Il a vécu pendant de nombreux jours en continu. Le restaurant au toit de l'hôtel est très bon. Je peux voir la montagne de neige en automne. Elle est vraiment très belle. Une vue inexistante, c'est que le service n'est pas très disponible, je ne sens pas très bien les asiatiques.

I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. Le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons séjourné tout au long de notre voyage en Asie centrale. L'emplacement est central, près de tout, il ya plusieurs supermarchés dans le quartier. Lorsque le ciel est clair, vous pouvez même voir les montagnes de votre chambre, il est magnifique. Tout était super et les gens qui travaillent ici sont si gentils et utiles. En ce qui concerne le lavage, nous apprécions cependant le fait qu'il est gratuit et qu'ils ont quelqu'un qui le fait pour nous, mais nous aurions préféré un lavage à l'auto-service où nous pouvons le faire, car ils n'ont même pas plié ou séché nos vêtements, ils ont juste jeté Ils ont été dits que le séchoir n'était pas en activité, mais ils pouvaient juste mettre leurs vêtements sur quelque chose et attendre quelques heures pour les sécher avant de les rendre. Nous avons également été dit que le téléphone n'était pas encore en service dans la chambre, car l'hôtel est toujours nouveau et que nous pouvions les contacter via WeChat, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu télécharger WeChat avec nos numéros de téléphone internationaux, donc nous devions aller à pied chaque fois que nous Ils ont même eu un traducteur et un homme mignon, habillés comme un militaire qui nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire et nous a aidé quand il était là. Nous avons également aimé le petit déjeuner chinois, il était chaleureux, diversifié et confortable. Ils disposent de toutes les installations dont vous aurez besoin, la chambre est propre et spacieuse avec les lits les plus confortables et des feuilles de qualité, des pantalons, des bains, la salle de bains est spacieuse, confortable et pratique et plus importantment propre. Ils fournissent de l'eau, des fruits, un lavage gratuit et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Ils ont aussi apporté un mini-frigo à la salle après avoir laissé un commentaire sur ce sujet, c'était un geste si gentil et prudent, merci ! J'ai prolongé notre séjour plusieurs fois comme nous avons besoin de repos et je ne regrette pas ma décision.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent service, especially reception , house keeping and restaurant/breakfast team. Very friendly and cooperative employees. Nice breakfast. Nice location.

It’s a very new hotel, only opened for 2 months. Room are big and clean, beds are comfortable. Location is good. But you cannot find it on Google map or Yandex map. Luckily they provide free airport pick up. Service is good. However it’s a Chinese hotel, 90% of the guests are Chinese bizman. So the atmosphere is not really suitable for tourist. Only 2 tables in the garden, often are occupied. They offer full Chinese bft which is fine for me, but nowhere to sit to eat. The staff are very kind and helpful but limited information about travelling request. Price performance is good, but only suits Chinese.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety served 8.00-10.00. No shampoo or conditioner as well as no robes or in room safe as per description. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to the Bazaar and just a short walk from the main hustle of the city. Staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Amazing mountain view in the distance.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

Honnêtement un hôtel exceptionnel, presque parfait, sauf pour quelques petites choses. Le bon: - Avec un écran de sport, une presse de banque, des poids gratuits, des photos jointes. Il a même des douches et des verrous. - une réception et un service d'hôtels généraux, toujours très utile et efficace. - le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai eu dans toute l'Asie centrale. - chambres propres, confortables. - une grande location, avec les restaurants Navat et Fazia à seulement 300 m de l'hôtel. Le mauvais : Le restaurant avait un mauvais service à mon avis : 1- Je me suis demandé de recevoir le service de la chambre (qui est largement annoncé comme 24/7) le jour 1 et ils m'ont attaqué parce que je ne leur parlais pas dans leur langue. 2- Le 2e jour, je pense que je leur donnerais une autre chance et qu'ils m'ont fait venir. En général, je n'ai jamais dû essayer, sauf pour le petit déjeuner.

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.
