The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is very near the Cathedral which is why we booked here.we have arrived almost midnight as we have travelled all the way from Paris. The staff did not let us wait for long and it was the fastest check in I ever experienced! I only booked for a double room but they gave us a family room which is so spacious. The room is clean and got the basics. The staff are friendly and accomodating and helpful. We did enjoyed our stay here and will definetly book here again.

Le centre de Carcassonne est situé à 20 euros, à 10 euros, à l'aéroport, à proximité de l'aéroport, à proximité de la piscine, mais aussi à l'extérieur. La chambre double standard était fine, propre, adéquate. Et nous avons une duvet! Une lumière, juste pour le temps à l'époque. Le service était fine, le petit déjeuner était super. Un peu stressé, bien que à l'heure indéfinie de l'arrivée du taxi à l'aéroport le matin. Réservé par récepteur. Mais totalement bon et de grande valeur! 👍

The apartment is large and comfortable, on 2 floors with everything you need for a short stay. It’s 15 minutes walk from the citadel if you’re visiting for that. Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water when I stayed. The owner was helpful and responsive but it was too late to fix it before I left so I had a cold shower. If it wasn’t for that the place would be a straight 5*

The twin room had a walk-in shower, though there aren’t any fridges in the room however, a good point is the aircon which works well. Friendly front desk staff ‘Andrew’ who is from the UK.

L'hôtel est à seulement 12 minutes de la gare, ce qui était important pour moi car j'arrivais tard et je partais tôt. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment incroyable - il y a tout, vous pouvez le prendre à l'intérieur ou dans la zone intérieure extérieure. La chambre est très inhabituelle et dispose de cette option de lumière rouge.

Location is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.  At night you can hear other guests from the other room.

Très bien et confortable. Personnel très aimable. Il faut marcher un peu et il n'y a pas de parking mais les possibilités ne manquent pas.

Ma chambre était très confortable le service était excellent personnel très ami et aideur location était excellente nourriture était bonne et très bonne valeur serait aller à nouveau

Très bien pour une petite nuit en famille. Proche du Palais des Papes du centre ville du Pont d'Avignon c 'était parfait. Un bon rapport qualité prix je recommande.
