversary. The front desk was polite and the building was nice. It was located within walking distance of some places we wanted to visit like the whale boat tours and some museums and a couple of restaurants. There was some construction next door but we were active during the day when they worked so it didn’t bother us. Parking was a minor inconvenience as there was no real free parking available. We just downloaded a parking app and paid on our phone as needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travelers.

A relatively new hotel, ca. 20 min by walking from the famous city center bar streets. The service at the reception is good (it seems that the tourist industry is fully in Polish hands, this feels a little awkward). Why is the room with toilet for disabled individuals if not requested? The recommended bath Laugardalslaug near the hotel needs urgently refurbishing. The Flybus transport from hotel to KEF was well organized and not expensive.

Les sanitaires sont très propres et le ménage est effectué dans les délais. Le yaourt au petit-déjeuner de l’hôtel est vraiment délicieux et à ne pas manquer tous les jours ! L'emplacement est juste sur la rue commerçante, c'est très proche et pratique pour aller partout ! Le bus pour l'aéroport vous emmène juste en face de l'hôtel et les horaires sont disponibles à la réception. Je reviendrai dans le futur, fortement recommandé

Close to the bus lines. The breakfast is amazing! It’s lot's of good stuff, but it gets changed from day to day. These people prepare on the same day, and not the night before. It makes a huge difference in the quality. The rooms are modern, well designed, and well lit. The plumbing is excellent as well. Some other hotels have sulfurous water because Iceland is on a volcano. These guys have it managed. Would definitely recommend and return.

Although we booked a double room, we were given a room with twin beds at level 4 upon check-in. The heating rack in the bathroom was unserviceable, hence showering was an uncomfortable experience due to the cold temperature (it was 0 degree C outside). As we were staying for 2 nights, I left a note at reception in the morning of the 2nd day to request the heating system to be serviced. When we enquired about this defect upon returning in the evening, we were told this was a known problem, affecting the entire level 4. It was disappointing that the service staff did not advice us at check-in and offer any alternatives. No apologies were extended.
