Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return.

The apartment was very spacious, making it perfect for families or groups. One of the best features was the private jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax after a long day. Everything in the apartment felt brand new, from the furniture to the appliances, and it was very clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The weather was another highlight. It was pleasantly cold, making the stay even more enjoyable and a refreshing escape from the hot weather in the city. The only downside is the distance to Genting SkyWorlds. Although it may look walkable on the map, I would not recommend walking there as it is quite a long walk, especially with children or after a full day at the theme park. It is much more convenient to take a shuttle or drive instead. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The spacious apartment, modern facilities, relaxing jacuzzi, and cool weather made this stay memorable. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Genting Highlands and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing accommodation.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions et aux quartiers d'affaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, garantissant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Les installations sont modernes et bien entretenues. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un véritable atout, avec un large choix de plats délicieux. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Que vous voyagiez pour affaires ou pour le plaisir, je recommande vivement le Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. Il a dépassé toutes mes attentes !

J'ai déjà écrit sur le problème de la politique écologique des hôtels et cette fois, c'est pire avec un personnel pas très aimable et sans sourire à la réception et à la réception. Et ma journée a encore empiré avec le personnel qui m'a appelé pour me rappeler que je devais quitter l'hôtel à minuit, même si j'avais déjà quitté l'hôtel, rendu la clé et quitté l'hôtel environ une demi-heure avant.

La chambre était pleine de rats, les enfants s'endormaient, alors nous n'avons pas demandé à changer de chambre, mais sommes venus attraper le rat. Merci à l'équipe qui est venue nous aider à attraper le rat. Même la chambre est désinfectée, mais il y a toujours un rat. De la piscine à la plage, c'est très loin, il faut compter 5 minutes à pied. Nous préférons donc jouer à la piscine, car elle est proche à 18h45 précises. Le restaurant extérieur est plus proche de la plage et facile à nettoyer, nous continuons donc à jouer sur la plage après le dîner. Dans l'ensemble, les enfants aiment la piscine.

Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!
