Issue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation. After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that: The room type was clearly for two people, Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted), And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing. It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay. Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies.

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

Outre l'emplacement, tout le reste est déplorable. Détails : bouilloire cassée, couverture et serviette trouées (trous d'environ 5 à 8 cm), matelas du lit double environ 15 cm plus petit que le sommier, contrairement au matelas du lit simple, plus grand, douche pleine de cheveux et d'araignées, eau à peine tiède, distributeur de savon vide, seulement trois serviettes pour quatre personnes (serviette pour les pieds), deux verres seulement, toilettes fissurées, bouton cassé. Dans la chambre, nous avons trouvé deux tasses d'eau et deux sachets de thé. Nous n'avions aucune envie de nous laver dans une salle de bain aussi sale. Franchement, nous ne nous attendions pas à ça. Nous ne sommes pas difficiles, mais là, c'était inadmissible. De plus, il n'y a pas de parking, on ne peut se garer que dans la rue, loin de l'hôtel.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

Beau hôtel avec la meilleure position d'Eskişehir, ce que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est que normalement quand je vais à Hilton Hotels, je suis reçu dans la chambre avec des fruits et des chocolats et dans ce n'est pas

L'hôtel que nous préférons toujours dans l'Eskistadt est beau et agréable. Les chambres sont propres pour les travailleurs.

Rue la plus prospère de la ville, l'hôtel est la rivière qui traverse la ville. Le paysage est bon et le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon, car la nourriture locale est la même, et le niveau est similaire. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour manger quand vous sortez. Il y a beaucoup de petits bars des deux côtés de la rivière. Vous pouvez prendre le thé et discuter, l'inconvénient de l'hôtel est que la chambre est relativement petite, et tout le reste va bien
