C'est une nouvelle réservation, haha. Pour faire suite à mon précédent message, outre le calme des chambres, le généreux thé de l'après-midi et l'absence de toute pression commerciale pour les souvenirs ou les activités touristiques, le propriétaire est très à l'écoute des suggestions de voyage des clients. J'ai pris des photos du jardin, impressionnée par le souci du détail, même dans les endroits les moins fréquentés par les touristes. La buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge offre un confort appréciable. Voici quelques clichés pris avant mon départ ; je ne suis pas montée sur le toit-terrasse pour prendre d'autres photos, mais j'ai hâte de découvrir les autres surprises que réserve son aménagement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Le service est très agréable. La femme de ménage nous aidera à porter nos bagages jusqu'à la chambre, il nous a vu nous préparer à descendre et nous a immédiatement aidé à descendre nos bagages. Les conseils sur les hôtels envoyés par WeChat sont très complets, y compris les stratégies de restauration et de voyage en ligne. L'environnement dans le magasin est très bon, il y a deux petites cours très joliment décorées. Il y a de nombreux canapés dans l'espace public, adaptés à ceux qui veulent s'allonger. Malheureusement, ce voyage a été un peu précipité. Je viens, je vais certainement m'allonger et profiter du soleil tout l'après-midi ! Peut-être à cause de la basse saison, la femme de ménage nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre, qui était de quelques mètres carrés plus grande que la chambre initialement réservée. La chambre était équipée d'une maison intelligente, comprenant des rideaux électriques, des toilettes intelligentes, des canapés confortables, un excellent humidificateur, des boissons gazeuses et des tapis de toilettes. Et ainsi de suite ~ La salle de bain dispose d'une grande quantité d'eau. C'est l'installation matérielle la plus nécessaire lors d'un séjour dans un hôtel/B&B en voyage. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et généreux, mais la cuisinière nous a également dit que si ce n'était pas suffisant, nous pourrions continuer à en rajouter Hahaha, nous étions pris en charge ! Je suis arrivé tard cette fois et j'ai raté le thé de l'après-midi. Je prendrai certainement une tasse de café la prochaine fois que je viendrai !

Le Muka Manor est un véritable joyau caché à Napa Lake, Shangri-La ! Le service est incroyablement attentionné, avec un personnel chaleureux et accueillant qui propose un service de navette gratuit et offre même spontanément des fruits et du lait de yak – une délicate attention. Les installations du manoir sont de premier ordre, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables équipées de la commande vocale intelligente, du chauffage au sol et d'humidificateurs. La literie est douce et les produits de toilette de grande qualité. Le thé de l'après-midi offert au café du cinquième étage offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes enneigées et le lac. La propreté est irréprochable ; les chambres sont impeccables, jusque dans les moindres recoins – même les plus exigeants seront comblés. En ouvrant la fenêtre, on découvre des prairies et des pâturages, avec des moutons et des chevaux à portée de vue. Contemplez le lever du soleil sur les sommets enneigés le matin et admirez le ciel étoilé le soir, en vous imprégnant de la beauté du plateau. Un séjour au Muka Manor à Shangri-La est une expérience inoubliable !

Great location close to many amenities !! No issue with WiFi working greatly, been watching films every night !!! Great stuff, very friendly and helpful , stayed for few weeks, never had any issues !! Walking distance to various shopping malls and night markets !! Fruit market and vegetable markets very close by !!! Very convenient transport links, buses, tube taxis, rent electric bikes/scooters, etc…! About 10 minutes, walk to the great gym with a swimming pool !!! Many Great Dental Hospitals, fixed my teeth while staying, managed to install crowns !!! Also, if have time can have a good quality implants !! Very close to Kunming Zoo, other parks a temples…!

A 10 star experience From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the two Mo sisters and their adorable feline companions, Pirate (the black cat) and Sweet Tooth (the brown one). Everything about this stay—from the location and decor to the impeccable cleanliness and service—deserves 10 stars. The Mo sisters are incredibly friendly, chatty, and helpful, making the entire place feel like a beautifully maintained, quaint home. A few highlights: Thoughtful Details: The beds come equipped with heating pads for colder nights, which was such a nice touch. Amenities: I absolutely loved the peaceful courtyard and the rooftop area. Service: They are very attentive; for instance, if you need brighter reading lights, you just have to ask. The Atmosphere: The garden is lovingly cared for and adds so much to the vibe. Even as a dedicated dog lover, I have to admit that Pirate and Sweet Tooth completely won me over. If you are looking for a stay with character and heart, this is it!

