Great value to stay! 😄

Une expérience de premier ordre et j'ai déjà recommandé cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal pour les voyageurs en train à destination de Chester, la gare étant juste en face. Imprégnées d'histoire, les chambres portent toutes des noms originaux de rois et de reines, et le mobilier est un clin d'œil à la royauté et aux époques révolues. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables. Le seul bémol du séjour était le style ancien de l'hôtel : du bruit la nuit, attribué à l'eau qui circulait dans les canalisations, ce qui a légèrement perturbé le sommeil. Le tarif de la chambre obtenu via Trip.com était tout simplement exceptionnel, et la personne qui nous a accueillis nous a fait remarquer que « les personnes qu'il avait accueillies juste avant nous avaient payé bien plus de 100 £ de plus pour la nuit ». En résumé, une expérience fabuleuse que nous renouvellerons sans hésiter.

Les chambres sont très belles, le camping de golf est très bon (même dans le terrain humide/muddy). Le restaurant est très bien équipé et a une super petit déjeuner.

Nous avons séjourné dans Crewe Hall et Spa pour 3 nuits. L'hôtel était grand et le terrain bien entretenu. Les installations étaient également excellentes qui font un bon séjour relaxant. Petit déjeuner et le bar était superbe. Les traitements spa excellents! Le personnel est très agréable, ils ont toujours sourire. Je recommande et reste encore ? Absolutement. 10/10.

I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there

The staff here are all lovely, super helpful and accommodating. Hotel guests can use the spa facilities for free during their stay, something we took full advantage of. It’s a nice hotel to stay in if you’re in the area. Ideally there’d be a little more attention to upkeep- there are cobwebs in some harder to reach spots, we kept being given too few towels, the heater didn’t work, the shower was stiff and hard to turn on, and the batteries in the tv remote needed replacing. All small things that the staff were happy to fix when notified though.

Stayed here last night, everything was perfect. Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for one night. The hotel is close to the city so just an uber ride away. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we opted for the breakfast the next day which was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible from start to finish. Slight mix up on the booking system but sorted within minutes. Couldn't have been better looked after! Excellent value, staff that go the extra mile made our 1 night stay so enjoyable the children didn't want to go home!
