Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton.

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien pour le prix. Les chambres sont confortables. La piscine et le sauna sont agréables. J'ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels avec des piscines ressemblant plus à des pataugeoires, mais celle-ci permettait de nager de longues longueurs. Il y avait du monde en fin d'après-midi (entre 17h et 20h), mais c'était calme le matin, ce qui m'a permis de profiter d'une baignade relaxante. Le personnel de la réception était aimable et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, même si un peu cher à mon goût. Le principal inconvénient pour un visiteur à Cracovie est l'emplacement de l'hôtel, en plein centre-ville. Comptez environ 20 minutes en taxi pour rejoindre le centre. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel, mais les bus qui s'y arrêtent ne vont pas jusqu'au centre, il faut donc prendre une correspondance. Le supermarché le plus proche est à environ 7 ou 8 minutes à pied et un grand centre commercial est à 15 minutes à pied. J'y étais pour le travail, donc cela me convenait. Pour une première visite à Cracovie, il serait préférable de choisir un hôtel plus proche du centre ou mieux desservi.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé et bénéficie d'un excellent accès aux principales attractions touristiques. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le personnel était sympathique et le service était excellent. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux, mais l'insonorisation de certaines chambres était un peu décevante. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience satisfaisante et j’aimerais y revenir.

Je l'ai utilisé sans interruption pendant environ une semaine. Le seul petit bémol était que les parois semblaient parfois un peu fines. S'il y avait eu un réfrigérateur, même petit, j'aurais mis encore plus d'étoiles, mais la proximité du supermarché Riddle et d'un autre magasin a compensé ce manque. C'était vraiment pratique que la glace ne fonde pas. La plupart des magasins sont fermés le dimanche, mais pas de souci. On trouve tout à la station-service Ocean, juste en face. Le transport était pratique et le voyage très confortable ♪

Excellent service et séjour confortable J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour. Les réceptionnistes étaient incroyablement sympathiques et arrangeants, et je me suis sentie la bienvenue dès mon arrivée. J'ai vraiment apprécié de pouvoir m'enregistrer tôt, ce qui a grandement facilité mon voyage. La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue, même si la vue depuis ma fenêtre n'était pas optimale. De plus, l'emplacement était un peu plus éloigné de la ville que prévu, mais cela restait acceptable. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel, notamment pour son excellent service client !

L'hôtel est agréable et relativement calme, et propose un petit-déjeuner copieux. Cependant, il n'est pas situé en centre-ville ; un arrêt de tramway se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Il est voisin de l'hôtel DoubleTree. Le personnel de la réception parle anglais et peut même vous aider à appeler un taxi.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

Les points positifs. L'hôtel était moderne, bien situé par rapport à la place centrale, et les chambres étaient impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner était de bonne qualité et varié. Les points négatifs. Une femme de ménage est entrée dans ma chambre tôt le matin sans frapper. Je pense qu'elle ne s'était pas rendu compte que j'étais occupée. J'étais en sous-vêtements, dans mon lit, et donc très gênée. J'ai porté plainte, mais ma réclamation a été ignorée et je n'ai reçu aucune excuse. De la part du personnel de la réception, j'avais commandé un repas. À sa livraison par le restaurant extérieur, il a été laissé à la réception de l'hôtel. Lorsque j'ai finalement reçu un appel sur mon portable, le repas était froid et immangeable. La réceptionniste a prétendu avoir appelé ma chambre, ce qui était faux. Autre incident avec le personnel de ménage : ils ont jeté ma bouteille d'eau lors du nettoyage. J'ai demandé où elle était, et ils ont fouillé dans les sacs-poubelle. J'étais sidérée qu'ils pensent pouvoir jeter mes affaires à la poubelle. Le personnel peut se montrer brusque. Les différents services sont très cloisonnés, ce qui crée une atmosphère assez froide au sein de l'hôtel. Si l'établissement parvenait à améliorer la cohésion du personnel, l'endroit serait bien plus accueillant.