The friendly caretaker from Dali was also wonderful, preparing delicious meals and ensuring we were well-looked after. • Local Experiences: The owner gave us expert travel tips and drove us to Pudacuo National Park at a very reasonable rate. The highlight was being invited to his thome to share Suyou (butter) tea, local bread with cheese and wild honey with his family. This was a raw experience that we found very meaningful While our stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor maintenance points that would make the stay better: • Housekeeping: Some of the toiletries were not replenished during our two-night stay. • Bathroom Maintenance: The shower head was not fixed very securely, and there was some visible limescale. We understand this might be due to the current season and lower occupancy, but a quick fix would make the room perfect. Overall, this is a gateway to the heart of Shangri-La. Honnêtement, en tant que singapore avec des normes super élevées pour les hôtels, cet endroit a excédé de manière significative les attentes de moi et de mon partenaire, et était l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais eu. Le séjour ici n'a pas eu l'impression de faire des transactions, comme si je restais juste à un autre hôtel, nous avons l'impression que nous faisions partie de leur famille. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement lorsque nous avons atteint Shangri-La, et quand nous avons combattu pour obtenir un DiDi et nous avons pressé de le faire pour notre tour pré-réservé, un personnel de la maison nous a immédiatement envoyé là-bas sans frais supplémentaires, même si cela était extrêmement La dernière minute. Même jusqu'au dernier jour, ils nous ont également offert d'envoyer à la gare à 5+am, car il était difficile d'obtenir un DiDi à ce moment-là, à aucun coût supplémentaire. Ils nous ont également fourni des conseils sur l'exploration du lieu où nous avons demandé et même offert de nous conduire là aussi! La chambre et le lieu étaient très propres, et probablement les plus propres des hôtels que j'ai séjournés pendant mon voyage. Il y a aussi des animaux super mignons dans les hôtels qui nous suivent et arrivent même à notre chambre. L'une des nuits, nous avons quitté notre séjour quand il était sombre, le samoyé nous a suivis et nous a guidés par le sombre hehe, ce lieu était le meilleur pour un amant animal comme moi. Il n'y a rien de mal que je puisse dire sur ce lieu, et honnêtement, je suis tenté de revenir à Shangri-La juste pour rester ici. We enjoyed our stay here, so when we returned from Shangri-la to Lijiang, we made a repeat booking at this place. The cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff were the main reasons for our return. Location: This place is situated near the border of the Lijiang Ancient City. It is close to the main road (2 min walk) which makes it easy to meet your driver for airport transfer or any tour you join. It is also extremely convenient to get to the main attractions such as Mu Residence (5 min) and Zhongyi Night Market (6-8 min). You will be away from the hustle and bustle at night, and get some peace and quiet. Room: We were lucky that we got a room on the ground floor, as we had very heavy luggage. It would be very difficult to pull them up the stairs if we were on the upper floor. Every room has a different name, and shows that the owners put some thought into giving each of their guests a unique experience. The room we got was of moderate size, with a small sofa area for you to enjoy tea and snacks. There was also a kettle and four cups, and a 5-litre water dispenser that dispensed hot and cold water - I appreciated this, which was more environmentally friendly and generous than other accommodation which gave us 2 bottles of water (500ml each) each every day. The room was also equipped with heating, for the room and the floor, and they were controlled by the front desk. There was also a humidifier. The room's interior decoration was warm and cozy. Outdoor: We also enjoyed sitting outdoors, idling, gazing at the fish, watching the flowers bloom, while enjoying many cups of tea. Toilet: It was of decent size, with a shower cubicle that dispensed hot water pretty quickly. They provided us with everything so there's nothing you need to bring: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, slippers for shower, towels for body and hair, one-time face towels, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, detergent. Service: The staff was hospitable, friendly, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed chatting with them over many cups of tea, and rose pastries. They even recommended travel routes and restaurants to us, which were very good, and we even got discounts or freebies by telling the restaurants where we were staying. It was easy to communicate with the staff on WeChat, they responded promptly, and arranged free airport transfer for us as we stayed more than three nights. Food: Breakfast was served every morning, which included a bowl of Yunnan mixian (noodles), a steamed bun, a hard-boiled egg, corn, and some spicy preserved vegetables. Every booking came with one serving of afternoon tea, which included rose pastries and a variety of fruits. We arrived after midnight and the staff prepared some rose pastries and fruit for us, in case we would be hungry, which was very thoughtful of them!

Une auberge pleine de 'chaleur' ! L'établissement est magnifique, très bien situé, avec vue sur la montagne enneigée dès l'ouverture de la porte. Il ne faut que 10 minutes à pied pour prendre le bus menant au site touristique du mont enneigé du Dragon de Jade, c'est très pratique. Les petits déjeuners sont préparés à la demande, et délicieux. Le jeune homme de l'auberge a assuré tous nos transferts et nous a aidés à porter nos bagages. Nous pouvions lui poser toutes nos questions à tout moment, il répondait toujours patiemment, ce qui nous a évité bien des désagréments. Comme c'était notre première fois au mont enneigé du Dragon de Jade, l'entrée du site coûtait déjà 100 yuans. Le premier jour, nous n'avons visité qu'une partie des attractions. Ce n'est que le deuxième jour que nous avons réussi à obtenir des billets pour le grand téléphérique du Parc du Glacier, ce qui signifiait que nous devions entrer à nouveau dans le site. Nous pensions devoir racheter des billets, mais quand le jeune homme l'a su, il nous a dit que nous pouvions obtenir une preuve de 'seconde entrée' en quittant le site, et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de racheter des billets. Nous avons ainsi économisé 200 yuans pour deux personnes (PS : Le site touristique du mont enneigé du Dragon de Jade devrait vraiment rendre cette information publique, car les nouveaux visiteurs n'en ont aucune idée. Je n'ai trouvé aucune annonce officielle à ce sujet jusqu'à présent). Le deuxième jour, nous avons même vu le mont enneigé s'illuminer sous le soleil levant, ce fut vraiment un voyage chanceux. Si c'est votre première fois à Lijiang, je vous recommande vivement de séjourner dans cette auberge. N'hésitez pas à poser toutes vos questions liées au voyage au jeune homme de l'auberge, vous êtes sûr d'éviter tout problème !
