La chambre est un paysage de montagne, au sixième étage du bâtiment des résidents, très sûr.
La chambre est propre, avec une machine à café et un réfrigérateur.
Le propriétaire est très enthousiaste, vous pouvez consulter sur whatsapp pour tout problème de voyage ici, répondre rapidement, nous aider à aller à l'aéroport le dernier jour.
Il est un supermarché en bas, à 15 minutes à pied de la station de bus, à 20 minutes à pied de la mer, et la distance à pied est acceptable.

Очень приятный отель! До старого города и пляжа минут 10 пешком. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Мы были 2 дня, было несколько видов яиц, колбасы, ветчина, сосиски, разные сыры, овощи. Всё сразу не попробуешь, так что каждый день можно брать что-то новое и будет разнообразие. Нас заселили раньте, уже где-то в 11:30-11:00, что было очень приятно. Парковка рядом, что очень удобно, так как по парковаться реально негде. В номере чисто, постель и полотенца белые, кровать удобная. Есть чайник. Сантехника свежая, никаких запахов. С удовольствием вернулись бы ещё именно в этот отель!

Отличный отель. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Все поясняют и помогают. До моря 10 минут пешком. До большого супермаркета 5 минут.
Завтрак вполне достойный, голодными не будите. Кофе не вкусный и это пожалуй единственный минус.

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva.
We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable.
We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room.
Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened:
1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day.
2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do).
The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.

La location est bonne, jusqu'à la plage de 7 min, il y a un parking pour 7€ par jour. Bonne piscine, excellent petit déjeuner. Parmi les inconvénients, il n'y avait pas d'eau potable gratuite dans la chambre. OK, à 5 m du magasin de produits d'hôtel. L'hôtel a promis le présent, mais il a oublié, il a dû se rappeler.

ייLe terrain, appelé ”hôtel”, était un désastre, avec une longue liste de choses terribles. Vous devez vous rendre à environ 200 mètres pour atteindre l'autre hôtel où se trouve cette piscine (bien qu'ils offrent aussi une voiture conduite à l'autre hôtel). Une fois là, vous pouvez ”gagner” la deuxième ligne des lits de la piscine parce que vous ne appartenez pas à cet hôtel spécifique - ce qui signifie qu'ils vous font un client de deuxième classe.
En outre, il n'y avait pas de shampooing fourni à tout le monde dans la salle de bain, seulement de savons.
La température n'est pas inférieure à 24 degrés, même si j'avais fixé à 19 degrés. L'hôtel affirme que le soleil a affecté la température, mais les curtains ont été fermés, et il n'y a pas de soleil à la nuit!
Ajouter à la misère, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la douche une soirée à 7 h. Il m'a été dit d'attendre et de revoir à 10 h, seulement pour être informé que la question était réglée. Mais, comme vous auriez pu le croire, c'était pas le cas.
J'ai demandé à la réception d'envisager une indemnisation, mais ils ont totalement refusé.
Quand nous rentrons chez nous, j'ai écrit à la direction de la chaîne de l'hôtel pour obtenir une réelle référence à ce séjour, et ils se sont excusés, mais ils ne m'ont pas offert de remboursement parce que je n'avais pas réservé notre séjour directement à l'hôtel. Au lieu de cela, ils m'ont offert un autre rabais de séjour - que je ne vais jamais utiliser.
J'aurais aimé ne pas avoir à écrire ce genre d'évaluation pour un hôtel 4 étoiles de haut niveau.
Je pense que vous vous épargnez le problème et que vous ne restez pas là ou n'importe quel autre endroit lié à leur nom.
ps, attaché une photo de la toilette qui était située dans un endroit étroit pour s'asseoir confortablement assez.

IInvitéWe had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ruzmarin Spa Hotel during May. The hotel is just a couple of years old and is in a beautiful setting in the hills just outside Budva. Absolutely spectacular mountain and valley views wherever you look, a really pretty spot.
We had a double room with balcony which felt quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, fantastic shower and the views from the balcony were superb. We dined in the on-site restaurant several times, dinner twice and breakfast three times. The food selection is great for a small restaurant, quality was good and the service was excellent with a small, intimate feel of a family run restaurant.
The staff were lovely, unbelievably helpful and friendly, most were excellent English speakers too which helped us a lot. Special mention to Nađa (sp?) who handled our check-in (we arrived quite early) and check-out, arranged transport, provided great recommendations and did so with awesome hospitality, in a friendly, kind and mature manner beyond her years.
The location is a little out of Budva, we didn't have a car, so it was about 10 minutes in a cab (about 8-10 EUR) or a 40-45 minute walk into the old town. The walk in is down hill, both routes have large sections without a footpath, so you're sharing the road with the cars a bit. The coastal route has a good path for much of the journey, but the road is close, busy and loud. We didn't use the pool, though it was open and looked well maintained. Plenty of chairs and sun-loungers which were popular. There is also a spa and sauna which my partner used and enjoyed.
Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the feel and welcoming environment of a beautiful boutique hotel, we would definitely recommend.

VVitalii N.Un magnifique hôtel avec vue sur l'île de St. Stefan. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec terrasse. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel mérite le plus haut degré. Sur la plage de l'hôtel pour 10 euros vous pouvez prendre un sapp et voile à l'île.

IInvitéUn très bel hôtel. J'y étais pour affaires, mais j'ai eu l'impression d'être en vacances. La piscine était magnifique, baignée par le soleil méditerranéen et entourée de verdure. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, mais malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de plats asiatiques.

IInvitéThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

L'endroit était propre, confortable et bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour reposant. Son emplacement était également très pratique, facilitant les déplacements et les découvertes.
L'hôte était accueillant, réactif et incroyablement arrangeant tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le délai supplémentaire accordé avant le départ, ce qui a rendu notre départ beaucoup plus serein.
En résumé, ce fut une excellente expérience et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

IInvitéLe personnel de la chambre de front était accueillant, hospitalier et excédant nos attentes. La chambre est propre, spacieuse, contemporaine, confortable lits et régulièrement servi. La salle de bains a une belle forme et suffit d'espace pour se déplacer. Les équipements de la pluie et de la salle de bains étaient superbes. La chambre a une balconie et a une vue très belle sur la plage. La piscine d'infinité au 1er étage était belle, seulement en bas était il n'était pas thermo réglementé, il était froid, néanmoins agréable pour le refroidissement.

AAleks BeigulLe restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner était frais et agréable. Cependant, les fenêtres offrent une bonne isolation sonore, donc nous avons toujours dormi très confortablement sur la bonne madrague.
Globalement, nous avons eu un grand séjour et nous envisagerions certainement de revenir si nous revisions.
