Excellent service et séjour confortable
J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour. Les réceptionnistes étaient incroyablement sympathiques et arrangeants, et je me suis sentie la bienvenue dès mon arrivée. J'ai vraiment apprécié de pouvoir m'enregistrer tôt, ce qui a grandement facilité mon voyage.
La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue, même si la vue depuis ma fenêtre n'était pas optimale. De plus, l'emplacement était un peu plus éloigné de la ville que prévu, mais cela restait acceptable.
Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel, notamment pour son excellent service client !

Super place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. Stepped off the 300 bus from Krakow city - 10 minutes walk to the airport or there is a shuttle bus. Great room with everything you could need and tastefully decorated and designed - they give you a glass carafe and there is a water dispensing machine on each floor so that you can help yourself . Super modern and comfortable with a perfect shower room with underfloor heating. Great bar area which is also used for the Massive buffet breakfast which was superb. Just perfect

This hostel is very comfortable and is in the center of downtown and only 1.3 kilometers away from the main railway station. Each bed has a locker with a key to store your stuff which is great. The bad thing is the shower area is small if you are a tall or a bit muscular or overweight individual. You feel like you have no hand or leg room. Also the beds are not that comfortable.

女子2人で宿泊しました！立地はメインストリートからも歩いて行ける距離で悪くないと思います。ヨーロッパのホテルはだいたいそうなのですが、当たり前にシャンプーとリンスが付いていないのでご自分で用意する必要があります。部屋はベッド2つで割と広く感じました。外観や内装が少し古い感じがしましたが特に気になる点はありませんでした。食事もバイキング式で充実していて満足でした😊このホテルは若干高台に位置しているので、着くまでにだいぶ急な坂を登る必要があって少しキツかった思い出がありますwwwホテルのスタッフの方々の対応も良かったので、ザコパネ観光をする方は是非！

Un peu en dehors du centre. Mais juste à l'arrêt de tram. Ainsi, la place du marché de Cracovie est accessible en 20 minutes environ. Il y a encore des travaux en cours autour de l'hôtel. Mais nous avons eu une chambre calme avec vue sur le stade. Principales caractéristiques. Lit immense, très confortable. mini-canapé. conception sympa Gym moderne au sous-sol. Bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Cependant, seulement à partir de 7 heures. Un peu tard pour les voyageurs d'affaires. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est toujours très recommandable...!!!

Great stay. A student accomodation used as a hotel during the off season. New building that it doesn't even appear on google maps. Good facilities. Safe area and easy walk or tram in to the city centre. Right next to one football ground with the other just over the park. Under £10 Uber to the hotel from the airport. Really strong Wifi, comfy bed and decent shower. The only thing missing was a sponge or cloth to do the washing up! As it's a student accom, the kitchen is also in the room to use. People of all ages were staying however, and there was little to no noise from students still around even it being a Friday night. Check in was simple and the key was ready when I arrived after 1am to collect at the 24/7 reception desk.

In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

Kkilho1995Cet hôtel est très bien situé et bénéficie d'un excellent accès aux principales attractions touristiques. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le personnel était sympathique et le service était excellent. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux, mais l'insonorisation de certaines chambres était un peu décevante. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience satisfaisante et j’aimerais y revenir.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

IInvitéL'hôtel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto m'a immédiatement séduite par le design moderne et original de son hall d'entrée, notamment grâce à une réplique de la robe de la reine Barbe (épouse du roi Sigismond Auguste) accompagnée d'une plaque commémorative. Le service était également un point fort : le personnel à la réception était chaleureux et accueillant (l'un d'eux m'a même saluée en thaï), et des collations maison m'ont été offertes à l'arrivée comme au départ. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, juste en face de la Galeria Krakowska, un immense centre commercial proposant un large choix de boutiques, de magasins d'alimentation, de restaurants et une aire de restauration. Il est également à deux pas de la place du Marché, des principales rues commerçantes et du musée Czartoryski, qui abrite le tableau « La Dame à l'hermine » de Léonard de Vinci. Le château de Wawel et le quartier de Kazimierz sont un peu plus éloignés, mais restent facilement accessibles à pied avec de bonnes chaussures. Ma chambre était propre et confortable, quoique un peu simple, et la salle de bain un peu petite. Le petit-déjeuner était le seul point faible : le choix était limité et, aux heures de pointe, la salle à manger était exiguë, ne laissant parfois que des places au comptoir (je recommande d’y aller plus tard, une fois le coup de feu passé). Cependant, ce ne sont que des détails. Avec son hall accueillant, son service chaleureux et attentionné et son emplacement exceptionnel, cet hôtel est facile à recommander.

IInvitéI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

XXiaojia006Cet hôtel a largement dépassé mes attentes ! Quelques photos suffisent pour se rendre compte de la taille de la chambre. On voit aussi que l'hôtel est tout neuf. Comme il s'agissait d'un court voyage d'affaires, je n'avais pas emporté ma brosse à dents, mon dentifrice ni mes chaussons, mais un simple coup de fil m'a permis de les recevoir en trois minutes. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyablement copieux, avec un large choix de fromages, dont du jambon espagnol ! Un seul petit-déjeuner copieux suffisait amplement pour toute la journée. La grande pelouse du parc devant l'hôtel était très agréable.

IInvitéNous avons apprécié notre séjour de 3 jours au Ibis Styles Centrum, à Cracovie. Personnel agréable, une chambre confortable et tranquille et tout dans un grand emplacement, confortable pour les services de tram et de bus. Nous avons même apprécié une promenade dans la vieille ville. Nous serions certainement restés ici.
