It’s a creative and colorful place with an exceptionally friendly staff! :) The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'était mon premier jour en Allemagne et j'ai eu de bons lieux de bienvenue et de bon endroit pour dormir après un long transfert (plus de 20 h de vol) et avant de aller à l'inscription à l'école le lendemain. Le taxi n'a pas pu entrer dans la rue, c'est donc difficile pour moi de tirer mes 2 bagages sur la rue principale. Globalement, c'était super !

Was stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up. A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit. Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.

A great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated. We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

位置雖然不在火車站附近，但城市不大，從新城火車站乘坐11路電車三站，再走五六分鐘就可以到達。雖然浴室是公用的，但畢竟整潔也設計合理，使用起來沒有任何障礙。一樓接待處有免費的咖啡，廚房也有免費的茶包。廚房不大，但很整潔，冰箱和淋浴間裏還有free section ，我覺得特別好，大家不要的東西也不用浪費丟掉。為了激活手機卡，前台工作人員幫了不少忙，態度挺好的。唯一一點不滿意的是我的手機在這家青旅好多時候連上了WiFi卻顯示不能上網。兩個手機都是這樣，其他青旅沒有遇到過。也不知道是手機的原因還是WIFI的原因。

Отличный сервис. На трамвае 7 полчаса до самого центра. Напитки в мини баре. Одна просьба к отелю - сделайте возможность связаться для предупреждения о позднем заезде через WhatsApp. Нам пришлось обращаться к знакомым, чтоб позвонить

La chambre est toujours bonne, l'espace de bains n'est pas très pratique, trop petit, triangulaire, puis on estime que le temps est plus long, le terrain est un peu jaune. La position de l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville, mais la gare de train est proche, le supermarché et le manger beaucoup.

Il était fantastique et confortablement surpris par le service avant lors des boissons ... Hammer !!! Continuer ainsi 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great location which is just like 5 minutes walk from the HBF station. A lot of wonderful restaurants nearby, including shopping areas. The rooms are clean and perfect for family trip.

Cet hôtel est très bon et très bon petit déjeuner. Près de la gare centrale (8 minutes à pied) . Personnel très sympathique.
