It was very clean and so exiting.First I wrongly booked 2 single beds but I asked for to give me a couple bed from reception.And They helped me ro this. Hotel room so clean and breakfast was a very delicious. And we ordered extra water from reception ,and they brought free. And we ate a national food from restaurant which under the hotel.And we got 15% free coupon . I say thanks

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, modern atmosphere. The pool and sauna were absolutely outstanding. The staff were amazing. The manager greeted me even before check-in, which made me feel welcomed right away. And the doorman, Timur, always met me with a warm smile and kind eyes. It felt safe and almost like coming home. The location was fine for me. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Lyabi Hauz, and I felt safe walking even at night. Thanks to this hotel, I enjoyed Bukhara even more. I would recommend it to friends and would love to stay again.

La chambre était confortable et spacieuse, décorée avec goût dans le style local. Elle donnait sur une petite cour intérieure avec une terrasse sur le toit et un balcon spécialement aménagé pour faire sécher le linge. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Situé dans la vieille ville, l'hôtel permet de rejoindre à pied tous les sites touristiques, notamment le célèbre Chor Minor, le Lyabi Hauz et la statue en bronze d'Afanti sur son âne, bien connue des Chinois. L'accueil à la réception était extrêmement professionnel et chaleureux, en particulier grâce à Darya et Azizbek, qui nous ont particulièrement marqués. Darya nous a toujours donné des conseils avisés, adaptés aux touristes. Un important festival international d'art se déroulant dans la vieille ville, les routes avoisinantes étaient fermées et Azizbek nous a accompagnés à plusieurs reprises jusqu'à la station de taxis la plus proche. This was the first hotel that made me organaze blanket and blanket cover on my own(even it was cold at nights). And, cleaning service was not enough. I had to leave room key at the reception to ask cleaning(I was told second day..) I stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned only once. BUT, restroom was not cleaned. ONLY BLANKET were folded..I asked cleaning twice.. but same result. I did'n expect full cleaning or changing sheets. I just wanted short version of cleaning(toilet..) .. disappointed.. Location is perfect.

Очень уютный маленький отель, у нас был номер на первом этаже с окном выходящим на внутренний дворик, в номере было комфортно и без кондиционера хотя он есть ,один раз включали, хорошо работает и бесшумно. В номере очень красиво и аутенично, всё есть и холодильник и сейф, чайник, чашки, чай, кофе, сахар. Белье и полотенца чистые и в отличном состоянии, удобная кровать . Вместительный шкаф, есть халаты и тапочки. Из минусов в душе короткая шторка, вода льется на пол. Ну и плохая шумоизоляция, но постояльцев немного, и все достаточно тихие были.Завтраки вкусные, действительно домашние с национальной кухней. Кофе отличный. Местоположение супер удобное. С веранды на крыше открывается прекрасный вид на исторический центр Бухары, можно посидеть с напитками и проводить закат. Персонал приятный, девушки на завтраке никогда не оставят вас без внимания.

We had a truly beautiful experience staying here and it makes us sad that we only got to stay for one night in Bukhara. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the owner welcomed us with so much warmth and genuine care. They constantly checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. It did not feel like staying at a hotel at all, it felt like being welcomed by a family waiting for you away from home. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Every small detail showed how much they truly care about their guests. This place left such a special impression on us and we are already looking forward to coming back. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bukhara who wants not just a place to sleep, but a genuinely warm and memorable experience. ✨ Also sharing photos of where we went in Bukhara. Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

ホテルの場所がとても良く、主な所に徒歩で行く事ができます。周囲にはレストランも沢山あります。少し奥まったところにある為、夜間は静かです。まだ新しい為、内装は綺麗です。バスローブもありました。ホテルの人は暑い中帰ってきたらレセプションで冷水をだしてくれたり、次の行き先をヤンデックスゴーに設定してくれたりと親切な対応をしてくれました。 朝食は食べきれない程ありました。 最終日、タクシーに乗り込む際、レセプションから出てきて手を振って見送ってくれました。

+ Personnel sympathique + Personnel anglophone disponible + Chambres propres + Proche des principales attractions touristiques - Les cris et les pas des enfants résonnaient tard dans la nuit, ce qui m'empêchait de dormir. - Même lorsque j'essayais de me détendre dans ma chambre avant de partir, des enfants couraient dans les couloirs en criant depuis le matin. - Des enfants ont frappé à ma porte trois fois. - Manque d'équipements comme des rasoirs. Bien que l'hôtel n'accepte pas les enfants, de nombreux enfants des propriétaires ou de leurs amis étaient présents. Je comprends que cela soit compréhensible car ce sont des enfants, mais en tant que client payant, je souhaite qu'ils veillent à ce que mon séjour soit confortable.

L'hôtel est très confortable, confortable et confortable. Le centre de la vieille ville nous a amené à dire quelles tours seront intéressantes. Je recommande certainement cet hôtel très luxueux intérieur , Si je suis à Bucarest, je resterai certainement ici.
