Le bâtiment de l'hôtel est un immeuble de grande hauteur avec un grand hall et quatre ascenseurs. Le personnel de service était très sympathique. Ils nous ont donné des gâteaux aux haricots verts, nous ont accueillis de manière proactive et nous ont aidés avec nos bagages. Peut-être que l'hôtel est un peu vieux, les installations sont un peu obsolètes, il n'y a qu'une baignoire et une douche ensemble, et l'eau est relativement petite. Mais la chambre est assez spacieuse, avec une grande fenêtre et une belle vue. Mais le prix reste relativement abordable. Globalement bon rapport qualité/prix

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel, l'expérience globale est très bonne. Premièrement, la position géographique de l'hôtel est très excellente, le transport est confortable et il y a de nombreux restaurants et centres commerciaux autour de lui. La chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont complètes, le lit est confortable et offre un bon environnement de sommeil. Le personnel de service est amical, répond rapidement et peut répondre aux besoins des invités en temps utile. Le petit déjeuner est riche, le terrain goûtant est satisfaisant. En général, cet hôtel se démarque excellent, qu'il soit matériel ou de qualité de service, le prix est relativement élevé et mérite d'être recommandé.

The hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street. The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist. The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries. The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same). In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

Really grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier? Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish. I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view. Room was clean and nice. Slippers given. Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them. The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider. The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night. Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants. The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently. Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

The apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour avec ma petite famille au Xiamen Swiss Grand. L'enregistrement a été très rapide et le réceptionniste était très gentil et a essayé d'utiliser l'anglais avec nous même si nous pouvons parler chinois 😍. Tout leur personnel était très professionnel, du chauffeur de l'hôtel jusqu'à l'Ayi. L'hygiène est si bonne. La chambre était très spacieuse avec une vue fantastique sur la mer. Sans oublier le petit-déjeuner appétissant : OMG, tant de variétés, en particulier occidentales, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les pâtisseries. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles ici, même les enfants peuvent profiter de 3 heures de jeu gratuitement, Yuna est la responsable là-bas et a fourni un excellent service pour les enfants. Départ tardif également sans aucune perturbation pour se dépêcher comme le font certains autres hôtels. Le prix est abordable : vous en avez pour votre argent. C'est recommandé. Merci Swiss Grand

Ils ont construit cet endroit avec un touche de cœur chaud , un service avec amour et un hôte généreux. J' étais une voyageuse seule femme qui n' était jamais en Chine avant et ne parle pas la langue locale et j' ai été si heureuse que j' ai réservé cet endroit , le propriétaire Lily parle bien anglais et elle va au-dessus et au-delà pour aider n héberger mon séjour Elle aide avec mon itinéraire et elle est même mon appel quand j'ai besoin d'aide avec la traduction. Les sœurs ( c'est-à-dire les dames receveurs ) sont également enthousiastes de se contenter de tout ce dont nous avons besoin, il n'y a vraiment pas d'autre endroit pour rester est mieux dans la région si vous cherchez un grand endroit pour rester , servé avec un coeur chaud et beaucoup de mises à niveau gratuitement. Je suggère certainement cet endroit quand vous visitez wuyishan. Merci cher équipe de dames belles de Dafangju 🫶🏻❤️👏🏻

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.
