Hôtels avec avec parking à Washington, États-Unis

Had a long layout of 15 hours and booked this hotel to have a rest before a 13-hour flight at midnight. Arrived in the morning and the receptionist was extremely kind to allow early check in and upgraded my room. The room is dated but clean. Bed is comfortable and the best is that free shuttle service to and from airport is available. Could use the service to go downtown from airport. Overall, a great place with favorable location for a stay for long layout. Thanks to the 2 kind ladies at the reception who attended to my check in and check out.

Hôtel d'aéroport agréable et confortable. L'emplacement est formidable, car il est proche de l'aéroport SEA, avec de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Une navette aéroport gratuite est disponible. La navette part toutes les trente minutes vers l'aéroport, à :00 et :30. Personnel exceptionnellement gentil et serviable de l'hôtel, cependant, un chauffeur de navette spécifique était extrêmement impoli et indifférent. Je n'ai pas compris son nom. Je n'ai pas pris la peine de m'aider avec mes valises et à l'aéroport, je n'ai pas non plus pris la peine de sortir mes valises. De plus, la navette est partie pleine, certains passagers ont donc dû rester debout. Les chambres étaient très propres, mais un peu démodées. L'hôtel étant grand, deux installations de remise en forme sont disponibles, très pratiques. J'avais une chambre avec un lit queen et un balcon, ce qui est une délicate attention. J'y retournerais si je séjournais près de l'aéroport SEA.

Je ne sais pas que je dois payer $25.00 pour le parking, quand je réserve que vous devriez laisser les clients savoir qu'ils ont facturé le parking, le parking dans le lot de parking non dans le garage et encore facturé pour $ 25 J'ai aimé ne pas être équitable à la clientèle.

We knew what we were booking when we chose this hotel so my review is based on realistic expectations for this level of budget-conscious accommodation.  1) Shuttle service was EXCELLENT - since the hotel is so close we got picked up within 10 minutes of arriving at the designated  island in the parking structure for courtesy pickups. Bottles of water were offered to us free of charge by the gracious driver which was a nice touch. Going back to the airport was equally simple! Highly recommend tipping these gentleman for their customer-focused service. 2) Receptionist and check-in was efficient and polite, but not overly enthusiastic, again, which was fine since we knew we weren’t staying at the Hilton.  3) Common areas were as expected: older, a bit run down, but elevator was working fine. Recommend asking for a 1st floor room (which is on the 2nd floor above the lobby) in case you’re in a rush so you can use the stairs if necessary. 3) Room furnishings were renovated/refreshed which we were very thankful for, however the carpet was not — it was sticky and worn, so SOCKS are suggested, or cheap inside slip-ons. 4) In-room amenities are sparse, but provided everything needed for short stays. They even had single-serve coffee packs which we really appreciated.  Hangers on the closet were FEW - we requested additional ones but were told they didn’t have any. If we were staying longer we would’ve invested in a set of 10 from Target to dry laundry on (we just brought some Woolite from home and hand-washed small batches in the sink as needed).  5) Nothing to do with the property, but just wanted to alert travelers that UBER and LYFT prices are RIDICULOUS here!  We chose not to rent a car because we’re from Japan and drive on the opposite side of the street there, but WOW, in 3 days we spent over $200 in ride share costs just to go out each night to places within 30 minutes of the hotel. YIKES! Overall, for the cost, convenience and little courtesies we received here at the RRI, we would recommend staying here as long as you set your expectations properly.   For what

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

La chambre était excellente. Bien nettoyée et maintenue.

Le personnel de service est plutôt bon, très gentil. C'est un peu hygiénique, les draps sont froissés et ressemblent à des vieux. Le hall de l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Tout le reste va bien. Il y a aussi des arrêts de bus aux alentours, et il faut un peu de temps pour prendre le métro, mais ça va. Il est facile de se rendre à la plage. Les installations sans obstacles de l'hôtel sont très bonnes et il y a des panneaux en braille.

L'hôtel propose une navette aéroport gratuite. Il vous suffit d'appeler et de faire une réservation après votre arrivée à l'aéroport. L'hôtel est bien situé. Vous pouvez rejoindre la station de tramway en 10 minutes et vous rendre directement au centre-ville de Seattle !
