Had an absolutely amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton! (Lagoi Bay) From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a lovely staff member who welcomed us with a refreshing drink and snack it is such a thoughtful start to our stay. I had requested a birthday celebration for my friend, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it truly special. Everything was beautifully planned and executed, from the setup to the little surprises, it was clear how much heart they put into it. My friend was genuinely touched, and it made her birthday so unforgettable. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the amenities were equally impressive. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and filled with warm hospitality. Huge thanks to the sweetest hotel team, we’ll definitely be back again for another staycation!

We celebrated my partner’s birthday in Batam and truly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is within walking distance to Grand Batam Mall and many nearby shops, which made it very convenient. They also offered us a complimentary high tea for two, and the service throughout was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Une attention particulière a été accordée aux agents de sécurité qui ont quitté leur route pour arrêter le trafic sur la route principale, afin de nous assurer que nous traversions en toute sécurité pendant la pluie lourde. Je vous recommande vivement de rester ici, surtout si vous ne vous en souciez pas; Les voitures sont facilement disponibles pour la convenance

L'hôtel est nouveau et très propre avec des installations de base. J'aime la chambre avec des caisses spacieuses que nous pourrions mettre nos bagages. Une variété de petit déjeuner, et normalement avec un certain nombre de plats locaux. La station d'oeuf et le pain sont les plus préférés, car certains aliments ne répondaient pas aux normes. La salle de bains est très confortable et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Les baignoires doivent sortir de l'hôtel pour aller au prochain bâtiment, passer au niveau 6 et il y a la piscine. Il y a des chambres changeantes disponibles. Peut-être l'hôtel est nouveau, notre chauffeur de taxi ne peut pas localiser l'hôtel. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Dans les minutes à pied, il y a des mini-bars, café, cuisine alimentaire, restaurant, parlours de massage, soins de peau et salon de cheveux! Ce sont 2-3 bâtiment de haut niveau. Nagoya Hill est le plus proche centre commercial qui est à environ 10-15 minutes à pied. Il y a une école à proximité, pour que vous puissiez entendre un bruit quand ils effectuent des activités. La construction en cours à proximité, ne peut pas vraiment entendre de la chambre, donc il ne nous dérange pas. Tout au long d'un grand séjour !

Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread. Keep up the good work! Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!

L'un des plus longs hôtels de 5 étoiles à Batam. La vue est de verdure - face au golf. L'hôtel était plein, amical reception officer Finy, offrant une chambre de luxe avec lits doubles, balcon sur le terrain de golf. Autobus à certains moments jusqu'à Grand Batam Mall et Nagoya Hill. La salle de sport était bien équipée. J'ai vu la sauna et la zone de yoga au niveau 10 Une chose à noter : le soleil est en pleine tête de matin. La piscine n'est pas venue au soleil, car elle est bloquée par le bâtiment de l'hôtel (jusqu'à environ 1015am). La zone où le café est est le soleil matinal. Café Luminal à côté de l'hôtel servit une pâte de café à partir de starbucks .pas un grand fan de café Starbucks, donc j'ai eu de jus de melon à la place. L'environnement de Cafe était excellent pour le travail à distance, car il y avait de nombreux points de charge. En général, un séjour agréable.

Highly recommended hotel! The service was tip top! During check in I checked with the front desk staff whether they have any double bed room left because I booked a twin sharing room but my son was with me during the trip so I will need to squeeze with him in a single bed but unfortunately, on the day all rooms were fully booked so they did not have any extra room. But when I opened up the room door I was surprised by what they had done with the room they actually joined the twin sharing bed into one bed. They even gave me a complimentary dinner. It's really nice of them. Will definitely book from them again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel recently. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights – it offered a wide variety of selections to suit different tastes and made for a great start to the day. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is also excellent, being just next to the jetty, which made traveling and exploring the area extremely convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Look at the photo attached from the view out from the hotel! Nice place!

I like that the location is 15 minutes away from the BBT ferry terminal and they provide free transfer to and fro. The hotel looks relatively new but it has a chalet feel rather than a resort. The beach is shared among 3 resorts and it is beautiful and clean. We ate the Indonesian buffet on Friday night which cost INR550,000 per pax. Loved the sate and kueh the most. During breakfast, we were directed to Angsana as cassia was full. Breakfast is average. The one room apartment is small but comfortable as they divided the space into bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Staff were attentive throughout the checkin, checkout, dining and transfer. All were smooth and quick. We happen to witness the release of sea turtles. Kudos to Bintan sea conservation team!

La nourriture est délicieuse mais la fosse est courte lol. . nous devons donc nous asseoir sur une chaise courte au lieu de rester debout. **** Le système de son KTV est bon mais la climatisation ne peut pas régler très froid dans la pièce. Dans l'ensemble, bonne expérience à Glamping dans la station d'Anmon
