Un endroit idéal pour un week-end de détente ! L'atmosphère est paisible et calme, idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent se détendre. Le service était absolument impeccable : chaque membre du personnel s'est montré poli et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La cuisine était excellente, et une mention spéciale au chef cuisinier, sympathique et attentionné, a rendu notre expérience culinaire vraiment unique. Cela a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à notre séjour. En résumé, ce fut un merveilleux séjour : nous avons apprécié chaque instant et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!

Il a séjourné à Holiday Inn Resort Bintan avec mon toddler et a eu un mélange d'expériences positives et négatives. Nous avons réservé une salle d'accès à la piscine, qui était extrêmement confortable avec un jeune enfant. Ils ont également aidé à imprimer nos passeports de transbordement et ont organisé le transbordeur complimentaire au terminal de transbordement. La cuisine de Warung Pak Lagoi était décente et le service était particulièrement attentif. Le dernier jour, la nourriture de poissons avait disparu, mais un beau employé a fait un pas supplémentaire pour nous obtenir un petit paquet pour que mon enfant puisse encore participer. Le navire à Plaza Lagoi est en cours d'exécution à l'heure, mais si vous le manquez, vous devez attendre le prochain, planifiez-le en conséquence. Le club des enfants a été très décevant par rapport aux photos en ligne, avec des activités très limitées, des objets manquants et des options de jeu disponibles. Comme notre linge avait déjà dormi, le changement de salles n'était pas une option pratique pour nous. Le centre-ville a été très bien situé dans le centre-ville, mais il a été très bien situé dans le centre-ville. C'était assez effrayant, car nous n'avons pas tenu la main de notre toddler à ce moment précis et nous n'avons rien vu autour de nous. Globalement, le personnel et le service étaient les points de vue de notre séjour, mais les arrêts répétés de puissance et le Club des enfants sous-marins ont fait de l'expérience moins agréable que prévu.

This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Renee avec vue sur la mer. Lors de l'enregistrement, j'ai dit à la réception que je voulais la chambre avec la meilleure vue sur la mer et elle m'a donné la chambre 138. C'était l'après-midi, l'heure de la marée haute et la mer. l'eau n'était pas loin de notre chambre à 20 mètres ! C’est vraiment l’hébergement le plus proche de la mer ! Regarder la mer depuis le porche avec la brise marine qui souffle est vraiment magnifique ! Nous nous sommes promenés le long de la plage et avons profité du magnifique paysage. Le soir, un buffet barbecue a eu lieu au bord de la piscine et un groupe a chanté pour nous. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, comme une petite villa. séjour expérience!

J'aime cet hôtel Vibes ! Très belle et très belle. Les familles avec les enfants doivent regarder vos enfants qui vont autour de cette zone. Il est plein d'eau hehe qui le rend plus joli. Le petit déjeuner était bon aussi, nous devons sélectionner nos menus un jour avant. Total 10/10

We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. Notre hôtel est à la visite de Batam. Nous aimerions l'emplacement de l'hôtel car il est à pied du Grand Batam Mall et du BCS - Batam City Square Mall. Un grand nombre de restaurants et de parlors de massage dans la région. Notre séjour a été coupé par un jour, puisque mon mari a dû couvrir son collègue qui a pris sa vacance le dernier jour de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons. Merci Artotel pour nous avoir.

Had a great stay! Location is very near at the batam ferry port with nearby mall. Staff are friendly. Food was good ☺️ will definitely be back again.
