L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue imprenable. Les chambres étaient impeccables, sans aucune odeur désagréable, et les produits de toilette étaient fournis en grands flacons. La réception mettait même à disposition un oxymètre de pouls et des médicaments contre le rhume ; le propriétaire nous a proposé de les utiliser gratuitement en cas de besoin, une attention particulièrement appréciable. Un grand merci au propriétaire de l'hôtel, chaleureux et accueillant, qui nous a non seulement accompagnés à Shuangqiaogou, mais qui est également venu nous chercher et nous a ramenés à l'hôtel l'après-midi, lorsque nous n'avons trouvé aucun taxi collectif après notre visite. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Bon hôtel, bon service, le gars a été très serviable dans tout, appelant une voiture, réservant une voiture. Nous sommes allergiques aux hauteurs. A l'hôtel il y a aussi un service. L'hôtel est fantastique, il sera certainement ma meilleure option quand je visiterai Bipengou. L'hôtel environnant et la chambre est très belle. Chambres et salle de bains sont spacieuses, modernes et bien décorées, il offre un super confortable et relaxant séjour. Le personnel est aimable et utile, et le service de transfert de l'hôtel est même à la & de l'entrée du parc Bipenggou.

Tout était super ! Même si les chambres n'étaient pas très grandes, mes amis et moi avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. Le magnifique hall d'entrée avec ses tables et ses chaises était un vrai plus : on pouvait s'y retrouver le soir pour discuter. L'emplacement est fantastique, avec plein de boutiques intéressantes, quelques restaurants et deux parcs à proximité.

Sitting quietly in one of the many beautiful tea houses scattered throughout the courtyard or nestled against the mountain backdrop, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of calm as nature engages all your senses. It’s truly therapeutic for the soul. For those seeking a more hands-on experience, the guesthouse offers a variety of activities that are sure to delight, especially families with children. Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

Une expérience B&B vraiment merveilleuse. De notre prise en charge au pied de la montagne jusqu'à notre départ, chaque minute a été merveilleuse. Le chauffeur qui nous a accueillis était un conducteur expérimenté, naviguant avec aisance et confort sur les routes de montagne. Il ressemblait un peu à Rong Zhongerjia ! À notre arrivée à l'hôtel, la femme de ménage nous attendait déjà au bord de la route, un khata jaune à la main. La corbeille de fruits de bienvenue dans la chambre était légèrement fraîche, sucrée et parfumée, avec de petits litchis charnus ! La vue depuis la fenêtre et la literie étaient à la fois douillettes et confortables, et la décoration était soigneusement conçue dans un style tibétain haut de gamme. À noter également que l'hôtel organise des balades à cheval et des séances photo de voyage. Le propriétaire du cheval tibétain mènera le poney directement à l'entrée du B&B et vous emmènera en haut de la montagne pour respirer l'air frais et naturel de la montagne. Le photographe pour les photos de voyage était vraiment exceptionnel ! Extrêmement professionnel, les photos étaient fantastiques ! Mon ami et moi n'avions pas prévu de prendre de photos, même pas de maquillage, mais il a capturé de magnifiques clichés de nos vies, des souvenirs inoubliables ! L'hôtel propose des repas exquis et un restaurant avec une vue imprenable. Si vous souhaitez déguster d'autres plats délicieux, un chauffeur dédié vous accompagne en descente. Après votre repas, il vous récupère, beau temps, mauvais temps. Merci à Mme XY, qui nous a conduits en descente pour le dîner. Elle est incroyablement belle et attentionnée, et traite ses clients avec dévouement et attention. Les femmes de ménage de l'auberge sont également incroyablement attentionnées, soucieuses de chaque détail et soucieuses de votre satisfaction et de votre confort. Alors que nous observions les étoiles dans les espaces communs, l'une des femmes de ménage l'a aperçu seul sur le bord de la route froide pendant près d'une demi-heure, un khata (foulard de cérémonie bouddhiste traditionnel) à la main. C'était une auberge vraiment sincère, confortable et merveilleuse. J'y retournerai sans hésiter avec mes parents la prochaine fois. À bientôt !

Pour notre voyage à Jiuzhaigou, nous avons comparé de nombreux hôtels et B&B avant de choisir celui-ci, et nous en sommes très satisfaits 👍. Avant notre arrivée, la gouvernante nous a contactés via WeChat pour nous partager à l'avance des conseils de voyage. En arrivant en voiture, une personne nous attendait pour nous guider jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hôtel, et nous avons laissé nos clés à la réception. Le lendemain, une personne s'est chargée de déplacer notre voiture, ce qui était très pratique. Le lit de l'hôtel était un tatami très confortable et la chambre était très propre. Le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin offrait également une grande variété de choix. Le matin du deuxième jour, quelqu'un nous a même conduits jusqu'à la navette. Le service était excellent, nous sommes globalement très satisfaits !

La chambre est immense ! 2 500 bahts la nuit, idéale pour 5 à 6 personnes, soit seulement 400 à 500 bahts par personne, un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Située en plein centre-ville, elle est très bien desservie par les transports en commun, métro ou Didi. Elle est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'une télévision, d'internet, d'un lave-linge et d'un fer à repasser – tout le nécessaire. Elle comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, mais une seule est équipée de toilettes automatiques.

One of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay. The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning! All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!
