CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

IInvitéJ’ai récemment séjourné au Harrah’s Casino and Hotel à Atlantic City et j’ai eu une expérience globalement positive, même si j’ai eu quelques inconvénients notables. La chambre était propre et l’emplacement de l’hôtel était pratique pour accéder aux attractions à proximité, ce qui était un gros plus. De plus, leur salle de poker était un point fort, offrant une bonne sélection de jeux agréables et bien organisés. J’ai même gagné de l’argent en jouant au poker, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore meilleure.
Cependant, quelques problèmes ont eu un impact sur mon séjour. Le plus inquiétant était un trou dans le bureau qui s’étendait dans le mur. Ce défaut étrange a également entraîné une mauvaise isolation sonore, ce qui m’a permis d’entendre facilement mes voisins parler jour et nuit, ce qui était assez ennuyeux.
Malgré ces problèmes, j’envisagerais de séjourner à nouveau au Harrah’s, surtout s’ils réparaient le trou dans le mur. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon choix, en particulier pour ceux qui s’intéressent à leurs offres de poker.

FFree Solo travellerGénéralement un bon hôtel de cette taille et de ce nombre de clients. Personnel sympathique, la chambre était très propre. Super endroit. Il y avait beaucoup de monde le jour de notre enregistrement. C'était un peu inattendu que l'enregistrement prenne autant de temps. Ils factureraient également plus que prévu car nous avions effectué l'enregistrement avant 16 heures.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, mais la navette n'est pas arrivée. J'ai appelé et le personnel m'a conseillé de prendre la navette d'un autre hôtel, ce qui m'a fait attendre près d'une heure. À la réception, j'ai rencontré trois femmes, toutes très désagréables. Cela montre qu'il y a un problème avec la gestion de cet hôtel.

SSummerlovex3I stayed on and off about a month and it had its ups and downs the location is great the house keeping staff is wonderful not so much management he singled me out gave me a hard time told some of us it’s a 3 week max stay but others didn’t get that when I informed them of mold and water leak he accused me of taking showers and letting the water run out when in fact there’s a leak behind the wall so I used the towels to soak it up they got a little dirty and I was told if this keeps happening I was going to lose my deposit for the towels then when I booked the jacuzzi suite I was told. Dogs are not allowed in suits and if then downgraded my room no reimbursement for the difference and was told I could have the red quilts because once again I would lose the security deposit if the dog or my family gets 1 spec on the white blanket never gave me a red blanket but I didn’t get any specs and the white one 🙀 idk what management had against me but even with the free pet policy and other horrific moments like not getting my jacuzzi suite getting told the only room available was the room that I booked a Jacuzzi suite for because it smelled like mold and it had the water leak issue so then miraculously, they don’t see my booking for the Jacuzzi if they see it for the room that I just had that I already checked out of so they gave somebody else the Jacuzzi suite downgraded me to a white sheet suit that my dog for the first night couldn’t sleep in but then miraculously could as soon as we said, will just pull the booking and cancel then that suit was available had to take a break from there.
