Просторный шикарный номер за свои деньги. Но есть минус, на полу везде особенно в с/у волосы и волосики из сами понимаете каких мест человеческого тела, вывод такой- полы вообще не моют, возможно мне не повезло просто, речь про мой номер так как в других не был. Вот этот момент быстро перечеркнул плюсы этого отеля. Кровать и белье очень достойное , выспаться и отдохнуть можно на 100%. Также в номере есть необходимые зуб щетка и другие принадлежности. Халатов не заметил, полотенца новые и чистые. Завтрак не посещал, так как выехал до него. Завтрак если не ошибаюсь только 1 час с 8 до 9, что очень неудобно. Возможно я ошибаюсь, но таблица говорит об этом. Вернулся бы еще?,скорее да, чем нет.

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

這次入住皇宮花園酒店，整體體驗真的非常滿意，可以説是我在當地住過比較舒服、性價比很高的一家酒店。
首先，酒店的位置非常方便，樓下旁邊就是 24 小時超市，半夜想買水、零食或者日用品都不用擔心。出門過一個紅綠燈，不到 200 米就是非常有名的俄羅斯大教堂，步行就可以到，周邊環境也很有氛圍感。旁邊還有當地很火的 Kulikov 蛋糕店，甜品、麪包都很好吃，平時買點蛋糕、喝個下午茶非常方便。對於旅遊、出差或者短住的人來説，這個位置真的很省心。
酒店的住宿環境也很舒服。房間佈置簡約大方，沒有複雜誇張的裝飾，但是給人的感覺很温馨、乾淨、實用。房間裏面採光很好，白天陽光照進來，整個房間都顯得特別明亮。床品也很舒服，被子柔軟親膚，躺下之後整個人有一種被穩穩託住的感覺，睡起來很踏實。晚上休息的時候也比較安靜，不會覺得吵鬧，整體睡眠質量很好。
讓我印象比較深的是酒店的小花園。花園雖然不是特別大，但是打理得非常用心，草坪、小樹、綠植都很乾凈整齊。白天坐在遮陽傘下面看看風景，喝喝茶，感覺非常放鬆；晚上燈光一開，整個小花園的氛圍感一下子就出來了，安安靜靜的，很適合坐一會兒放鬆心情。早上推開窗户看到滿眼綠色，心情也會變好。
服務方面也很加分。工作人員態度很好，溝通很耐心，給人的感覺不是冷冰冰的酒店服務，而是比較親切、自然、有温度的服務。沒想到酒店還有接機服務，這一點真的很貼心，尤其是第一次來當地或者帶行李比較多的客人，會感覺方便很多，也會有一種被照顧到的安心感。
早餐也不錯，簡單但比較實在，能滿足早上正常用餐需求。房間衞生做得也比較乾淨，整體住下來沒有什麼不舒服的地方。對於我來説，酒店最重要的就是乾淨、安靜、位置方便、睡得舒服，而皇宮花園酒店這幾點都做得很好。
總體來説，這是一家很適合出差、旅遊、短住和長期入住的酒店。位置便利，周邊配套齊全，房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟，環境安靜，還有一個讓人很放鬆的小花園。住在這裏不會有陌生感，反而有一種像回到家一樣的温暖感。下次來這邊的話，還會優先選擇皇宮花園酒店，也會推薦給朋友。

L'hôtel, récemment ouvert, applique des normes d'hygiène et de gestion environnementale très strictes. Les chambres sont impeccables et flambant neuves. L'accueil et le service du personnel sont excellents. On y trouve du personnel chinois et kirghize. C'est un choix idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires chinois. J'y ai séjourné trois nuits et le directeur a assuré un suivi personnalisé via WeChat tout au long de mon séjour. J'ai même bénéficié d'un surclassement. L'hôtel est situé à proximité d'une zone commerçante regorgeant de restaurants, dont un restaurant chinois aux portions généreuses, ce qui facilite grandement les repas. L'hôtel propose également un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, un petit-déjeuner chinois et diverses autres commodités.

The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. IInvitéLa chambre était neuve et propre, avec une excellente insonorisation. Un plateau de collations nous attendait à notre arrivée. Le personnel chinois de la réception était très accueillant. L'emplacement était pratique et le petit-déjeuner chinois, varié et de bonne qualité. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été extrêmement satisfait ; séjourner dans un tel hôtel à Bichkek offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Location & Dining: L'emplacement est excellent pour les options de repas. Il y a deux cafés directement sur la rue, et des restaurants et cafés supplémentaires dans le quartier, ce qui rend les repas très confortables. L'hôtel a offert un petit déjeuner gratuit pour un café proche, ce qui constitue une excellente alternative. Je suis excitée par l'avenir, puisque le restaurant rénové devrait devenir NAVAT, un établissement de haute qualité dans la ville.
Aménagements et confort : J'ai été très apprécié des compliments de la chambre, y compris l'eau bouteilleuse gratuite, la chaudière électrique et les fournitures de café et de thé.
Service: Le personnel de l'hôtel était ami et incroyablement utile. Ils ont rapidement traité ma demande soudaine de taxi et fourni des informations très détaillées et utiles sur la ville.
Globalement : très recommandé. Un séjour très confortable avec service exceptionnel et un emplacement confortable.

IInvitéI booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

IInvitéDas Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl. Als Reisende habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich. Im Hotelzimmer war es etwas laut durch Ventilatoren von außen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Cafés. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

我我不愛工作A newly renovated hotel uses not really good construction materials. There is a cover maybe use for checking the water pipes next to the toilet in the bathroom. It is not completely attached to the wall, and you may see light from the opposite side, so the privacy is not very good. Also, elevator can only accommodate two people, not really convenient if you have too many luggage.
If you go to the city center you need to take a taxi. The hotel is located at the end of an alley and please direct the driver to the alley.
But their female staffs are really helpful and breakfast is delicious.
