Malheureusement, la propreté de la chambre simple ne m'a pas convaincue, mais la chambre double et la salle de bain étaient bien meilleures. La vue sur le port depuis la chambre était exceptionnelle. De nombreuses activités et fêtes de Noël étaient organisées.

I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118 As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent. Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated. We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV. The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.

It is a very nice hotel. It is clean, convenient, with very friendly staffs and nice foods, will come back.

Je vis dans une ville, donc cela était parfait pour moi. Je suis arrivé et a été accueilli à la réception par Chloe.Elle était étonnante, heureuse, accueillante, chatte,sous la Terre qui était brillante.Le bar des résidents était beau et quaint.Oui, c'est un ancien hôtel de style mais j'aime les anciens hôtels de la mer, La chambre était très spacieuse pour moi, avait tout ce qu'elle avait besoin, était parfaite pour mon séjour. Le service de Connor, et l'adhésion de mes nouveaux amis américains qui ont également séjourné à l'hôtel, nous avons eu une balle absolue. Il est très confortable et confortable pour les chambres. Je recommande cet hôtel, un hôtel de style ancien, un rêve sur, tout à la distance de marche, une incroyable hospitalité et soins pour les résidents qui séjournent,et pour ce qu'il coûte,il détient certainement sa valeur. We had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Rochester. Tamia, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service and recommended a fantastic Indian restaurant when we requested after hours. The room was basic but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn't have time to use the pool due to our late arrival, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by the chef. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us. Front reception staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling. We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
