This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

La chambre d'hôtel était très spacieuse que j'aimais vraiment ! L'intérieur était aussi joli ! Les équipements fournis au niveau 2 de la table frontale étaient également agréables ! Le personnel était toujours très doux et utile avec des demandes/aides ! Le toilette avait un bidet de contrôle à distance que j'ai vu pour la première fois que je me suis trouvé très drôle! AHAHAHAHA La location est également très belle! js comme un VERY. comme 20-30 mètres marche vers la station la plus proche entrée/sortie (qui est sortie 2! Google Maps m'a dit 3 quand j'arrive pour la première fois, mais sortie 2 est littéralement js en dehors de l'hôtel tour gauche et vous pouvez le voir) Je ne suis pas habituellement écrire des commentaires cus im lazy mais j'ai aimé mon séjour si bien ! Je réserverais certainement le confort de l'inn quand je reviendrai au Japon !

Everything is good, good location (located near the AEON supermarket, just walk across the road and you will see a train station), quiet and less crowded compared to central nagoya, and the room is quite bigger than other hotels in japan

L'hôtel est tout près du métro, à quatre ou cinq minutes à pied. Je ne l'avais pas remarqué avant de réserver, mais cette rue a une ambiance un peu particulière le soir, haha, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Il y a un Lawson's et un FamilyMart juste en bas, ainsi qu'un fast-food Matsuya. Plusieurs restaurants très bien notés se trouvent à proximité, mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de les tester ! L'hôtel est à environ six ou sept stations de métro du Nagoya Dome, sans correspondance, soit environ 20 à 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique ! Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique, mais l'heure d'arrivée était stricte : possible uniquement à partir de 15h. Il y avait des sièges libres pour se reposer, et l'hôtel proposait même le petit-déjeuner ! Je ne l'ai cependant pas pris ! La chambre est petite mais elle est bien équipée. Elle est parfaite pour une personne, aucun problème majeur ! Si vous venez au Nagoya Dome pour un concert, vous pourriez envisager cet hôtel ! 🫶🏻

Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.

The room was super value for money. Decent room size given the amount that we paid per night.. and they even have a chair in the washroom so that u can sit down while doing your makeup etc?? Staff were all very friendly and kind, which made the stay very comfy and enjoyable. :) It’s a short walk from the JR station, and there’s a rather big convenience store nearby called Ministop. Very comfortable bed and pillows I love it so much. It felt ok for me and my friend (both female) to walk back to hotel from the station at night. A couple of drinking places nearby so it’s very lively at night. I might be hesitant to stay in the area if I was alone though. But with friends it’s fine! Also, don’t miss the entrances to the underground shopping area ESCA. Easy access to restaurants, ***** stores/pharmacies, and other stores for shopping.

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé, la décoration est simple et moderne, la chambre est spacieuse, vous pouvez ouvrir vos valises à volonté, et il n'y a aucun problème si vous avez plus de valises. Le service est très sympathique. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois si j'en ai l'occasion. Convient aux voyages d'affaires et aux voyages en famille. La chambre est très confortable juste au-dessus de la gare de Nagoya. La chambre est généralement assez étroite pour ouvrir 2 bagages. Mais les grandes fenêtres et la vue la composent. La chambre est généralement propre.. bien que le WC a un peu d'odeur désagréable. Le personnel de la table frontale est très aimable et utile.

Cela fait trois étés consécutifs que ma famille et moi passons une semaine de vacances à Nagoya. La première année, l'hôtel était très bien, mais un peu éloigné du quartier de Sakae. Ces deux dernières années, pour des raisons de commodité, nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du quartier de Sakae. Voici nos impressions : 1. La propreté des chambres est excellente, et le personnel est très courtois et poli. 2. L'attitude du personnel de la réception s'est améliorée par rapport à l'année dernière ; ils nous saluaient souvent à notre arrivée et à notre départ. 3. Le petit-déjeuner est resté le même que l'année dernière, il manque un peu de chaleur humaine. L'accès est refusé à partir de 9h30, alors que le petit-déjeuner se termine à 10h. Le petit-déjeuner étant simple, on peut le finir en une vingtaine de minutes, mais l'accès est tout de même refusé alors que les clients ont payé pour cela. Le restaurant pourrait-il prendre en compte le fait que le restaurant du petit-déjeuner est au 7ème étage ? Les clients doivent d'abord prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au lobby au 24ème étage, puis changer d'ascenseur pour descendre au 7ème étage. Cela implique de traverser de longs couloirs à deux reprises, sans compter le temps d'attente pour les ascenseurs. Il faut parfois 8 à 10 minutes pour arriver au restaurant depuis la chambre. Être refusé pour quelques minutes de retard et se voir froidement refuser le petit-déjeuner nuit vraiment à l'ambiance des vacances. Pourquoi ne pas dire aux clients de finir leur petit-déjeuner rapidement avant 10h ? Il n'y a aucune raison de bloquer les clients à l'entrée. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré une telle situation dans d'autres hôtels. La prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Nagoya, nous devrons sérieusement reconsidérer la question du petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel.
