Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

J’ai récemment séjourné au Harrah’s Casino and Hotel à Atlantic City et j’ai eu une expérience globalement positive, même si j’ai eu quelques inconvénients notables. La chambre était propre et l’emplacement de l’hôtel était pratique pour accéder aux attractions à proximité, ce qui était un gros plus. De plus, leur salle de poker était un point fort, offrant une bonne sélection de jeux agréables et bien organisés. J’ai même gagné de l’argent en jouant au poker, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore meilleure. Cependant, quelques problèmes ont eu un impact sur mon séjour. Le plus inquiétant était un trou dans le bureau qui s’étendait dans le mur. Ce défaut étrange a également entraîné une mauvaise isolation sonore, ce qui m’a permis d’entendre facilement mes voisins parler jour et nuit, ce qui était assez ennuyeux. Malgré ces problèmes, j’envisagerais de séjourner à nouveau au Harrah’s, surtout s’ils réparaient le trou dans le mur. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon choix, en particulier pour ceux qui s’intéressent à leurs offres de poker.

It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

Le personnel est à l’écoute des besoins. Souriant et acceuillant. Très beau séjour avec superbe vue!

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel car l'emplacement est très pratique, juste en face du bâtiment B de l'aéroport de Newark. Le hall et les chambres sont très spacieux. La navette aéroport 24h/24 ne pourrait pas être plus pratique. 1. Prenez Amtrak depuis Penn Station, sur la 34e rue à Manhattan, New York, pendant deux arrêts, descendez à la gare de l'aéroport de Newark et prenez l'avion de l'aéroport (glissez le code QR du billet Amtrak à la porte d'embarquement pour entrer dans l'avion). L'avion peut atteindre tous les bâtiments de transport de passagers, si vous souhaitez prendre la navette de l'hôtel, vous devez descendre à P4, et si vous louez une voiture, vous devez descendre au bâtiment A. Nous descendons du train à la station P4, descendons l'escalator et sortons de la porte du bâtiment pour attendre la navette de l'hôtel. 2. De nombreux membres d'équipage de compagnies aériennes séjournent également à l'hôtel, probablement parce qu'il est très proche de l'aéroport et que la navette est pratique. 3. Le départ des hôtels américains est très pratique. Il suffit de déposer la carte-clé directement dans la petite boîte située dans la zone d'enregistrement et de partir. 4. Le lit est très confortable, la chambre avec deux lits est également très spacieuse et le lit est assez grand. Il y a deux bouteilles d'eau potable gratuites dans la chambre.
