I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Uhland during my visit to Windhoek. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet it is close enough to the city center to reach the main attractions and restaurants within a short drive or walk. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and reliable Wi-Fi. Although the furnishings are somewhat traditional, everything was well maintained and functional. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep every night. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with transportation, local recommendations, or any questions I had. Their hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was another enjoyable part of the experience. The buffet offered a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, eggs, local specialties, and coffee, providing a satisfying start to each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s beautiful garden and outdoor swimming pool, which created a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Uhland offers excellent value for money. It may not be a luxury hotel, but its cleanliness, friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable facilities make it an ideal choice for travelers visiting Windhoek. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and affordable place to stay in Namibia.

We chose this hotel again because of the previous experience being so good the week before. Unfortunately this time around there was a mistake in the type of room required and despite reserving a king size bed we ended up with a twin room. We called and informed the reception of the mistake and they checked if our previous room was available which it was not. They asked us to give them some time and after a short while, we were called back and informed that they will upgrade us to a suite for the night at no extra cost because of the hassle. We were quickly moved to the suite which was more than we expected. We had a great last night In Namibia relaxing in the suite at the hotel. Which had a lounge, dining table and bedroom and was clean and spacious. Thank you for your effort. Always well supported by staff and nothing was too much trouble.

Cet endroit est un bijoux - un emplacement confortable dans un quartier tranquille et sûr près du centre-ville, une chambre propre et spacieuse avec cuisine et cuisine, un parking gratuit et sécurisé, un propriétaire aide et amiable, des tarifs abordables. L'hôtel n'a pas de compteur de réception. Comme je faisais un long vol et que j'avais pas de téléphone/de données en itinérance en Namibie, je n'ai pas vu l'e-mail du propriétaire et je me suis arrêté dehors de la place sans un moyen d'entrer. Heureusement, j'ai conduit à un hôtel voisin et j'ai emprunté le téléphone pour appeler le propriétaire, et le propriétaire (qui vit ailleurs) est venu pour moi ouvrir la porte dans les minutes 10-15. La prochaine fois que je reviens ici, je devrais contacter le propriétaire un jour avant l'arrivée, de sorte que le propriétaire sache mon heure d'arrivée et me envoie les instructions d'entrée en temps utile.

A very pleasant hotel! We chose it to relax after a long flight and because the Go2Namibia shuttle stop is 5 minutes away. The room is simple but clean. There's a patio, a kettle, and a liter of water is provided, with good shower pressure. The hotel grounds are very pleasant, including a swimming pool. There's a Spar nearby where you can buy wine and some groceries. There's also a restaurant and pizzeria on site, and the prices are reasonable.

Hotel right at the Windhoek Cathedral, unbeatable location. This property is newer than the Hilton next door. Very comfortable room, modern amenities. Hotel staff was helpful enough to bring my clothes to the wash since I had been on a 10 day trip already before I had arrived.

Непонятно только, зачем там бассейн - скорее, исключительно для декорации, так как он маленький и, сомневаюсь, что кто-то захочет туда влезть, когда все вокруг едят

Le design élégant de l'hôtel, associé à son excellent équipement, est fait pour une expérience réellement relaxante et agréable. Le personnel soigneux et courtois m'a répondu à toutes mes besoins, en veillant à ce que mon séjour soit aussi confortable que possible.

Standard facility. Great location. Near to the international airport road. Breakfast was disappointing. Not advisable to include breakfast when booking. Otherwise, all other facilities were okay.

Favorite hotel in Windhoek, the rooms are out of this world and the place feels totally out of this world. Amazing breakfast too. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed out, 10/10
